“We have tried Salt&Straw at various locations and states. Very consistent across it all.

Open concept design. Benches against giant windows to feel the breeze (it was a hot day). I’m sure wintertime they shut it tight. Bathroom inside (need a code).

The staff were very patient and friendly. You can ask as many samples as you want. Even if there’s a line, it usually move fast. Creamy, strong flavor, good quality ice cream.

The menu has interesting options. Even though we have been to many locations, we still haven’t tried them all. There are tubs and merchandises on display if you like a souvenir.“

“Just met the lovely owners Gagan and Kiran the other day at our local dog park. After chatting over our cute dogs they disclosed that they own this gem of an ice cream shop. I went that very night with friends after eating at Eem, it was delicious and a lovely complement to the great food we had just had. Gagan assured me I could try every flavor which I very nearly did. Settled on a split scoop of the golden milk and kaapi. Highly recommended!!!“

The decor was exactly as advertised online with the witchy theme in full force. I'll definitely be back for another treat soon.“

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“Obsessed with this fancy froyo! They have the best flavors, my favorites are honey pistachio and date tahini. It is more expensive than your standard froyo but everything is delicious and homemade. “I had a event I was organizing and reached out to Ice Cream Express WA. I rented one of their carts. I can not say enough about my experience. They were fast on communication, they offer a wide variety of ice cream. The cart is super cute and better then I expected. They dropped off on time and picked it up after the event. Everyone loved the ice cream and thought the cart was fabulous. All day I was asked where I got it. Thank you so much Ice Cream Express. I will reach out again for further events.“

“Took my mom and daughter with me since the place is cat themed and they love cats. The impression with omg cute and clean with friendly service. We ordered a large half strawberry and half mango dessert. Also tried a custard filled desert that looks like a cute fish. The ice cream desert is light and perfectly sweet. If you love very sweet rich stuff then this wont be for you. Would definitely come back again.“
