“Gracie’s vegetarian and tasting menus were creative, fun, and delicious! Can’t wait to discover more.”
“Friendly folks and out of this world food. Come meet Carlos, the best human. Foodies will love the tapas menu.”

“I held a rehearsal dinner at Maria’s and I cannot say enough how great it was to plan with the help of Chris Spertini. He made the whole evening a success by guiding me with food choices and seating arrangement. Our server was excellent. She was extremely attentive to our guests. This will be my go-to restaurant. If you have not dined at Maria’s you are missing out.”
“Absolutely. Amazing. Food. Can't recommend enough. Whether you love South Americam food or ar just adventurous, it's incredible!”

“A couple of the dishes were really good - the kofta was so well seasoned and the chicken shawarma plate was great. I would definitely come back just for these dishes.
While the ingredients tasted fresh, I would not recommend the tabbouleh (soupy and oily) or falafel (dry and incredibly salty). The hummus was good, but I would've liked to see the price be more at about $7 for the size versus $9 (about 1.25 cups).
The interior is small and clean. There are some tables/booths inside if you're looking to scarf down your food onsite or a place to sit while you're waiting to-go.
I would be interested to try their pizza next time!”
“Went to the Foxes Hill neighborhood in Providence to try out a Morroccan spot, but it ended up being closed. Luckily, right around the corner was Aguardente, which is a Guatamalen & Portuguese tapas restaurant. Love the interior decorations and warm welcoming vibe. We started with quejo de cabra, rellenitos, & the minha caiparinha. Then we had the batatas fritas, empanadas de pollos, polvo grelhado, & almondegas. Everything from the service to all of the dishes being seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing.”
“Loved the scallop roll and fries with GH seasoning. Cross between a barn mi and lobster roll. The bread was perfection warm , soft, buttery on the inside. Right amount of crust on the outside. The scallops were delicious. The seasoning on the fries made them stand out and complemented the roll. Staff were attentive, kind and helpful.”
“Had the pasta dish (began w L)and pork chop. Both were excellent. Really trendy atmosphere. Also loved the cheese cake dessert. The only thing was when it costs $13 for a glass of wine, I'd like a good pour. The pours were a bit small. Service was excellent. Pricey but expected this, would definitely go back.”
“I just tried the food for the first time. I had a classic Greek pita (with chicken) and a steak skewer as a side order. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The establishment itself was very clean. This place will definitely be my go-to for Greek food. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood.”
“Seller was not very polite, she was in a hurry like there was a bunch of customers behind us even when we were the only ones. I was choosing my macaroons flavors for my box of twelve and she was “keep going, keep going” made me feel anxious. I gave her a tip just to be polite. Good product, poor customer service.”

“What can I say? Avenue N is definitely one of the best in the state for farm to table comfort food and cocktails. However they really outdid themselves with, what I would call, the new “it” dinner option- the birrio burger. Every bite has flavor & every bite melts in your mouth. I hope this becomes a weekly special due to its uniqueness. My “pear-suasion” drink complimented it perfectly. As always the staff there is top notch. Definitely make a reservation for an epic experience. PS please change up your dessert menu. We need some new creations.”

“Been patronizing Angelo's for years (years & years) - it's my 'Go To' place in Providence for Italian. There are plenty of good Italian Restaurants but Angelo's treats you like family . My favorte server is Thera - always smiling - always friendly - and always flying around the resturant making sure everyone is happy. My recommendation - ask for her :-)”
“We sat in the enclosed area. I love that small birds come in and sit next to you. Very nice touch!! The pancake are amazingly fluffy and delicious. I ordered The ultimate breakfast. Sausage and bacon were on point. Crispy bacon and a perfectly cooked hash brown. Came here for my birthday and it was a perfect breakfast to start the day.”

