“I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable good quality :D

Parking: Close to 2 disabled parking spots, one Van Access; spots are in the corner so unfortunately often witnessed as occupied by vehicles without placards for ~5 minute stops such as picking up online orders“

“Every single time I've been here, the staff have been sweet. They go above and beyond, and they have always had a smile on their faces. The only thing sad is they no longer carry an item my client likes, but that's because the company no longer makes it“

“Came in with some friends. They had patience of waiting for the long line but I did not. I just grabbed the pint of honey lavender flavor ice cream in their fridge then went straight to the cashier so I didnt have to wait in line. The ice cream was delicious and one of my favorite flavors, then 2nd would be blue cheese n pear flavor. “Such a good spot! I was really craving some shave ice and I found this spot on my maps and just had to try. A little heads up, you do have to order online which honestly at first I thought was inconvenient but it just made it so much easier. I got the piña colada shave ice with fresh strawberries on top and it was the best shave ice I’ve ever had. It had such a good natural taste to it, unlike most of the shave ice that I’ve had previously. I love that it all tasted so natural and didn’t have all of the insane colorings and fake flavors to it. 10/10, perfect for a hot summer day! Will definitely be returning.“

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“The ice cream sandwiches that are gluten-free are the best we've ever had and we've tried all of them! Every single one that we get here is amazing, truly, really incredible cookie and ice cream is incredible or rather frozen yogurt… However, the only thing that we don't like about this place is that sometimes you can't try the yogurt that is in the ice cream cookies because they don't have any samples. Also the main thing we don't like about this place is that the toppings are $.95 each and that makes it so we just don't get them which is kind of a bummer for the kids but overall thumbs up.“

“As someone who isn’t classically a huge match fan I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place. We came in on a Thursday evening and luckily it was not super busy but I’m told it can fill in quickly and often has a line.

I wound up going for their seasonal cone flavor which was peach and was quite refreshing and tasty. They have a wide assortment of menu options and types of match dessert to choose from. They use a buzzer system and have seating in the back to accommodate maybe 6-8 groups.

The atmosphere is well lit and clean. Definitely appears to attract a bit of a younger crowd.“
