“I had never eaten at a freddys before, however trying it for the first time blew me away, their food was fantastic. It was hot, crispy, fresh, and delicious. The price was very good for the amount of food you recieve, especially compared to other restaurant value to quantity ratio. The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant being very clean, and the theme of a diner being a great aesthetic. I would highly recommend going to the establishment, and intend to visit this place more often in the future.“

“I'm going to stop coming here. My husband and I stopped by to get the jr.pal with cheese. Those burgers were awful! They were cold and the cheese wasn't melted they were cold to. I also wish if they put out on their sign a suggested meal for a certain amount. That when you pull to the window to order. They wouldn't say its not a combo or special. “The Captain D's in Elizabethton, Tennessee is great. The food is always served hot and fresh. The staff are always super friendly and they always make sure that you have the correct order and that you have all of the condiments that you need for your food. One of the best restaurants in town. Also, the lady that was working the drive thru window was super nice and really a sweetheart. I wish that most folks were this nice.“

“One of the most consistently good fast food restaurants, Pals delivers on it's sudden service promise with a smile. I had them for breakfast today and spent $12 and 5 minutes tops in the line, and my food stayed warm while I made my commute to work. Compared to McDonald's where I spent $16 on the same type of food, with a discount, and spent 20+ minutes in line the other day, it's a big difference.Kid-friendliness: Simplistic meals with a very generous and easily customized menu. While I don't personally have a kid, I bet it would be a winner with most families.“

“Nice food, not far from I-81. My wife found this online: a Punjabi Dhaba style food truck in the compound of a trucking company in Bristol, VA. “All Pals (including this one) is a way of life for us in the tri-citys. Pals does not expand far from here and for a good reason. Pals is some of the THE BEST fast food you can get. If they expand to much, their quality may drop, and welp end up like your basic mcdonalds. Put it this way, i could eat Pals just about every day and not get sick of it. It's such a way of life here that when there straw distributors ran out of yellow with red striped straws, Pals about went under. People here were so mad over a straw they boycotted Pals. “There are a lot of options in this shopping center, and this wasn't at the top of my list for several reasons. However, my girlfriend is the boss and this is what she wanted to eat for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and efficient the staff were. The line was long, but the team behind the counter kept it moving at a steady pace without sacrificing quality or the customer experience. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The seating area was clean. The drink station was clean. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean. I recommend and would visit again if I was in the area!“

“I have been eating Long John Silver’s fish and chicken since I was a kid. They used to have them where I grew up in Florida till they closed down about 20 years ago. When we moved to Johnson City 6 years ago, I was so happy to see there was a Long Johns here!Sorry no pictures because I always forget to take them but we have been to this location many times and every single time the food has been hot, fresh, and delicious!I hope this one never closes because they literally have some of the best fried fish around! “The manager filling in from Oakland location is HORRIBLE. I come to this location on Bristol hwy 3 times a week and everything is always exceptional. I come in today to eat and this manager filling in is slow, rude, and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. I will make sure to never go to the Oakland location after this experience and would highly suggest someone look into who is running their business.“