“Location/decor/ambiance: the owners have tried to turn the spacious brick and beam interior of a former factory building into a ghetto-ish inner cityscape skateboard park using graffiti-style airbrush graphics, little skateboards that serve as bar chair seat backs, concrete floors painted with Providence manhole covers, etc. Visually, the effect is mixed. I “get” what the owners are trying for, but it isn’t for me an “attractive” dining decor. It looks much more like a dance club for young twenty-somethings. I quickly adjusted to the inner-city grunge decor, but what we couldn’t adjust to was the VERY loud rap/hip-hop music blaring out of some very robust speakers non-stop. Talking was difficult. Yes, I’m an older person, but I don’t begrudge anyone their musical sensibilities… provide its not full of “***** and “nigga” and roaring out at at least 90 decibels. Whatever they’re trying to be, they need to remember that they are l (at 10 am) a restaurant, not a dance club. Food & service: unexpectedly, given the above criticism, the food was outstanding, I mean really good. Caught us off guard. Just beautifully imagined and realized. Would I return? Probably not. Even the great food cant quite overcome the soundscape. Interesting place, though”
“One of my favorite restaurants on “The Hill”. The dining experience at Massimo is always a 5 star experience. Yesterday afternoon we had Janelle as our server and she was superb- it made it a 5 star PLUS visit. Blood orange Cosmos, eggplant appetizer, chicken parm, pistachio cannoli, tiramisu- all excellent. Highly recommend”
“I have numerous food allergies, making going out to eat an anxiety filled experience for me. We found Cassarino's while looking for a safe place to eat while in Providence. I've struggled with finding an Italian restaurant I'm comfortable eating at for years! Our server, Morgan, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe while eating here! I would happily take the 45 minute drive down here to eat again.”
“The selection of games was perfect. All the exact games I would have picked to represent each genre. The was ridiculously cheap. every machine was in near perfect condition. We went specifically for pinball and couldn't believe every function worked exactly as intended. We ended up playing all the arcade games too because the nostalgia kicked in. we felt like little kids again.”
“Outstanding meal! There were 7 of us for a family gathering (we met in the middle for CT + MA family) and everything about our dinner was exceptional! The food, the wine, the calamari + dip, the bread, the olive oil + balsamic dip were all delicious, but the lobster ravioli and caramel gelato were to die for. Omg! Our server was perfect too. We will be back. Thank you!”
“We just stopped by for an afternoon cocktail after a long walk along the river. Very cool place and our bartender is awesome! Her drink skills are on point!”

“Shareena, the young lady at the cash register was great! I came thru the drive thru on Friday. Usually I dread going through the drive thru because they’re usually rude at Mc’s( not this one though). This young lady was polite, took my order, offered me other suggestions and told me what to do to make it a meal. In addition to this, she never once asked me, is that all, is that all, is that all, or anything else, anything else, anything else! She spoke clearly and had patience. Every experience at this Mc’s have been great thus far! She went above and beyond to make my experience a great one!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is accesible”

“Had to get a late supper. We are travelling and found this place on Happy Cow. The food is fantastic and so is the staff. If you’re in Providence check this out. Vegan and Kosher…priceless.”
Takeout Restaurants
“Holy mackerel was this place good. I've been trying to get here for some time now on the recommendation of a friend, now I know why! the staff was great and the food was excellent it's adorable inside as well. for such a tight area the parking was still pretty good. Will definitely come back many times.”
“To put it plainly, this is my favorite establishment ever. Incredible incredible food, and very cheap to boot. This is the type of place where you immediately sense that the owner is someone with a mission--to serve the community by providing delicious and affordable vegan food for everyone. It scratches that itch for traditional deli food, without the animal abuse; a rare gem.”

“Cereal milk has been my jam since I was a little kid. Cereal milk ice cream….a brilliant dose of tasty deliciousness. The service is excellent! This will definitely be on my must do list when I return for campus visits. Keep up the good work! Don’t change a thing.”

