“Came in with some friends. They had patience of waiting for the long line but I did not. I just grabbed the pint of honey lavender flavor ice cream in their fridge then went straight to the cashier so I didnt have to wait in line. The ice cream was delicious and one of my favorite flavors, then 2nd would be blue cheese n pear flavor. The atmosphere was clean and the place smells like amazing vanilla scent because of the waffle cones they make there. One of my favorite ice cream places ❤️“

“Such a good spot! I was really craving some shave ice and I found this spot on my maps and just had to try. A little heads up, you do have to order online which honestly at first I thought was inconvenient but it just made it so much easier. I got the piña colada shave ice with fresh strawberries on top and it was the best shave ice I’ve ever had. It had such a good natural taste to it, unlike most of the shave ice that I’ve had previously. I love that it all tasted so natural and didn’t have all of the insane colorings and fake flavors to it. 10/10, perfect for a hot summer day! Will definitely be returning.“

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. I stopped at the Tillamook booth and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. Yes, the food was tasty. The service was exemplary. I would have never purchased my meal here, if it weren’t for the incredible connection, Joseph, the server, made with me. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really enticed me to eat the food here. He seemed to love it, so I believed him. I ate at the little table next to the booth and he checked in on me from time to time and even brought me some green tea later on! This truly was the most remarkable experience I had ever spent at an airport kiosk. I fly every week. Joseph, and the quality he bestowed upon me, is a new benchmark for service at any airport in America. Congratulations Tillamook for hiring such a capable person who not only believes in your product, but believes in serving each customer with dignity and elegance. I couldn’t help but watch how he treated the people after me. All were treated the same. He even helped people after he closed. What a treasure. Thank you, thank you.“

“As someone who isn’t classically a huge match fan I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place. We came in on a Thursday evening and luckily it was not super busy but I’m told it can fill in quickly and often has a line.

I wound up going for their seasonal cone flavor which was peach and was quite refreshing and tasty. They have a wide assortment of menu options and types of match dessert to choose from. They use a buzzer system and have seating in the back to accommodate maybe 6-8 groups.

The atmosphere is well lit and clean. Definitely appears to attract a bit of a younger crowd.“

Simon was so very pleasant and very informative of things igoing on in the neighborhood (such as a nice stroll around the corner to cathedral park). We sipped on affogato(divine!!) and picked 2 pastries to share - Marion berry poptart (my absolute fave) and a butterscotch apple turnover (equally delicious)! Stop in and see Simon! “Sparkling clean and friendly corner shop in NE Portland. Staff is helpful and their products are fresh and always delicious. The affogato is a must if in need of a pick me up. The espresso gelato is a must try for coffee lovers, although you can’t go wrong with any of their flavors!“

Every single one that we get here is amazing, truly, really incredible cookie and ice cream is incredible or rather frozen yogurt… However, the only thing that we don't like about this place is that sometimes you can't try the yogurt that is in the ice cream cookies because they don't have any samples. Also the main thing we don't like about this place is that the toppings are $.95 each and that makes it so we just don't get them which is kind of a bummer for the kids but overall thumbs up.“

“I can't speak highly enough about Uri & the folks over at Dairy Hill Ice Cream. They went above and beyond to help coordinate ice cream for our wedding reception! We frequent the Hawthorne location and have always enjoyed the awesome selection they have every day, but the ability to arrange these treats so seamlessly for a large event like this just solidifies them as the best ice cream parlor in PDX! “OMG. This place was FANTASTIC. I got the steak asada plate. The portion was large, and I ate every drop.
The self-service salsa bar was loaded with 4 different salsas, onions, cilantro, lime, peppers, pickled veggies, and I loved it all! It was so good that I cannot wait to come back here and try the other side of the restaurant (separate entrance, but there's a hallway between the two. The restaurant side has tables to dine in, but the dessert side is pickup only) that serves elote, fruits, desserts (mini pancakes with ice cream sundae on top was one!!!), and yummy looking drinks. I wish I had room to try them now!
