“My aunt and I were pleasantly surprised at the 2 young men operating this sandwich shop. These two guys were all about customer service ,from making our sandwiches, exactly how we requested to even asking us if we needed to use the restrooms before they were going to be closed for cleaning temporarily. I have never experienced that anywhere. Wish I would have got their names so I could've mentioned them here.Either way these two young men have set a new standard for subways , in my opinion. My only complaint would be their app. It doesn't let you scan in your receipt to get points. You have to email them your receipt and if approved you'll get your points.“

Great people work there, especially a young man who helped me as I struggled to walk when my bad knees didn't want to! Joshua (please forgive me dear if I got your name wrong). He was so very kind to me & my precious husband of 39 years. Y'all have to meet this good young man to believe him! I know he'll take good care of you too! A young lady who works with him was dressed impeccably and all smiles to us, showing her equally kind heart! I was and am so impressed by the two of them as they worked together. I also noticed how super clean their Subway is. Ty both, y'all!

The service was incredibly fast, even during a busy time, and Amber and Arlene were both fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. It’s always nice to be greeted by people who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do.

I went ahead and ordered and paid cash instead. The food was very good. The service, however was sub-par at best. None of the employees seemed like they were in a good mood. “I ordered three sandwiches from this location on Apr 1 right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Well I went to the I-10 location to pick them up and of course they had no idea who I was, so I ordered again. But I had already paid the 281 location $26 for them. After I picked up (and paid again for) my sandwiches from the I-10 location, I called the 281 location for a refund, which they agreed to. Once again, I apologize profusely for my mix-up it was ALL on me. I know your margins are low, especially now during the pandemic, but you made this customer very happy. And for that I will recomnmend you even MORE than I already do. I absolutely LOVE Schlotzky's, and I have since I first ate there as a freshman at UT Austin back in 1973 and y'all had a location next door to Dobie Mall. My 80yr.old father wanted to try it.
Stephanie was so kind on the phone that I wanted to make sure that she was there when I ordered mine.
