“This is a great date night spot - great atmosphere, stylish design, creative menu and cocktail choices that make the experience of selection and tasting fun and curious. The service was great - friendly, helpful, accommodating. We went with the Ssireum Smash Fries which was very yummy and the tofu topping was a great touch (though i’m not a fan of the squiggly mccain style fries) and my partner had the Bulgogi-Asada Tako which she loved and said was worth the price. We had the Black Belt 3 Leches for desert which was nice and pleasant, but we were hoping for the sesame to come through more. The only drawback i’d say is the portion size for the price - though my partner said the taco was worth it. Will return for a happy hour!“

“I always come here for breakfast with my wife and our young daughter for Tibetan breakfast. The great thing about Garleek kitchen is that the restaurant offers all of its main meals (dumplings, chow mein, chilli chicken, shapele, etc) right from opening hours at 8 am so we always have some main meals along with the Tibetan breakfast which in of itself is a good and filling proportion. 10/10.“

Restroom a bit difficult to get to - downstairs with a narrow hallway that could be updated - but otherwise a great experience.“

“This interesting Tibet restaurant houses a handful of tables for 2 or more people on busy Bloor Street West. Street parking only available in the area and reservations for more than 2 recommended, even on weeknights.

Our group of 6 had dinner here last night & we were in for a treat! Many great dumplings to choose from with a variety of meats and vegetables and multiple sauces ranging from mild, to mid-heat to hot.

We loved the glass noodle salad, the butter chicken Momo, laphing and the pork and beef Momo with mild and hot sauces. The mango Lhasi is amazing. Nice atmosphere although it can be quite loud.“

“Absolutely delicious asian food. Used to come here 2-3 times a week when I studied at TRSM. The lady working there was always so friendly and would greet me every time and asked how my studies were going.

The only downside is that this food court is a bit sketchy (It’s downtown, so it’s to be expected) but the security guards seem well equipped to deal with any problems.

They have many non-beef/pork baos.Overall the baos were good, I had two one tofu one baja. The tofu had a great sauce! “BOBO Bento is a charismatic little joint to get lunch or dinner. My overall impression is that its a small business run with pride and earnest care.

The food is not Haute Cuisine but instead working class staples made fresh to order. It is good food, it's hearty and comforting and it's flavourful. It is a supurb version of what its intended to be. The value is notable given the freshness and espoused sourcing standards. It's not fast food. Expect to wait for your meal to be prepared because, as I said above, it is made to order. The wait isn't particularly long and it's well worth it

BOBO is a small counter service restaurant. Service was helpful, attentive and polite. It's what you would want from this sort of place.

Theres not a lot of space to build out the ambiance, but regardless its a clean pleasent environment with places to sit and wait or eat. The wood paneling is a nice homey touch. The menu display is clear and the graphic design is professional. Theres a lot fit into the minimal available space including drinks and countertop extras for sale. It's not minimalist by any means but it does have an eclectic charm

I wanted to like BOBO going in and I was delighted at all turns to find it met or exceeded my expectations. This is the sort of local place you should want to support in your neighbourhood“

Food is fresh, quick, and fairly priced.
I recommend a visit, in the summer you can go upstairs and enjoy your lunch outside. 2m walk.
The problem is no place to eat there, not a deal-breaker, but it would be nice to seat close.

“I was in Mississauga for training and we drove out of our way to visit this resturant based solely on its reviews. I had read they had authentic Thai food and the chef was renown for it. I was not disappointed. We started our meal with fresh vegetables spring rolls, mango salad, and wonton soup. It was incredible and was prepared quickly. Our meal was Chicken Pad Tai and Seaford fried rice. Large portions and the food was so well seasoned and elegantly plated. The service was great. We had a wonderful visit that prompted this review. “Ka Chi is my go-to restaurant whenever I’m in downtown Toronto with my friends and is my favourite Korean restaurant near my university. The food is always delicious and friendly service.

My favourite dish is the bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl. I love the bulgogi and vegetables. It arrives sizzling, stays warm throughout the meal, and has such fresh, delicious flavours. I also love the complimentary gyoza.

Another bonus that I really appreciate is the self-serve side dishes. You can refill them as much as you’d like, which makes the dining experience even better.“

“We originally found this sushi restaurant because of its excellent reviews. Funny enough, on our first visit we accidentally went to a different sushi restaurant a few doors down the street. After finishing our meal there, we realized we had gone to the wrong place, so we came back to To - ne Sushi. That was three years ago, and since then we have been loyal customers.

Every time we visit Toronto from Vancouver, we make a special trip here just for their Spicy Tuna Salad, Spicy Salmon Salad, sashimi, and sushi rolls. Another wonderful discovery was their Clear Soup and Miso Soup. They may sound simple, but somehow they managed to surprise us and quickly became some of our favorites.

The service has always been exceptional. What impressed us the most during our most recent visit was that the owner remembered us even though our last visit had been five months earlier. Not only did he remember us, but he also remembered what we usually order and even which table we like to sit at. That level of attention says a lot about how dedicated he is to his restaurant and how much he genuinely cares about his customers.

He kindly offered us ice cream several times, and while the ice cream was wonderful, what truly touched us was being remembered as returning customers. A few times we visited when he wasn’t there, but regardless, we have always been welcomed by a friendly team that consistently provides outstanding service and pays attention to every detail.

If you are looking for a restaurant with excellent service, very reasonable prices for Toronto, and incredibly fresh food, this is the place to visit. We look forward to returning again and again whenever we are back in Toronto.

“I can honestly say Martino Pizza & Asian Fusion Kitchen is one of those places that reminds you why supporting local businesses matters. The hype is real and the drive is 100% worth it. (36 hours for me btw, hahaha.)

The General Tao’s Chicken Pizza is absolutely incredible. It’s such a unique creation, but somehow every flavour works perfectly together. The balance of sweet, savoury, crispy, and cheesy is something you have to experience for yourself. This isn’t just a “viral” food item this is a pizza made with real creativity, passion, and care.

Toronto is truly blessed to have the owner and his wife sharing their craft with the community. Being in business for 26 years says everything about the love and dedication they’ve poured into this place. You can taste the thoughtfulness in every single thing they make nothing feels rushed, nothing feels ordinary. Every dish has a story behind it and you can feel the pride they have in what they do!!!

“Went here for my friend's birthday party and helped her pick out some of the items to order prior to the event. Overall, I thought the food, service, and ambience in the restaurant were all great. I've been to both akin and r&d now and I greatly enjoyed both.

My personal favorites from the menu were the broccolini, the fried rice, and bao. I thought the eggplant was a bit plain, and while I enjoyed the karaage, there was something different about the taste and texture of the skin which I wasn't a fan of. Despite that, I would gladly visit this restaurant again.“

If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, you absolutely have to try the pho at this place! From the moment my friend and I stepped in, we knew it would be a great place; the service was great, and the decor was nice.

We ordered 2 amazing shrimp mango tempura rolls for appetizers; they were very delicious, and for the mains, we got one broth bowl and one rice plate. The beef and pork were very tender, and the sides on the plates were great. The overall presentation was really nice and a very big portion of food that will make you full by the last bite. :)“
