We went there by chance while traveling from Smoky to DC- frankly we were taken aback as we entered the truck parking ground. We were very skeptical and checked before entering if it is ok to stop and eat there.
So glad we did!!!! Such an amazing place — a true hidden gem… it has pure dhabba vibe!! The place was so nice and airy … fresh breeze all around. Now the best part, the food- it was really a dhabbha experience! The curries, chat were great. Simple, clean and delicious !
The best was chai and rotis/ Phulkas…. excellent. All this at a very reasonable rate.
Thanks for providing great food at a good price and place to rest and freshen up for all the truckers .. it is truly a great service to the community!

“Visited tonight, seemed to be a after Church rush inside and the drive thru was wrapped around. What I noticed from the staff was outstanding, you could tell it was a absolute overwhelming time. Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! All of them deserve a bonus.“

“I must say, this place is much improved over the years. Originally I left a one star review because everytime I ordered at the drive thru, my order was wrong. After driving 18 miles home twice to discover I had the wrong order, I finally learned to check my order before driving away. I did in fact get the wrong order several times. The last several times, everything is fine. I will definitely contuine to have breakfast biscuits at times.“

“Every time I order a hamburger they ask me do I want cheese. They could make more money by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. I have enough sense to say cheeseburger. Plus it will help the drive thru by saving time by not asking me if I want cheese on my hamburger. Cause if they ask Two hundred people if the want cheese, that probably took up two hours of time in the drive thru service.“

“I can't believe it!!! I actually ate at a fast food restaurant that is worth talking about and I don't feel ripped off. The food was hot, very well put together and the service was great! My roast beef sandwich was so tasty and the potatoes cakes were hot and fresh. I was in a hurry so I used the drive thru and it was lightning fast. The lady at the window was even smiling. Now that's rare nowadays because most people don't provide great customer service. Way to go Arby's!! This location just hit a grandslam!!!“

“Went through the drive thru last night. They must be short handed as I paid they brought the food to the car in front of me then asked me to pull up to wait for mine. The classic sandwich was good. The chicken salad was lacking the pecan in its name and was a little dry. Still better "fast" food than most others on the parkway.“

“Tried for the first time tonight! So good and very reasonable to feed my 3 big guys and myself! The pulled pork is good even without the sauce but the sauce is great! The Carolina vinegar based sauce is good too! The beans and tater tots were great! Great option for those crazy evenings with 3 different sports going on and a hungry family on a budget.“

“The only reason it gets only four is the pricing 😕😞 but Arby's is always a good meal and guaranteed to fill you up!! The quality of food is light years ahead of McDonald's or Burger King and more so McDonald's and for this particular restaurant great 👍👏 clean fast fresh food every single time I've ever went and in the years I have been going they have only messed up 1 sandwich so that's a 100 A+ in books inside is clean aswell as bathrooms and soda machines!“

“Love Wendy's fresh and hot burgers! My husband really enjoys their hand cut natural fries and of course our son is all into those nuggets, which i swear are the best of any fast food! Their honey mustard is so good and goes great on the nuggets and fries! The parking lot is hard to get into and out of, just because of where it sits in the middle of several fast food places and stores like Home Depot, Michael's and At Home. There is also a chick fil a right across the road. It makes it difficult to navigate but so worth it! Their burgers are great, being as that they are fresh and hot when you get them! The building could use an update and so could the bathrooms.“

“We always enjoy going to Jersey Mikes and getting our favorite Hoagie …but you know it is a special place when Becky remembers what kind of sandwich you get and she has not seen you in awhile ( she was on vacation !) Becky ALWAYS GREATS US LIKE FAMILY !! She makes us feel VERY SPECIAL when we drop in for lunch. We even got to meet her Mom and Dad a couple of months ago…and the friendliness of her family is AMAZING !! We sure do know what store we are going to when it is Jersey Mikes Day !! The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and FUN !!

“The food is what one would expect for fast food. They have good biscuits. The spicy chicken biscuit is my normal go to at this location. The Bo Rounds are better if you ask them to cook them twice. Not a bad idea for a quick on-the-go breakfast.“

“Wanted to shout out the crew at the Bristol Va store #037662. We have been ordering from this location for about 6-8 months and the staff (Ashley in particular) has been gracious and making a seemingly mundane task of ordering food a fun experience. The food is always fresh and quality is great. We had an issue with the last pizza not being very hot and spoke with Ashley tonight prior to ordering and she ensured the door dash driver placed the pizza in a delivery bag to keep it hot. Pizza came piping hot and yet another fast and great order from this location and staff, they deserve some kudos.“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“
