“Cold Stone is a great place for hand scoop traditional ice cream as someone who's allergic to soft serve, I appreciate that I can actually eat this type of ice cream from them. This location is conveniently located. However, it's horribly placed. The shopping center that it's part of is super heavy traffic and on scholls ferry road. There's just no really easy way to get out if you're trying to go West. The service here is always pretty mediocre usually tired out employees that if they had just one more person working would be in such a better mood and so much faster and better service. However, during these hot summer days and even just running time, the ice cream here is great. The selection is excellent and the flavors are tasteful“

“I go for the a la carte sides (pretzel bites, onion rings, groovy fries, mozz stix). They are fresh, hot, and crispy every time. No charge for a couple extra sauces. I enjoy getting to choose between drive thru and drive in. Nice place to eat a snack and watch a short TV show during lunch break, esp for the price!

I also loved that they had several clearly marked vegan options on the menu. The service was good, and the atmosphere was cute. One scoop was a ton of ice cream and the price was just right. “My fiancé and I happened upon Luna's while we were in the area scoping out wedding venues and had a hankering for ice cream. WOW. We both loved Luna's so much we ended up coming back the next day...where we were recognized by the owner immediately. We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“I have never been to an ice cream shop with crazy bold flavors. They go out there and change the theme of flavors frequently. I was obsessed with the rice krispy treat and the olive oil ice cream. “Got a two scoop of coconut and the chocolate peanut butter. The coconut was really yummy, the cocoa PB could have a better balance and smoothness of flavors but they are both in my belly. Bright and airy spot is welcoming for families and bigger groups to relax and eat. Our group LOVES the seasonal smores shake (Oct 24) and highly recommends. Nice affordable stop with lovely staff.“

“This place is fantastic. We went to this cute little shopping mall for something else and happened upon Wailua shaved ice and I could
not resist. I saw the ube flavor and was like YES so I ordered it and it was ready not even five minutes later. This thing is gigantic and so yummy omg, I definitely ate the whole thing. The ube foam made it that much better and the toasted coconut flakes were the cherry on top. I had never had Hawaiian shaved ice before (sadly) but now I can say I’m a huge fan if this is the benchmark. I’m so sad I don’t live in Portland because I’d come every week just for this. Thanks so much Wailua, you guys rock!!!

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“Vancouver place need some more improvement in serving people faster as an example would be Lake Oswego location. Their place serves people much faster and crowd is much bigger.

“We came in to order an ice cream cake with dietary restrictions. It was a busy Friday night. The staff never once made me feel rushed or hurried with my decision making. She even confirmed with the other gal to make sure all dietary needs were met. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make it work. We can’t wait to try our cake. “Went to Orange Julius Because they had a Dairy Queen attached to it. It's on the third floor of the Lloyd Center shopping mall. I just got a Dairy Queen medium ice cream cone dipped and chocolate.It was so good (Price $4.99).

“The food here tastes great, but very sugary, and sometimes it takes a while to eat but it tastes very good. The menu screen is a little tiny and it would be nice if it was a little bigger so it would be easier to see, but the rest of the store is great and it is very helpful to see the different types of cookies physically in front of me. Sometimes workers do not ask for phone numbers, or receipts though.“

“It's quite a strange surprise to find a soft-serve counter hidden in the back of a streetwear/shoe store, that's not the most well-visited place in Washington Square Mall. However, word of mouth has spread around a bit regarding this shop and my partner and I decided to try looking for it since we were craving ice cream while at the mall yesterday. We found it and there was someone working there. They have a pretty solid menu offering delicious mixtures of ice cream and other ingredients like cookies and fruity pebbles, or you could also get a milkshake. The ingredients are high quality, taste good, and are not overpriced for what you get. The only weird thing to me was that they don't have water for customers despite having some sort of dessert, so then you'd have to go across to Jamba to get some. The store itself is clean and nice though there's not many places to sit.“

I can't rave enough about the pleasant, worry-free experience I had with Erica from Ben & Jerry's Catering at the Yamhill shop in Portland. Of the 3 Ben & Jerry's shops I contacted in Portland, she was far and away the most responsive and helpful! In a year of researching, shopping, planning and choosing vendors for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding, my experience with Erica was one of the best! I checked all the ice cream caterer's in the area. Most of them were quite expensive and had limits, restrictions, and extra charges once you got down to an estimate. Erica was one of the most easy-going, honest, cooperative vendors I had the pleasure of working with. She was so responsive and agreeable to all my questions and requests! When I was concerned about not having a choice for our handful of gluten-intolerant guests, she offered to bring some berry sorbets. As always, Ben & Jerry's ice cream is excellent and they offer so many unique and delicious options! To top it all off, Erica informed me that when you hire Ben & Jerry's Catering, you're also supporting New Avenues for Youth which provides job training to youth experiencing housing instability. While some of the B&J's corporate liberal causes don't appeal to me, anything supporting and taking care of vulnerable little ones and youth has my utmost support! We felt honored that in celebrating my daughter & son-in-law's special day, we were also able to contribute to an important cause. Thank you Erica for being such a joy to work with!!“

“I had a event I was organizing and reached out to Ice Cream Express WA. I rented one of their carts. I can not say enough about my experience. They were fast on communication, they offer a wide variety of ice cream. The cart is super cute and better then I expected. They dropped off on time and picked it up after the event.