“We stumbled across this place tonight without realizing it was entirely Vegan. We're not Vegan ourselves, but our daughter is, so we eat a lot of Vegan cuisine. I ordered a zucchini "steak" dish that sounded unique, and my hubby got the country "chicken." Both were extraordinary - the best meal either of us has had since we moved to RI (and we've had some great meals). The food was honestly bursting with flavor, and the quantity was just right. The service was perfect, too, attentive without being intrusive. We debated getting dessert, since the dinner flavor left such a satisfying taste behind, but we couldn't resist the gluten-free chocolate brownie. It came with raspberries on top and a trickle of raspberry sauce, in a combination that was again perfect - crispy edges, a gooey center, sweet and rich but not too much so, with the raspberry flavor offsetting the chocolate in a way I've never tasted in my entire not-particularly-young life. It was so, so good, and to my surprise, it blended well with the dinner flavors. I've been sitting here all evening enjoying the last remnants of the taste, reluctant to go brush my teeth, and I thought I should take a moment to leave a review on the various sites. We will absolutely be return customers, and we can't recommend this restaurant enough!”

“Cheryl and I dined with friends last night at Casa Azul Taqueria at 840 Allens Avenue in Providence. Although the place is small, with just three tables and primarily offering takeout, the food is fantastic, featuring great vegan options. We're definitely going back!”
“Great atmosphere! And Christine our server was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She checked on us consistently- thanks! I only got pics of our appetizers as we were hungry and chowed on our mani courses. Started with a 1930 DAQ, Wawtuhmelon and a Vino Rosso Gaio - all drinks were tasty! We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! Daughter ordered the Pink Vodka - also really flavorful with interesting noodles I had not had before. Thank you for a great experience- we shall be back! Thanks Chef Max!”

“Great teahouse located right on Broadway in the Federal Hill district. My wife and I had breakfast there. The chorizo breakfast sandwich was delicious. Stop by and try them out, you will love it!”

Fine Dining
“Outstanding Steakhouse Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive service set the stage for a memorable evening. It was a very special birthday for me from when we arrived till we left 3 hours later and was absolutely my favorite dining experience ever! The highlight, of course, was the steak—perfectly cooked to order, with a beautiful sear on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness inside and so much flavor. The selection of cuts was impressive, and the quality of the meat was top-tier. Accompanying the steak, the sides were just as outstanding— my absolute favorite is the creamed spinach, was so good and I would get it again and again… The wine and cocktail list was well-curated, offering great pairings to enhance the meal. We had the best bubbly to start and cheers to my birthday, we had a delicious red wine to go with the steak, and a sweet dessert wine to end the meal. And for dessert, we had the chocolate molten cake, carrot cake, cheesecake and others so amazingly yummy and was the perfect sweet ending. If you’re looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience with impeccable service, a great atmosphere, and food that truly delivers, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse in is a must-visit. Highly recommended!”
“Fabulous special occasion cozy spot. Fabulous for gluten free dining.”

“I enjoy the different vegan and plant-based option at Plant City. There is the option to eat more casual downstairs, there is nice outdoor seating overlooking the river and bridge, and the upstairs Sezn offers fine dining. I tried Sezn for the first time and enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi, eggplant lasagna and matcha strawberry shortcake. It was a beautiful atmosphere with very attentive staff. The food was exceptional.”
“The vibe is gorgeous! Well-rounded coffee shop with attentive service.
I tried the Spanish Latte, which was great — though I didn’t taste the condensed milk until the last few sips, so up until that point, it tasted like a regular latte with (good) espresso, just no flavor. Would still order again in hopes of a better blend & try it iced!
The croissant I got was fresh, plain-and-buttery, massive, and abundant in soft flaky layers.
Their onsite merch is excellent quality too, and the aesthetic they’ve built for their shop makes it easy to want to purchase and reflect the brand.
Excited to return… perhaps on a weekend where I can try their breakfast sandwich… but the croissant bread pudding also sounds delicious… stay tuned!”
“Each dish bursts with vibrant flavors and is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I personally feel that every dish is made in a right way and tastes perfectly. I particularly recommend trying their Chicken pizza's and chicken over rice it's delicious and downright addictive!”
“Awesome Lil place, staff was nice and friendly, waffle dessert was awesome! can't go wrong If you are a waffle fan and Sweet Yummy desserts! highly recommended”
“Wonderful night tonight at Cafe Nuovo celebrating a birthday for our twins. The food was fantastic and the server was wonderful. We loved it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Chelsea was the bomb!! Please give her a raise as she was outstanding!! The food?? BOMB 💣 SOOOO GOOD everything was on point im definitely going back!! If your a private person like me tell them to bring you upstairs!! I luv this place!!”
“This restaurant is awesome but if Cosa Nostra had any f****** balls whatsoever they would get a list of all the members of the temple of Satan/Set from facebook and start rounding them up like veal.”

