“Vancouver place need some more improvement in serving people faster as an example would be Lake Oswego location. Their place serves people much faster and crowd is much bigger.

“I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable good quality :D

Parking: Close to 2 disabled parking spots, one Van Access; spots are in the corner so unfortunately often witnessed as occupied by vehicles without placards for ~5 minute stops such as picking up online orders“

“Every single time I've been here, the staff have been sweet. They go above and beyond, and they have always had a smile on their faces. The only thing sad is they no longer carry an item my client likes, but that's because the company no longer makes it“

We both loved Luna's so much we ended up coming back the next day...where we were recognized by the owner immediately. We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“I have never been to an ice cream shop with crazy bold flavors. They go out there and change the theme of flavors frequently. I was obsessed with the rice krispy treat and the olive oil ice cream. “Oh man. I was with a friend at the Saturday market when I saw the kulfi cart and stopped in my tracks. I hadn't had kulfi since I left the bay area, and they did not disappoint! The taste, the texture, the portion size - all of the fun and none of the guilt. If you want a decadent sweet treat, go find them!“

“Got a two scoop of coconut and the chocolate peanut butter. The coconut was really yummy, the cocoa PB could have a better balance and smoothness of flavors but they are both in my belly. Bright and airy spot is welcoming for families and bigger groups to relax and eat. Our group LOVES the seasonal smores shake (Oct 24) and highly recommends. Nice affordable stop with lovely staff.“

“This place is fantastic. We went to this cute little shopping mall for something else and happened upon Wailua shaved ice and I could
not resist. I saw the ube flavor and was like YES so I ordered it and it was ready not even five minutes later. This thing is gigantic and so yummy omg, I definitely ate the whole thing. The ube foam made it that much better and the toasted coconut flakes were the cherry on top. I had never had Hawaiian shaved ice before (sadly) but now I can say I’m a huge fan if this is the benchmark. I’m so sad I don’t live in Portland because I’d come every week just for this. Thanks so much Wailua, you guys rock!!!

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“I'm so happy I found this place the best matcha I've had, literally drive two hours for this, must go when in PDX. Friendly and fast service. It's matcha galore so everything is delicious the matcha latte with strawberry foam, the cheese foam is a must have at first I thought it would be weird but the combination salty sweet in your mouth is like mind blowing, floats are so creamy. I had to try the bear one it the best of all worlds iced latte/ice cream/bear is made of compact shaved ice plus foam ! Mmmmm heaven!“

He was working diligently to close the place for the night as I got there 6 minutes before close. Reese was genuine and friendly while sweeping the lobby floor. She was happy to hold a conversation with me while staying on task which I appreciated! Jonah made my custom beverage and due to a misunderstanding I asked for my order to be remade. Without hesitation he agreed and after clarification I was presented with a thoughtfully prepared, delicious blend of ice cream and coffee. I apologized for the late order and thanked the closing team again. The 3 of them seemed to know their jobs and were seasoned employees. “Went to Orange Julius Because they had a Dairy Queen attached to it. It's on the third floor of the Lloyd Center shopping mall. I just got a Dairy Queen medium ice cream cone dipped and chocolate.It was so good (Price $4.99).

“Tons of options for ice cream (31). It was clean, friendly service and they were making a sundae for the excited people in front of us. They make ice cream cakes and have a large option for cones. Located in the Fred Meyer parking lot. There is outdoor seating.“

“It's quite a strange surprise to find a soft-serve counter hidden in the back of a streetwear/shoe store, that's not the most well-visited place in Washington Square Mall. However, word of mouth has spread around a bit regarding this shop and my partner and I decided to try looking for it since we were craving ice cream while at the mall yesterday. We found it and there was someone working there. They have a pretty solid menu offering delicious mixtures of ice cream and other ingredients like cookies and fruity pebbles, or you could also get a milkshake. The ingredients are high quality, taste good, and are not overpriced for what you get. The only weird thing to me was that they don't have water for customers despite having some sort of dessert, so then you'd have to go across to Jamba to get some. The store itself is clean and nice though there's not many places to sit.“

“The food here tastes great, but very sugary, and sometimes it takes a while to eat but it tastes very good. The menu screen is a little tiny and it would be nice if it was a little bigger so it would be easier to see, but the rest of the store is great and it is very helpful to see the different types of cookies physically in front of me. Sometimes workers do not ask for phone numbers, or receipts though.“
