“Went to Eddie V’s Downtown Austin with a group and had a great experience. The service was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly for a larger table.

The food was really good. I had the sea bass, which is one of my favorites anywhere, and it did not disappoint. We finished with the crème brûlée with berries, which was light, not too sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal.

“I saw The Shore on my Google map and clicked on the link. I saw their Happy Hour Menu and noticed they had 1/2 price Oysters and several other choices. We decided to stop there on our way back home. We got there at 3:30 and found that they would not open until 4 pm due to an earlier water leak. We asked if we could just sit at the bar until they opened because we really wanted to have oysters for our anniversary. The manager said since we were wanting oysters we could sit at the bar and get drinks and the oysters. Chef Cody explained all the different oysters offered and we decided to let him choose the oysters and we were not disappointed . He chose the gulf coast, summer time, Black moon and pink moon. All the options were fresh tasting with just a touch of saltiness . We also had the mussels with fries. We have not had mussels this good in a very long time. the broth was thick with butter, wine and capers. The grilled ciabatta bread was so buttery and crispy we ordered additional pieces. The calamari was lightly breaded rings and tentacles and were heavenly. We also tried the Hi Mexican Lager on tap, it was light and smooth. Our bartender was very sweet and helpful with our choices. We also would like to thank the manager who being so accommodating to us and making our 42nd anniversary so special. We will definitely stop there again!!!!!“

We walked in without a reservation on one of the busiest nights of the week (Saturday!), after leaving another restaurant where the food just didn’t meet expectations. Annie and Bella at the front were absolutely amazing they somehow got us a table as soon as possible, which felt nearly impossible on a Saturday night. Their kindness, professionalism, and urgency completely set the tone for our evening.

Sergio, our waiter, was outstanding. He guided us through the menu, helped us choose the best dishes, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. His service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful.

It hit all the right notes: superior location (scenic patio is off of a quiet pedestrian walkway in the Domain) , relaxing vibe inside and out; they have a unique, flavorful and awesome menu. We had the Low country fried rice - it was over the top! And, the crab cakes - full of crab with crispy slaw on the side. Last but most importantly was the service. Esmeralda was so welcoming with a beautiful smile. Immediately made us feel like we were in the perfect place and encouraged us to relax and enjoy the fantastic food. Blake was on top of his game and the nicest server we’ve had on the island so far. The food Was out of this world. We are from the New York area and particular about Italian food, the linguine with shrimp special was amazing. The polenta meatballs out of this world., the Caesar salad was absolutely fantastic and probably the best Caesar dressing I have ever had!!! And then to top it off that orange/mandarin cake with olive oil was mind blowing. This place turned it up to 11!!! Best meal we have had yet!!!“