“The best spicy margaritas in RI! Pair that with shrimp street tacos & guacamole with chips...Winner!! Friendly wait staff. Perfect spot to sit outside & people watch after walking around the city. Highly recrecommended”
“we had a wonderful experience sitting at the chef's table today for brunch! everything was delicious, we will definitely be back”
“First time here. Everything was spot on. When you walk in the atmosphere of the Restaurant captures you immediately. Followed by the staff that greets you. The food, a triumph. The staff themselves Are authentically pleasant to talk to And extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back of this. I have no doubt.”
“My boyfriend and I went here for my birthday dinner and absolutely loved it! Chef Armando truly makes the experience such a warm, welcoming visit. I tell everyone when they visit Providence to come here.”
“Lucky Enough Bar and Grill lives up to its name—you’ll feel lucky to have found it! The food is top-notch, with a menu that hits all the right notes, whether you’re in the mood for comfort classics or something with a creative twist. The drinks are just as impressive, especially their outstanding whiskey selection, which is a real highlight for any enthusiast. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they make every visit feel like you’re part of the family. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, killer drinks, and awesome vibes, Lucky Enough is the place to be.”
“Fabulous 😍 The entrance is on Union Street. Beautiful and authentic French pastries. The real deal! Bouchons!!! And on Friday, Saturday and Sunday Canelé!! Service with a smile and lovely light and bright seating area”
“Two things I don’t play at all about, are a proper chai tea latte and RAMEN. Ever since Providence lost Ken’s Ramen, we’ve desperately needed this noodly void filled, and in the footsteps of the legendary establishment that was Big King, came Pickerel, and boy do they go above and beyond the call of duty.
We had the Cabbage Ceasar (VITAL) and the Menma rice to start, both were astutely delectable, but the Cabbage Caesar’s mountainous glory is a MUST order, to simply behold, but also serves as the perfect palate opener for the deliciousity to ensue.
The kitchen cares and that’s beyond evidently clear, with the love and care and attention to detail in every cut of seaweed, every sprinkle of spice, there’s thought in every part of the Pickerel experience. Beyond the kitchen, even the bathroom’s aesthetic is of worthy note. The ceiling vents are even a noteworthy aesthetic detail.
We had the carpenter st and rhode island red bowls and i couldn’t recommend either enough — if you love spice like I do, the rhode island red hits the spot like none other!
hats off to the chefs, the bartenders, even the fellow guests felt like we all were in this together as appreciators of a quality culinary experience.
MICHELIN STAR THESE FOLKS ASAP!!!!”
“Our server, John, was absolutely top notch, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, timely, attentive, and just a total pro at his job, he represented the restaurant beautifully and if I ran that place, I would be sure to keep him in the public’s service, food was great, view was great, 5 stars.”
“Delicious, authentic flavors, warm ambiance, and top notch service. A mus visit for anyone craving quality Indian cuisine. ⭐”
“Dined here last night before PPAC, for that reason we made an early dinner reservation. I confirmed when calling they had valet parking. We arrived to find no valet attendant. After some back and forth with hostess and manager my husband was finally able to come inside for dinner, nearly 30 mins wasted. Our server AJ provided exemplarry service; she was personable and knew the menu like the back of her hand. We appreciated her service, and our dinners were all very good. As we departed we confirmed with the tardy valet attendant if we could leave the car and pick up after the show as we do with neighboring establishments and he said no because they would be closed by the time the show was over; this couldn’t have been further from the truth. The valet was rude, late, and it’s terribly unfortunate that the valet ruined what could have been a great dinner with friends.”
“The cocktails were great, the bartender was even better! We didn't eat, but you have to rate the food to proceed with this survey; not to mention it took two passwords, one text & one email, to give this survey...mot good OpenTable!”
“The food and atmosphere during our latest visit to New Rivers were both excellent, as expected. It was the service that really stood out on this visit. When we arrived, the hostess kindly made sure we sat at the table she selected for us, rather than the bar as we requested, because she selected the best table in the restaurant for us. From there, our server struck the perfect tone. Warm, hospitable, discreet, and attentive, she made sure that we were able to keep the night about us, rather than her service. She seemed to anticipate our needs, never interrupting at an awkward moment or lingering too long. We enjoyed a leisurely, intimate meal gazing at the city's twinkling lights. The food was, as always, excellent, a wonderful expression of seasonal New England fare, presented artfully. My favorites were the pumpkin hummus with crunchy root vegetables, which a perfectly refreshing, sensual way to start the meal. The scallops were also great, presented with a knockout green sauce and some perfectly-cooked potatoes and green beans. Highly recommended - get a reservation, skip lunch, invite the best conversationalists you know and tuck in for a great meal.”
“Great atmosphere, friendly, efficient service and delicious food!”
“Best flan I’ve enjoyed in the US?? Great mixed drinks delicious enchiladas verde and friendly staff!”
“The best chile relleno! vegetarian options! excellent margaritas! this was a wonderful dinner and experience. friendly service and excellent food. like walking into a friends home and being served the best food from grandma.. <3we went upstairs after for some music and will be back for brunch. thanks for a wonderful evening.”
“We had the privilege of dining at Mills on Friday evening. As out-of-state visitors, our experience at this establishment will undoubtedly prompt us to return. From the complimentary valet service to the ambiance and cuisine, the overall experience was exceptional. The culinary offerings were of the highest quality, exceeding any preconceived notions we had. The restaurant also handled my dietary restrictions with the utmost care and sensitivity, allowing me to enjoy the meal without concern for any adverse reactions. I strongly recommend that you visit this restaurant, as you are sure to be thoroughly impressed.”
“Never a let down. I make it a point to stop in every time Im in town for work. The food never disappoints. Introduced to my first “stuffy”. I have never had to wait to be seated, food comes out timely and perfect temperature. Im making it a point to try as much as I can on the menu and enjoy my iced tea with simple syrup. Keep the great food coming!”

