“Kaylee Cherry is hands down one of the best servers I’ve had at Arcade 92 in Flower Mound! She is friendly, attentive, and always has a great attitude. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

It’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and her positive energy made our visit even more enjoyable. Employees like Kaylee are a big reason we’ll keep coming back. “Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“
