“The food, service, and overall experience was absolutely phenomenal! Nathan was our server and was extremely friendly and attentive. He was very personable and checked on our table often without being overbearing or intrusive. All the food came out promptly and temperature hot. Everything was extremely flavorful. Out of our party of 3 there were no complaints from the appetizers to the desert. EVERYTHING was exceptional! We had the salt and pepper calamari (2 orders because it was SO good!), 2 orders of the lobster tails with creamed spinach, parmesan mashed potatoes, brie mac and cheese with king crab, 1 order of scallops with broccolini, blackberry martinis, pineapple voilas, creme brulee and coffee, and 3 orders of lobster bisque which is insanely good! We were greeted and visited by the manager on duty (apologies, I forgot his name) But he went above and beyond to accommodate us by looking up the manufacturer that makes the beautiful vases Truluck's has as part of the decor and providing it to my wife. I highly recommend this restaurant! Its one of the best dining experiences I've ever had!“

“We had reservations for 6pm at the bar for a party of 4. Upon arriving at 5:50pm, we checked in for our table. We waited for 30 minutes to get our table. I asked how much longer would we have to wait and were told the party at our table was just now being served desserts. This indicated to us that we would have to wait at least another 20 minutes to get our table that we reserved in the bar. At this point. we requested to be seated in another dining area. We were promptly seated in the small dining room adjacent to the bar. The service we received in that dining room, table 202 was excellent. Gabriel was very attentive and an excellent waiter. The food was excellent. The only reason I cannot give a total 5 start rating is the mishap with our reservation in the bar. We have been to Eddie V's many times and have never experienced such a huge delay in being seated, especially given that we had a reservation.“

“This place is a nice little spot, with seating inside and nice on the front patio as well (hopefully they get more comfortable chairs for the inside one day) Its a nice vibe and pretty solid spot for a date. The service was pretty good and they were all nice and very accommodating. I wanted to give the food 5 star because some of it i do rate very highly but some others weren't quite there. To start the shrimp cocktail was good, the shrimp are massive and both sauces served with them are good as well. Bills burger (no tomato and grill the onions) is a Top 5 burger I have ever had, the patties are made with brisket and short rib and those things are flavor packed, and you combine that with great cheese, sauce and a great bun and its hard to beat. The chicken fried steak was a bit on the tougher side but not terrible, and the crawfish Mac & cheese was solid but not quite as good as I expected but was still solid for sure. I cant wait to go back and try more stuff! The burger I give a 9.0/10 and Overall I give the place an 8.1/10“

We walked in without a reservation on one of the busiest nights of the week (Saturday!), after leaving another restaurant where the food just didn’t meet expectations. Annie and Bella at the front were absolutely amazing they somehow got us a table as soon as possible, which felt nearly impossible on a Saturday night. Their kindness, professionalism, and urgency completely set the tone for our evening.

Sergio, our waiter, was outstanding. He guided us through the menu, helped us choose the best dishes, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. His service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful.

To top it all off, the roses on the table were a beautiful surprise and made our anniversary dinner feel truly special.

“In a bad year for crawfish when none of the usual stores in central Texas had it, especially with Sunday pickup, we almost resorted to a lowly shrimp boil. Pops Crawfish came through big with some of the biggest and baddest crawfish I’ve ever bought. Good price (all things considered), great people, and a fantastic quality. Only 9 dead out of two sacks on a Sunday is a big win. I’ll never trust our annual crawfish boil to anyone else.“

“I saw The Shore on my Google map and clicked on the link. I saw their Happy Hour Menu and noticed they had 1/2 price Oysters and several other choices. We decided to stop there on our way back home. We got there at 3:30 and found that they would not open until 4 pm due to an earlier water leak. We asked if we could just sit at the bar until they opened because we really wanted to have oysters for our anniversary. The manager said since we were wanting oysters we could sit at the bar and get drinks and the oysters. Chef Cody explained all the different oysters offered and we decided to let him choose the oysters and we were not disappointed . He chose the gulf coast, summer time, Black moon and pink moon. All the options were fresh tasting with just a touch of saltiness . We also had the mussels with fries. We have not had mussels this good in a very long time. the broth was thick with butter, wine and capers. The grilled ciabatta bread was so buttery and crispy we ordered additional pieces. The calamari was lightly breaded rings and tentacles and were heavenly. We also tried the Hi Mexican Lager on tap, it was light and smooth. Our bartender was very sweet and helpful with our choices. We also would like to thank the manager who being so accommodating to us and making our 42nd anniversary so special. We will definitely stop there again!!!!!“

“First, we were late and I don't want to encourage being late, but it's the truth and we walked in at exactly 15 minutes after. The staff saw my frazzled self as I apologetically explained and they said not to worry. They'd take care of us. I'm not gonna lie, we were seated and still frustrated with ourselves and our waitress managed to make us feel warm and welcomed and totally calmed us down with her understanding and calm manner. From there on, we enjoyed a wonderful selection of dishes. The first was the fire roasted tomatoes with burrata. It's too good to describe. I had the lobster scampi this time and omg it was delicious. My husband always has the red fish which is favorite and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Red Ash, for understanding and making us feel so welcomed and thank you to our waitress, whose name I can't recall, for soothing us.“