“Had an incredible meal there last night! The buffalo chicken egg rolls, the Rogue Melt, and the lobster Mac & cheese. All amazing! I’m more of a vodka drinker but the beer selection was incredible and our waiter helped me pick the perfect wheat beer! 100% I’d go back (when in town). A definite 2 thumbs up!”
“Excellent!!! Highly recommend, warm and cozy intimate atmosphere.”
“Today was my 62nd birthday. Tori the waitress brought me a cup of Gelato with a lit candle in it. She is a great waitress and I recommend Pasta Beach to anyone looking for a great restaurant with great, fast service and yummy food”
“An amazing meal, service appetizers, drinks! We had a girls night out and was very impressed with Johnny our server too! He made sure we all enjoyed our experience!”
“Great setting. Decent cigar collection. Good bar. Saturday night they had live music. I’ll go back when in the area. That said. I miss the old paison shop that use to be on federal hill. This was a ok back up.”
“We very much enjoyed the food and house mocktails but stayed for the atmosphere. A little bit of NOLA brought to PVD”
“Very cool place with great music and staff. Monday night jazz is awesome!”
“We've been to the East Providence location. It was closed (Monday), so we decided to try the original. Everything was delicious and the service was top notch. You cannot go wrong with Ebisu. Most excellent!”
“One of the few real Irish pubs in Providence. They have tvs if you’re trying to catch a football game. Or any game.
Hands down, the best pub. And I’ve made my way around the pubs in this city. Their outdoor covered patio just opened up. Great place for a group. Great energy, great vibe.
A bar for the community, a bar for Brown, a bar if you’re just passing through. The drinks are on point. And the menu is diverse and incredible. I’ve eaten most things off the menu.
Shepard Pie is my favorite. Filling and homey.
Wings are great.
Burgers are real and heavy.
Fish and chips are so good.
Be sure to check out their specials when you’re in, always something to order.”
“A neighborhood staple. Very good about keeping the beers interesting. Seating can get tight inside and the bathroom capacity strained, but I'm the warmer months there's usually plenty of space in the large outdoor patios.”
“Food was delicious. The server was so gracious. The environment was clean a peaceful. (Even though we were the only patrons there) I recommend you go”
“thanks for a friendly, fun, entertaining afternoon. Food was so flavorful and the drinks were delicious 😋 jazz music was so enjoyable 🥰”
“Bellavista Restaurant has such a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The service was absolutely impeccable, from the owners personally coming to our table to greet us, to the friendly waitress and skilled bartender who made sure everything was perfect. Everyone was kind and attentive, especially our waitress who was so patient with the children and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was delicious with generous portions, and every dish was full of flavor. Our favorites were the Chicken Marsala and the Grilled Chicken Alfredo — both were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The drinks were also very good and complemented the meal perfectly.
I definitely recommend visiting Bellavista if you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a warm, elegant dining experience.”
“I first saw Tomaselli’s at Rosario advertised on TikTok by a young lady who showed the size of the Chicken Parmesan. Unbelieving, my husband, my daughter, and I went to Tomaselli’s to check it out ourselves. We were not disappointed. We’ve never seen Chicken Parmesan that large. Had enough to feed my husband and myself supper the next night. Dining is in a large hall. Very informal, family friendly.”
“Outstanding service from our server, Andrea—she demonstrated exceptional knowledge and passion for wine. She offered thoughtful recommendations, explained pairings clearly, and made us feel confident in every choice. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm elevated the entire dining experience. Truly excellent service that made the evening memorable—we will be back to Alforno’s and hope to see her again!”
“We love going to Lim's for its consistently fresh and delicious food and friendly service -- thank you!”
“Absolutely love the outdoor dining and red sangria! Always a great time when we go!”
“Nice decor and good sound absorbtion, at least by contemporary standards. Food was nice, subtle, variations on traditional Greek dishes, Service was cheerful, attentive and professional. Not cheap, but very reasonable for the quality of the experience.”
“My wife and I have had the privilege of knowing Cheyne and Erika for sometime now. We consider them good friends. More than that, they are great people, warm and welcoming. The environment they have created in such a small place cannot be replicated, it is more than just a brewery, it is an experience.”
“Terrific food, drinks, and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and made it a great visit. We will be back again.”

