“Without fail, this STARBUCKS location always exceeds my expectations! Whether it’s a welcoming smile from their staff, the checking in when waiting an extra moment for my mobile order(even when I’ve arrived early), or crafting my latte so perfectly every single time, this team is all around the best. As of late, I’ve been stopping at another Starbucks location that will not be named and have had a few instances of cold food, long weights or deflated lattes, sometimes missing espresso, but every single time I get a beverage at the rox location it’s like a little cup of perfection. I look forward to the rare mornings that i leave my house on time and can stop in here instead.

Even in Peak, and when this team is in the weeds, they are delightful and lovely to interact with. Huge shout out to Bella this morning for my cup of happy & to all the rest of you amazing baristas and leaders that have made my drink or my morning in some way over the last few visits.

“Not all Starbucks are the same. Today while touring the city, we stumbled into this Starbucks for a warm treat. Justin was our barista. Talk about a kind and generous soul. He was very welcoming and engaging with customers. Starbucks you have a gem with Justin.“

“This location often gets really high foot traffic with lots of orders at a time, yet the service remains consistent and quality! The last time I was there, I was hoping they’d maybe have a plum danish in stock - no luck - but the cashier was super kind for accommodating me with another pastry. I wish I got her name — thank you so much!PS: my drink is always delicious“

“Baristas here are always super nice in my experience. The new matcha recipe is so so good, it's an amazing rich green color and the ratio of powder to liquid is just right. With strawberry foam on top, it's better than most dedicated matcha shops. The baristas deserve recognition!“

“This is my favorite place to get my Carmel Ribbon Crunch or Mocha Cookie Crumble drinks. All of the staff are AWESOME! And they make my day every time I go in there. Starbucks… you have a GREAT TEAM at this location! All of the staff are more than welcome to come to Mr. Ivy ( my night job) or visit The National Shrine of Saint Rita of Cascia ( my day job). I love this place and the team.

Kid-friendliness: They love kids here. Children are more than welcome.

“Where do I even begin! I remember going to Starbucks for the first time with my mom and getting a Chai Latte with Almond Milk. It was the best drink 8-year-old me had tasted. I’ve been coming to this starbucks forever as it is the closest one to me, and I love it! The drinks. They’re perfect. Spectacular. No one does it like this starbucks!!! And oh that summer berry lemonade…how I love it! This location has made the best one I’ve had so far. The drinks here are always better than any other location in all of sp! The one downside though is that it sometimes takes a while for your order. Last time I went, they had re-done the interior and it took MUCH faster than usual. Yark this place is the besttttttt!“

“Working a grueling 12hr shift at the hospital on a rainy day, it was bliss to know a Starbucks was near for a boost and to my surprise, I found a gem in this one!Story-time: I went in with big bright eyes looking for the drink with the most espresso to wake me up from my 3pm crash and I saw on the menu “ Cinnamon Carmel Cream Cold Brew”, sounds delightful right?!?! Well, I was terribly wrong!I ordered that drink with a shot of espresso in it to add some flair and my initial sip landed a mouth full of bitter tartiness that was SO hard to swallow. Luckily, my awesome Barista, Jenn, noticed my dismay and inquired about my thoughts on the drink.At first, I fibbed and told her it was great and I just needed maybe a cup of ice to water the taste down. She gave me ice but knew that wouldn’t do. She kindly offered to me make me another drink if I wasn’t satisfied so that I would be happy and I shared with her my two “go-to drinks” are Vanilla Bean Frap and Carmel Macchiato. She decided to give me something in the middle that she calls a “Cafe Vanilla” and it was Amazing with Carmel drizzle and whip cream, yum! To say the least, it tasted AMAZING and I left happy as a camper!This Starbucks gets 5 Stars for Customer Service and Jenn the Barista is awesome, thanks Starbucks!“

“Everyone's a critic, especially for Starbucks. This is a great location, especially for how small it is, and how busy it can get. As a former shift supervisor for Starbucks, I know what it takes to keep one afloat, especially during morning or afternoon peak.

The staff here is consistently poised and striving to make personal connections and they're always playing something funky on the speakers! Yes the drinks get backed up sometimes but I think folks need to be a bit more realistic with their expectations. There's often just two baristas on bar with at least 20-30 active tickets. Maybe make sure you have a few extra moments to wait before placing your elaborate order or requesting a meticulous drip coffee. The ones who get it, get it. My drinks are always made exactly how I need them and the extra effort is always felt and appreciated!

“This renovated Starbucks is great! The staff are very friendly. The Starbucks has a lot more space for the flow of traffic. The space is entirely wheelchair accessible but there is a dedicated table just for wheelchair accessibility. I did not check the bathroom to see if it is wheelchair accessible.

“Me and my fiancé travel to this Starbucks, because in our area this location is constantly accurate with my order, i actually get a FULL cup of product and the associates that work at this location always make me feel welcome and always have the best service. In the event there is an issue they gladly fix it without any type of attitude. I’ve talked to other patrons at different locations in the area and they agreed that this location at Red Lion and US1 is the overall best Starbucks in the greater northeast Philly area. Would highly recommend the extra travel to come here.

It’s worth traveling to this location, we know what we are expecting to pay when you order anything from Starbucks. But this location is worth the money and time, because as said above you get the product you asked for and it’s a full cup with that first sip feeling! “Pretty petite Black girl was nice enough to not question my empty cup when I asked for a remake while others gave dirty looks to her. Music playlist is solid. I would go there to chill but I wouldn’t recommend ppl from different cultural upbringings—than that of the neighborhood—who may or may not a problem with not being accepted.“

“I had the most wonderful mommy-daughter date at Starbucks! My daughter decided to try the seasonal caramel brûlée latte, and she really enjoyed it. I only had a picture of the drink I wanted, (iced blonde vanilla latte with cold foam and caramel drizzle) but the young lady at the counter knew exactly what it was and helped me order it without hesitation. She was so pleasant and made the experience feel effortless.

The atmosphere is comfy, it was the only chain coffee shop downtown with a place to seat down and enjoy breakfast. There are restrooms and water available if you are a tourist as I was in the city.“

“Pretty alright. They're extremely busy, so orders take a long time to be ready. I've gotten better at ordering in the app about 10-15 min before I'd arrive for my morning fuel to reduce my waiting around time. They do a good job and rarely mess up my order despite being swamped. Food quality has been going down over the years, but that's pretty much at all Starbucks locations, imo. Atmosphere is decent, but it's a very small store for the location, so it's sometimes difficult to find a seat.

Parking: There are paid garages and valet nearby if you are a patient or visitor. Otherwise, parking is near impossible unless you're willing to walk from further away.“

“This Starbucks is located upstairs inside the Acme. It took me a long time to find it. They are NEVER open until 8. Ever. I even called and the Acme customer service said they were open, i drive all the way there for them to be closed. The cashier was really sweet and knowledgeable about the drinks and food. “I went to this Starbucks inside Target the service was very good but I am disappointed with their food menu. There prices are high for the size of the sandwiches and pastries they offer. Everything is microwaved too. I think they are over rated and their coffee selections are just ok. I only went here because my friend re-gifted her gift card to me. Don't think she is a fan either.“
