“I seriously don’t throw around 5-star reviews, but this Taco Bell is on another level. Every single time I pull up, it’s like they’ve mastered fast food perfection. The food comes out insanely fresh—like you can actually taste the difference—and everything is put together perfectly. No broken shells, no missing toppings… just straight-up quality every time.

The staff? Genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across at a drive-thru. They’re quick, respectful, and somehow still manage to keep a great attitude even during rush hours. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing, which is rare.

And the speed is unreal. I’ve gone when the line is wrapped around the building and still got my food faster than most empty places. Plus, everything is always correct—like they don’t miss.

This spot has completely changed my expectations for fast food. If all Taco Bells were like this, nobody would complain about fast food again. Easily one of the best-run locations out there. 10/10 every single time.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“Hands down one of the best locations we visit. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is very friendly and polite. Restaurant is always clean inside, bathrooms as well. The drive thru line can get long and busy but even then it’s still quicker than most places. Food modifiers, and any changes or details are always correct when visiting this location.“

“My family and I just stopped at this Hardee's location during our end of summer road trip. We were greeted by a young lady who looked nervous and made a few errors when ringing up our order. She fearfully told us that she was new and still getting the hang of things.

This review is to say that my family and I really appreciate the transparency, and the way the other team members rallied around her for support and made sure things went smoothly. In the end, we got our food hot, fresh, and delicious. We are thankful to have been a part of their team experience, and we thank them for a job well done!“

“So, the workers were so nice and got the food out speedy quick. This is not a sit in and eat restaurant, but they do have a patio to the side with tables and umbrellas. My son and I enjoy the nice weather and ate on the patio. We were then visited by a bunch of sweet little ducks from a nearby creek. It was a nice and fun lunch!!!“

“On September 4, 2026 I placed a online catering order to be pickup September 6, 2026 at Jack`s Restaurant on 25st. in Cleveland Tn. This was paid for in advance & I received a confirmation number. When I arrived at Jack`s they had not been sent my order and had no knowledge of my order. The Manager & employees went right to work & filled my order quickly, they saved the day. My husband has been eating at firehouse subs in Athens TN lately, so I thought I would try it today! Let me say, the ladies working today, y’all amazed me with this sub! “We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“

I haven’t been here in about a year and a half and let me tell you so much has changed here since then, for the better!
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
My 6 year old spilled her entire cup of sweet tea and they happily gave us another, and the manager himself came out and mopped it up and talked to my children and I. He was very sweet and he told me about all the community events and outreach he has started at this location. I told him I could see such a difference. The service provided today by Jason and his team members rivaled that of the nicest Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to.
The food was incredible, too. Great quality and I watched, each order was made to order. Nothing made in advance. Absolutely delicious.
Our burgers were juicy, and fresh, not hour-old, dried out hockey pucks you get served at some other fast food places. The onion rings were hot and fresh and incredibly flavorful. It was difficult not to order more when we were done, but we needed to save room for our sundaes, which of course were fabulous!
I love how this place has turned around so much. I hope the owner sees this and feels the pride he should having such great leaders and staff at this location. We will be back for sure!“

“First time I got to experience Hardee's and was not disappointed. I ordered a double Frisco burger and from the crispy edges on the burger that you can tell was better then your average fast food patty. It seemed like fresh ingredients and toppings. The fries were crispy with a tender inside, seasoned with the right amount of salt.“

“I normally wouldnt leave a review for Arby's but I watched the guy that was running the front register go out of his way to help an elderly couple behind me. He went over the menu with them patiently and even carried their food out for them when it was ready. I hope they know how valuable of an employee they have. “Im a truck local driver stop at this arbys at the love's pretty regularly on my runs to Maryville. I always just stick to classic beef and cheddar and its all but one time been great. I think the one negative was because all the cheddar was on one side and all over the wrapper. Pretty nice Love's also“

“Fastest place in town. I take lunch breaks around 11pm. This BK is always open and always extremely fast. It's unusual that I have to wait more than 60 seconds for food. It's incredible. And I order a burger without pickles so it isn't like they can just grab one that's already been made. The only complaint is there was an absolutely obnoxious Spongebob message that played when you pulled up to the screen. It was horrendous but luckily the employees knew that and tried to stop the message before it played.“

“Each morning I stop by the drive through to grab my coffee (Frappe) and sweet tea for the day. I work at the urgent care near by so it’s convenient. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. “I asked the manager how long this Bojangles had been open. He said since 2015 it's my first time there. Very clean. Very architecturally pleasing. They had plotted and synchronized the grounds to where it is very appealing. Lot of trees. Plenty of parking. Had a through Street that went through the back which was very nicely done. The food was great. It was a late breakfast for me. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit very tasty. The rounds were good and I got a Dr. Pepper to drink. The only flaw is and they put it on the ticket, one mustard packet and one ketchup packet and they didn't give them to me. I have to have mustard on mine sausage and I need ketchup for my rounds. Other than that, 4.8 out of 5 very well run very clean. Everyone seemed to be engaged, not for marriage LOL.“

“While the food is always good, it is very rarely correct. Just tonight I ordered a Bacon deluxe burger with lettuce wrap (no bun), add mustard and extra Asiago cheese. What I got was two patties on a bun with cheese and mustard… NO BACON, NO TOMATO, NO LETTUCE, NO PICKLES, NO MAYO, NO ASIAGO CHEESE AND DEFINITELY NO LETTUCE WRAP. I don’t know if the staff can read or just doesn’t care. The last time I ordered a small Baconator and received a regular cheese burger.“