“Love this place. Just moved from NYC. Bianca has made me some of the best mocktails I’ve ever tried. Explain your palate and watch her bring it life. She nails it every time. I’ve tried mocktails and cocktails on this menu and it’s one of my favorite spots Providence so far.”
“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. Party of 11. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was friendly & hip”

“Parkside is my favorite! !!!!! And I'm not just saying that because my hubby works there. The food is truly amazing, the service is incredible and the atmosphere is perfect!!!! I would go every week if I could!”

“We flew in to Providence tonight and before heading to The Cape, we stopped. The pizza and service was over the top!”
“Highly recommend! Food is fantastic, wine is phenomenal and reasonably priced, service is excellent and makes you feel at home (in multiple languages, even). Great date spot or a fun night with friends.”
“First time as was in town from Newport to see Little Jagged Pill at PPAC. Bartender (Tim?) was excellent friendly, knowledgeable on menu and made great handcrafted drinks. Manager (she moved here from NYC) was also excellent. I ordered the pork loin special, one of my friends ordered to porchetta over grits (I was a bit jealous as it was amazing. Overall a great experience.”
“My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.”
“Tortilla Flats is my go to restaurant. Great food, good service, and a great place to meet friends. This place rocks. Try the Mojito. it's the best around.”
“Amaryllis doesn’t get the attention it deserves. Everything is delicious and interesting. And since Covid is still around, being able to take out is good.”
“We tried Needle & Thread during Providence Restaurant Week and it was fabulous. Drinks were amazing and the short ribs were so delicious. The interior is gorgeous and adds to the speakeasy vibe. We will definitely visit again!”

