“My father is elderly and unable to drive so I order him Chicken Salad chick weekly and he makes sandwiches for the week using the Quick Chick and bread slices. Never had an issue with delivery until yesterday when order was delivered to the wrong house. While this was extremely frustrating and completely the fault of the DoorDash delivery, when I called the store they worked with me to try to resolve the issue. The Manager Mark even offered to drive the order to my father himself. I really appreciated the efforts from management to go above and beyond to help with this.“

“I have seen this place for YEARS and it was never open and I hadn't even thought twice to inquire what it was about. Happenstance brought me there 7 minutes before close and the proprietor was welcoming and said I can order to go (She also took a large order to go for a customer who came in 3 minutes before close). I loved the variety of sandwiches on offer and opted for the Meatball and I was extremely satisfied. As I sit here thinking about how good it was and surprisingly light on the stomach I'm thinking about what I will try next! Based on the reviews anything I choose will be great. Highly recommend.“

“First time trying! We walked in and lady who greeted us was about this business! She made sure to let us know what the most popular item was on menu, the shift leader explained what all was coming on the sub, gave us an option to customize. Very friendly and courteous to us. Told us about locations around town. We dined outside, but they do have seating inside. My husband loved his! (I got the same one #12, ;) I second his ❤️ The lettuce is finely shredded and really adds a great texture to the sub. Bread was fresh. Cookie was fresh and sitting in the sun outside made it that much better. Warm and gooey! Definitely try this place out!“

“I have eaten at other locations. This is my visit here. A friend's office is close to this location. He and his son have never eaten at Jersey Mike's. Someone from Jersey Mike's came to my friend's office today, and gave them free promotional coupons. I had the #17 Mike's Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan bread, and they had the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone with Rosemary Parmesan bread. They were delicious. We talked with several people who worked here. They answered all our questions. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

As I waited for it to be completed, multiple staff members checked in with me, gave me updates, and apologized for the delay. One staff member even wrote a kind note on the bag and slipped in some dessert at no charge. It was a hectic night for the employees, but they still provided excellent customer service. Thank you!“

The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. “Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle. I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. “I love that Jimmy John's is around the corner from my office. It's so easy to order online, follow the track order and know exactly when it's ready for picking up at the store. A 16 in long sandwich can be cut into two or three days' worth of lunch. I always ask for extra lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is always fresh and definitely fills you up for the price.“
