“I came in and ordered two bowls, but as I was picking my rice, beans, etc. it was a little hard. One of the workers seemed like she didn’t understand English much and put the wrong item in the wrong bowl (since I was ordering for myself and another person). The other worker offered to remake the bowl, so that was great! But as I continued down the line, I just switched to Spanish to let her know which bowl needed what. It wasn’t a big deal, but definitely helped that I’m bilingual. Others might not be! It also seemed like the two workers couldn’t communicate well within each other because of this.

These tacos are heavier than they look they are stuffed to the max with beef n cheese, I couldn't make it to the 4th taco I was too full. LOTS of cilantro, onions, and lime on the side so you can use as much or as little as you want in each taco. A very big cup of broth you will not run out if you soak every bite. I paid about $18 for this plate including tax and tip. Probably the best taco I've had from a food truck I gotta say. There's a lot going on in every bite multiple flavors all blended together perfectly.“

We had the pork shank and the braised beef-they were prepared perfectly and paired with sides that were complementary to their distinct flavors. The service was excellent, and the owner was super friendly and attentive. The taco truck is set up at a car wash, which actually made for some fun people-watching while we waited for our food. We ordered the steak tacos, and they were packed with flavor and came with generous portions of meat. The spicy sauce? Incredible!

Pros: The food is awesome, made fresh to order . I ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla, Birria & consume and chicken fajita tacos.. they were all so good I ordered more to take back with me.

Cons: It’s not kid/ teen/ family friendly place. It’s placed outside a night club called high noon . So it’s loud and lots of drunk folks. For those who drink it’s great you can order a couple beers to go with your food otherwise they won’t sell you any water,soda or pop.

Definitely go there for the tacos, if you are looking for an atmosphere & travelling with kids/ teen. It’s not the place for you“

I've had the birria, tripa, barbacoa, campechano, and pastor, but the buche is by far my favorite! They also have breakfast tacos to start your day off right. A MUST when you're in SoCo. ¡Gracias!
