“The food tasted great, but not all of it was hot or moist. The bbq chicken was really dry & cold. The bbq ribs were dry & not fall off the bone. They have two kinds of brisket moist or tender & the tender was dry, but the moist was delicious & tender. The beans were cold & not very good, but the cole slaw was delicious which is hard to find in a restaurant. You can order sandwiches if you want to eat light or a meat salad which some people did & said it was delicious. The French fries were hot & very nasty. A meal with a drink will cost you just over $20 a person, but you will leave full. The picture is my plate of moist brisket, cole slaw, French fries & the piece of bread you get. You pick your meat, two sides & it comes with bread.“

“As soon as I walked up to the counter, I got super friendly service. While I was trying to figure out what to get, the guy working offered me a sample and was really welcoming.
I ended up going with the Hawaiian pulled pork sandwich (not totally sure of the exact name on the menu, but you can't miss it). It was amazingly good. The bun paired so well with the pineapple and pulled pork, and you could tell all the ingredients were high quality.
The customer service was top-notch, too. The employee noticed where I was sitting and came over to open up the roll-out window so I could enjoy the nice weather, without me even having to ask. Two words: Meat sweats

I went for the very first time during burger week 2026 and got “The Tribute”. I drove 45 minutes to get there and got number 198 of 200 for the morning session. The crew was exhausted, but absolutely delightful.

Add the brisket for $10 more. Trust me.

I eat fast. This took me 10 minutes. I had to pause, stand up and ask the lawd for strength and courage to finish. Afterwords, I had to buy 2 Cokes and take a nap in the air conditioned car before completing my journey home safely. Best burger I’ve ever had. I actually said out loud, “Are you kidding me?”

I like to order extra spicy, but I don't recommend it if you don't have a very high tolerance for spice. My must-order items are skewers (beef, pork belly, squid, chicken gizzard, chives, potato) and enoki beef aluminum box with rice vermicelli. Their oyster is pretty good too.

The service becomes more contactless as they develop but the tip suggestion starts from 18% doesn't make sense since there is very minimal service. Also you can't expect friendly service from a Chinese restaurant 😁
