“I've been coming to Tapphoria for a few years now. It's a welcoming spot with a great group of people who tend to be here pretty much every time I show up. Solid beer selection at way better prices than the other taphouses around this area. Service is great and it's a good spot to grab a beer or two and watch a game.“

“My biggest criticism is the lack of cleanliness in themed restaurants these days. You put so much effort into decor, and a yearly cleaning would not be too much of a sacrifice for decorum. Bartender was too busy to tend to the tables. Gave a good tip, but while I understand I was underwhelmed.“

“We live 3/4 across the country in Indiana but every time we come to town we always visit the Ale & Cider House. The lady who owns the place and always seems to take care of us and is always very friendly. As for the beers and ciders they are the best we’ve had. Loved the ciders before they filtered them but still taste just as good but without the “look”.😉 A true gem that you must try next time you are in the quaint little town of West Linn. Generally have some excellent shanties playing and a dart board in the corner...taste of Irish, anyone?! Brewer does a phenomenal scotch ale, and the Meanderin' Mandarin Pale Ale is delicious. “I have enjoyed eating here many times. Their Detroit style pizza is scrumptious in all its varieties, and their beer is excellent. They have trivia night on Wednesdays, which is a lot of fun. Only thing is, the place can get a little noisy when crowded, a booth in the back is best for conversation.“

“Hey, there aren't many places you can smoke cigars at in Washington County. So they get 5 stars just for creating a great place for that. Nice picnic tables, good brews, decent food, good service, fire pits, covered areas. It's a good place to hang out. It's all in shade so bring a jacket unless it's in the summer.“

“We got insane sandwiches at Dos Hermanos next-door and they said we were allowed to eat in this tap room. The guy said we didn’t have to buy anything but we did because it was such a come up. The space is cool and beautiful and the bartender and staff made us feel very welcome.You self bus and you can get food from the surrounding cart pods.“

The food was fantastic, from the burgers to salads to the pretzel and pizza and chicken tenders on the kids menu, everything was fresh, homemade and delicious. We tried the beer sampler- it did not disappoint- huge variety, loved the hazy. Even the cab was amazing, which is not usually the case when you visit a brewery. “Excellent Coffee Tour. The gentleman that did the tour was extremely knowledgeable about all things coffee. It was easy to follow the things that he said and we were able to sample the Sumatra and Kenya blends. I Love That Mcmenamins makes the extra effort to make sure they are working with fair trade brands and no chemicals. Its so cool to learn about the ends and outs of roasting the beans and the formulas they have to follow. I had no idea all that went into making an awesome cup of coffee.“

The food was one of the best I've had at a Portland area brewery. We enjoyed the apple bleu cheese salad, the wings and the brat plate. So nice finding a brewery with an in house kitchen that serves more variety than sandwiches or pizza. We will definitely be back.“

“Stopped in for dinner and were initially confused by the menu, but quickly figured it out. The service was friendly and she and the kitchen did a great job considering it seemed there was a large group ahead of us. The cheese smash burger was, well, very cheesy, but super delicious. I broke up the richness a bit by putting on some lettuce and pickled onion from the salad on it. The French fries were shoestring-style and so crispy and crunchy. We liked the seasoning salt on them as well. We also got Mac and cheese—divine! And the poppers, which were eaten so quickly I didn’t get to try any so they must have also been great. Plenty of seating inside with AC or outside with a beautiful patio with plenty of shade and space for four-leggers.“

“The vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu, they've got vegan mayo and Chao brand vegan cheese available, any burger can be substituted with either a garden patty or Beyond patty, and there are a few fully vegan dishes needing no modifications. I tried the Mai Thai Bowl tonight and was blown away at how good it tasted. It's also a good environment, quiet and calm, good air conditioning, and so unlike all the other loud overwhelming pubs in town.“

“This business was originally called the Wilson-Chambers Mortuary. It was built in 1932 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. This is a cool looking historical building and a must see. The bartender was very nice and told me some of the history of the building. Be sure to check out the food.“

“Not perfect for me (gluten, peanut, alcohol free), but the staff here are really good and caring. And it works well for others I live with. We appreciate the variety of plants in their small (relative to other locations) outdoor area. And we put up a hummingbird feeder that we refill, and they've been appreciative of our efforts. We get to see more of those little cuties now.“