My recommendation - ask for her :-)”
“We stumbled across this place tonight without realizing it was entirely Vegan.
“Each dish bursts with vibrant flavors and is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I personally feel that every dish is made in a right way and tastes perfectly. I particularly recommend trying their Chicken pizza's and chicken over rice it's delicious and downright addictive!”

“We went here for the first time Friday night. Food and drinks were amazing. Wish I could remember our servers name because he was great, made excellent recommendations. We had the frutti di mare with homemade pasta and Bolognase. So good. My pear martini was the best I’ve ever had. Adffogato for dessert. Think this is our new favorite spot. Thanks for a great evening!”
“Contemporary Asian cuisine featuring Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Singaporean, and more. A great blend of traditional Chinese techniques with modern, Western-inspired presentation. Excellent sushi and a variety of flavorful Asian dishes. Beautiful views of the city and river, plus convenient valet parking.”
“We had an excellent first visit to Ten Prime with another couple. I was worried about the noise (we are all over 60), but it was not too loud, because the restaurant has several areas divided by long curtains, which absorb sound. Our server Claudette was funny, personable and professional. The drinks were interesting and delightful. It was difficult to decide what to order, because everything sounded great. We settled on 4 sushi (maki rolls), salmon, short rib ragout and two sides for the table. Everything was delicious. I would definitely eat here again. Wish the steaks were a little bit more affordable, but I would return for the sushi!”

“Went on google maps looking for a little breakfast spot. Found this gem. Nothing bad to say. Crepes were a perfect balance of all ingredients. Golden Latte hit the spot. Atmosphere was the right amount of cozy and inviting blended with bright and cheerful. Definitely worth the stop.
P.S. if you look at posted menus here beforehand- there are no waffles. ;)”
“If you’re at Providence and looking for a great meal, you have to try Shah’s Halal Food. The chicken and lamb combo over rice is incredibly flavorful and juicy, and their famous white sauce is easily the best in the city. The portions are huge for the price—I usually have enough left over for a second meal—and the service is always fast and friendly. It’s much better than the typical food court options and is easily the freshest, most satisfying spot in the thayer street.”
“I hear the breakfast and lunch are highly rated. But it seems less well known that the dinner experience is also excellent. Beautifully prepared and delicious food served in an eclectic library setting. It's almost like being at someone's house. And all for a good cause as people learn the restaurant business. Bit of a hidden gem which deserves to succeed wildly.”
“Anna's Vesuviano is honestly one of my favorite places to eat! I just love their pizzas, meatballs, sandwiches, and salads! I am amazed by the creativity that Anthony and the chefs bring to life! It's certainly not your usual pizza place at all. Everything feels artisan! The bread and the crust are incredible, whether it's in a sandwich or pizza! The sauces are a savory adventure indeed!
I love it and I recommend Anna's fully!”

“Our second stop on our Saturday Taco crawl took us to Maiz, the Wayland Square location. The shop was decked out for the Halloween season. Inside the place reminds you of a Mexican cantina. Brightly colored flags adorning the ceiling contrasted the sand colored wall.
Our server was very nice, letting us know what our options were for the fight. I chose to upgrade mine to pastor tacos as they are my favorite type. My friends got a Birria taco, a shrimp taco and the carnitas taco.
It didn't take long before our food arrived. Fresh and hot, we quickly dived in. The pastor was flavorful, a slight char taste that made the whole thing sing a symphony for my taste buds. The shrimp taco was particularly good as well. The shrimp was succulent and the addition of the pineapple took it to the next level. The Birria meat was tender and juicy. The carnitas was a solid choice as well. Their homemade hot sauce, mild or spicy, on the side. All washed down with ice cold Mexican coke.
Another taco spot in the books as a place to return. We only live 9 minutes away so it's a sure thing for us!”
“I LOOOVEEE mochi donuts and I'm so glad this place opened up near me in PVD!!! They always have interesting new flavors and they're perfectly chewy and soft and delicious. Please stop in and grab one so they can stay in business!!! 🙏”
