“Planta is a stylish spot for plant-based dining with beautifully presented dishes and a creative menu. 🌿✨ The service is attentive and professional, making the experience pleasant. That said, not everything hits the mark: the watermelon juice was very watery, and the pasta could use a creamier sauce that doesn’t taste strongly of coconut. On the bright side, many of the other dishes are flavorful and thoughtfully prepared.“

“Food, vibes and drinks were all immaculate. Such a cute joint to visit for date night or with friends. Our server Max was amazing and really attentive. We got the arancini’s to start and the sauce tasted just like my Nonna’s. The radiatore pasta with pesto was so fresh and the stracciatella was the perfect topping. I love that they were able to split the pizza between two flavours. We got both the vodka and the annex on one pizza. Light and flavourful. Will definitely be back!“

Of course, the pizza is amazing, but you must try the appetizers like the mozzarella sticks and garlic bread. The atmosphere inside is fantastic, and the patio on College Street has the best vibes. Above all, the servers are super friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to the manager, Kilian! he’s professional, gentlemanly, and truly outstanding.

Really good ayce, you should 100% do it. Great deal and decent selection. Favourite is the buldak chicken pizza. Wings are overly coated with too much breading, drumsticks were better. Definitely get the drumsticks.

Takeout review:

Pretty tasty pizza with Korean flavours. Chewy dough that’s pretty unique. The bulgogi flavour was a little like getting ground beef on your pizza. A little expensive for a small pizza.

The signature oven baked wings come in a sweet and spicy sauce; definitely reminds you of Korean fried chicken sauce.“

“5 stars all the way around!!! We felt very welcome from the moment we walked in where the chef explained the menu to us since it was our first time in and my first time having Detroit style pizza. “Amazing food, truly a good asian + italian fusion and offers a good price for a big portion of food. The katsu was really nice as it was a fairly big portion and had a nice crunch outside, not too greasy but just amazing paired with the rice paired with the meal. Tteokbokki was mildly spicy but may differ from person to person.

Not too busy and I notice a lot of people come here get take out rather dining in like I did. (Bonus points for newjeans playing in the background)“

We ordered the Antipasti Board to start and it was well curated and had ample portions. We followed this up a Pizzano pizza and Tagliatelle Bolognese. Very flavourful on both counts. And Pistachio gelato to finish. They are just getting started! Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!“

Got their Lunch Deal which is a personal pan pizza (cheese or pepperoni), waffle fries and a can of pop for 6.00$. Such a good deal compared to other takeout spots nearby.

Overall, great location and ample plaza parking (it can get busy during lunch hours). You can order ahead for pickup or order at the counter. There is minimal high top seating available (3 seats) and mostly is a takeout location. Food was tasty and I would definitely return!“

The quality of the pizzas is exceptional--generous toppings and the very freshest, very best of everything. The do not skimp. Juniors medium is actually a large, so there is great value on offer. As for taste, definitely in the superior range. Juniors will be my pizzeria forever. Bravo to Shane and his team.“

“Finally! We've found a pizza that tastes like Nonna used to make. The crust is delicious and flavourful and the sauce is very authentic. We ordered a party size pizza with double cheese and some veggies. Everyone enjoyed it very much!“

“Everything is Good, except. I did not get my 50% off my 37$ pizza order yesterday evening. I went to 873 Danforth. I ordered online. 14" pizza with a ginger ale and 2 habenero sauces.
I received an add on my phone saying " 50% off all sized pizzas. Now I know not to fall for that again.

“Came here on a weekend for their slice program. I had very high expectations, but it didn't necessarily hit the mark. Tried three slices; the funghi (mushroom), the classic pepperoni and the squash.

Starting with the pepperoni, it was actually great. Nice crust, great thin cracker-like dough. Sauce was great. Very enjoyable.

Squash pizza I found lacking something. I was hoping for a bit more sweetness to counter what I think was goats cheese sourness. Also lacked finishing salt or olive oil, something to just round it out with a 4th layer of flavor. Just a bit two-tone; squash and cheese.

The fungi was my least favorite. Button mushrooms and a few pickled onions. Again, lacking complexity. Maybe the pickled onions can be added at the end, and sprinkle the whole thing with mushroom salt, or a salt with woody herbs (rosemary, thyme salt). It just lacked.

Service was fantastic, prices were great at 5$ slice. Portions were great.

Will return, do want to see them succeed.“

“My first time trying Pi Co. even though they are all over the city. After a night out, it was a toss up between A&W and Pi Co. I didn’t even get to take a picture of my mini pizza, but it was so good. What I did take a picture of was the cookies and olive oil/pizza toppings.
