“Cold Stone is a great place for hand scoop traditional ice cream as someone who's allergic to soft serve, I appreciate that I can actually eat this type of ice cream from them. This location is conveniently located. However, it's horribly placed. The shopping center that it's part of is super heavy traffic and on scholls ferry road. There's just no really easy way to get out if you're trying to go West. The service here is always pretty mediocre usually tired out employees that if they had just one more person working would be in such a better mood and so much faster and better service. However, during these hot summer days and even just running time, the ice cream here is great. The selection is excellent and the flavors are tasteful“

“I go for the a la carte sides (pretzel bites, onion rings, groovy fries, mozz stix). They are fresh, hot, and crispy every time. No charge for a couple extra sauces. I enjoy getting to choose between drive thru and drive in. Nice place to eat a snack and watch a short TV show during lunch break, esp for the price!

“Came in with some friends. They had patience of waiting for the long line but I did not. I just grabbed the pint of honey lavender flavor ice cream in their fridge then went straight to the cashier so I didnt have to wait in line. The ice cream was delicious and one of my favorite flavors, then 2nd would be blue cheese n pear flavor. The atmosphere was clean and the place smells like amazing vanilla scent because of the waffle cones they make there. One of my favorite ice cream places ❤️“

“Kate’s all vegan and gluten free ice cream is an inclusive dream for many people with dietary restrictions and a sweet tooth 😜 Everyone working there has been accommodating when I’ve asked about other food sensitivities, too, like oat. It’s ridiculously delicious and I recommend the ice cream sandwiches if you can have oats!“

“Oh man. I was with a friend at the Saturday market when I saw the kulfi cart and stopped in my tracks. I hadn't had kulfi since I left the bay area, and they did not disappoint! The taste, the texture, the portion size - all of the fun and none of the guilt. If you want a decadent sweet treat, go find them!“

“Such a good spot! I was really craving some shave ice and I found this spot on my maps and just had to try. A little heads up, you do have to order online which honestly at first I thought was inconvenient but it just made it so much easier. I got the piña colada shave ice with fresh strawberries on top and it was the best shave ice I’ve ever had. It had such a good natural taste to it, unlike most of the shave ice that I’ve had previously. I love that it all tasted so natural and didn’t have all of the insane colorings and fake flavors to it. 10/10, perfect for a hot summer day! Will definitely be returning.“

“Vancouver place need some more improvement in serving people faster as an example would be Lake Oswego location. Their place serves people much faster and crowd is much bigger.

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“The ice cream sandwiches that are gluten-free are the best we've ever had and we've tried all of them! Every single one that we get here is amazing, truly, really incredible cookie and ice cream is incredible or rather frozen yogurt… However, the only thing that we don't like about this place is that sometimes you can't try the yogurt that is in the ice cream cookies because they don't have any samples. Also the main thing we don't like about this place is that the toppings are $.95 each and that makes it so we just don't get them which is kind of a bummer for the kids but overall thumbs up.“

“Went to Orange Julius Because they had a Dairy Queen attached to it. It's on the third floor of the Lloyd Center shopping mall. I just got a Dairy Queen medium ice cream cone dipped and chocolate.It was so good (Price $4.99).

“We came in to order an ice cream cake with dietary restrictions. It was a busy Friday night. The staff never once made me feel rushed or hurried with my decision making. She even confirmed with the other gal to make sure all dietary needs were met. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make it work. We can’t wait to try our cake. We will also be returning for ice cream nights since they had options for all. Edit: We tried our cake! It was so good. Most of the family didn’t even know it was dairy free. “I accidentally had my order made at the wrong location. Both the Clackamas and Wilsonville store associates were very helpdul and patient while filling a new order and cancelling the other. The one negative is I lost my free bday cookie as I could not make it to the other location like I thought I could. I do understand company policy though.“

“It's quite a strange surprise to find a soft-serve counter hidden in the back of a streetwear/shoe store, that's not the most well-visited place in Washington Square Mall. However, word of mouth has spread around a bit regarding this shop and my partner and I decided to try looking for it since we were craving ice cream while at the mall yesterday. We found it and there was someone working there. They have a pretty solid menu offering delicious mixtures of ice cream and other ingredients like cookies and fruity pebbles, or you could also get a milkshake. The ingredients are high quality, taste good, and are not overpriced for what you get. The only weird thing to me was that they don't have water for customers despite having some sort of dessert, so then you'd have to go across to Jamba to get some. The store itself is clean and nice though there's not many places to sit.“
