“I seriously don’t throw around 5-star reviews, but this Taco Bell is on another level. Every single time I pull up, it’s like they’ve mastered fast food perfection. The food comes out insanely fresh—like you can actually taste the difference—and everything is put together perfectly. No broken shells, no missing toppings… just straight-up quality every time.

The staff? Genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across at a drive-thru. They’re quick, respectful, and somehow still manage to keep a great attitude even during rush hours. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing, which is rare.

And the speed is unreal. I’ve gone when the line is wrapped around the building and still got my food faster than most empty places. Plus, everything is always correct—like they don’t miss.

This spot has completely changed my expectations for fast food. If all Taco Bells were like this, nobody would complain about fast food again. Easily one of the best-run locations out there. 10/10 every single time.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“I let my kids pick where they wanted to go to lunch. They picked their favorite spot which is Chick Fil A on Paul Huff Pkwy. They go with their mom a lot but this was my first time going.
The food was great! I absolutely loved my chicken salad and the kids scarfed their food down fast. Service was quick and pricing was good especially for the price. A great value for sure. We dined inside and the place was very clean. The employees were on it. As soon as someone left they would clean the area immediately.
But my main reason for leaving this review. We had a very nice lady (who at first didn't know she was an employee) helping us and then we found out that she was the owner. I love seeing an owner of a company who helps the employees and leads by example. She is a very sweet lady and made our experience great. A great restaurant is not just good food. It's great food, great atmosphere and a great overall experience. This location had it all! Kudos 👏“

“AMAZING!!! Haven’t been here in years… probably 10-15 years but we went today for the Big Buford special and let me tell you WE WILL BE BACK!! The burgers were hot and freshly made with good melty cheese and crisp fresh lettuce, pickles and onions!! Their French fries were deliciously seasoned so well ya don’t need ketchup!! Topped it all off with a Mayfield Milkshake that hit the spot!!! “Just wow! My family of 6 arrived for a late night snack around 9pm. We walked into a very clean and quiet restaurant and were immediately greeted by a smiling face, Amanda. She quickly answered any and all questions we had, and playfully interacted with my tiny humans. We had no more than finished our order and our treats were already coming out. Infact, the last of our order arrived just as we finished paying. My tiniest human made a mess with his ice cream on the window and we tried our best to clean it up. We let Amanda know on our way out and apologized and she told us not to worry about it and she totally understood. My family has lived in Cleveland for a few years now and we hadn't gotten to DQ yet. I'm so glad we stopped by and can say we will be back quickly. The sweet treats hit the spot and the customer service was even sweeter.
*I would like to note the drive through was pretty active the whole time and others did come in after us. I'm not sure how many workers were there but the staff was efficient at filling orders quickly.“

“First time I got to experience Hardee's and was not disappointed. I ordered a double Frisco burger and from the crispy edges on the burger that you can tell was better then your average fast food patty. It seemed like fresh ingredients and toppings. The fries were crispy with a tender inside, seasoned with the right amount of salt.“

“We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“

“Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. “Each morning I stop by the drive through to grab my coffee (Frappe) and sweet tea for the day. I work at the urgent care near by so it’s convenient. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. She doesn’t know who I am and I know nothing about her. But I cannot thank her enough for just being her sweet cheerful self every morning. “I recently visited this Panda Express location while traveling through Cleveland, TN (3/21/26), and I had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had—thanks to Erin.

From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and on top of everything going on around her. While we were ordering, my family called and added onto our order, which turned into a pretty large purchase (around $75). Despite the sudden change, Erin handled everything with ease, professionalism, and a great attitude.

I personally have autism, and fast food environments—especially ones like Panda Express where foods are close together or touching—can be overwhelming for me. Erin went above and beyond without hesitation and separated my food in a way that made me feel comfortable. She plated my meal thoughtfully and even put my rice on the side. That might seem small to others, but to me it made a huge difference in my experience.

On top of that, she was actively communicating with her team, calling for food, keeping the line moving, and still giving us her full attention. Her customer service honestly exceeded even some of the highest standards I’ve seen elsewhere. She was warm, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting everything right.

We also had a large order with lots of sauces, and for the first time ever at a Panda Express, we were actually given enough sauces for our entire group. She paid attention to what we needed instead of just handing out a few packets and hoping for the best.

As someone who manages a business myself, I can confidently say Erin is an incredibly valuable employee. She made us feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of from start to finish.

“Fastest place in town. I take lunch breaks around 11pm. This BK is always open and always extremely fast. It's unusual that I have to wait more than 60 seconds for food. It's incredible. And I order a burger without pickles so it isn't like they can just grab one that's already been made. The only complaint is there was an absolutely obnoxious Spongebob message that played when you pulled up to the screen. It was horrendous but luckily the employees knew that and tried to stop the message before it played.“

“Im a truck local driver stop at this arbys at the love's pretty regularly on my runs to Maryville. I always just stick to classic beef and cheddar and its all but one time been great. I think the one negative was because all the cheddar was on one side and all over the wrapper. Pretty nice Love's also“

“I generally visit this Pizza Hut a few times every month. The store seems to be understaffed. They seem to be working under stress, trying to get orders out and trying to accommodate customers. Nonetheless, they are always very polite and very professional. They always put out a good product. And the area for the customers is clean and has very nice decorations...
On one of my recent visits, one of the customers was being way less than polite, but the manager was being super professional about it. It seems that the issue relates to the fact that the man called in and ordered, but the number does not go to the store, instead it goes to some type of central call location. 'The store did not receive the order. It may be helpful to addressed the communication issues that may be involved- nonetheless, the customer was way out of line.“
