“Unreal experience. Chef Sebastian is in a league of his own. Some standouts weee the foie gras, lobster entree, truffle Brie, and baguette with butter (the last was simple yet perfect). But truly every dish we tried was outstanding. For cocktails, we had the last word & tequila bouquet, all great. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Will definitely visit again, either for date night, special occasion, or just for a happening dinner spot.

“I had such a great experience at Mosaic Cuisine! We absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and very chic — a really pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal.

We ordered the Breakfast Mosaic and a Nutella waffle with fresh strawberries and banana, and both were amazing. Everything was super tasty and beautifully prepared. The hash browns deserve a special mention — honestly the best hash browns I’ve had in my entire life! Perfectly crispy and full of flavor.

The coffee and strawberry lemonade were also amazing - fresh and delicious!! The only thing I didn’t personally care for was their syrup, but that didn’t take away from how delicious everything else was.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Great food and service, lovely atmosphere, and a perfect spot to enjoy with family. We will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Cafe Colline is spectacular. I had a toddler with me, was dressed in an adidas track suit, and wanted real food as we waited for someone working in the area. Most of the customers were much better dressed and without a child. Nothing wrong with this, just painting the picture. The staff could not have been nicer and more professional. We were greeted with open arms, sat immediately, and served with absolute professionalism. My food (the fish) was so good I considered licking the plate. They don’t necessarily have a kid’s menu but offered numerous things to make a toddler. I went with the burger and fries. They complimented this with numerous dipping sauces and made the burger to order. The charge was minimal and fair. I always clean up after him as toddlers can be messy and they insisted on letting them clean up (I did it anyway). Restrooms were spotless and the kitchen area you pass was very clean and well organized. It’s a small spot full of big talent. This will be a regular for us. A must dine.“

“Delicious food! We actually came here on a whim because it was so cute from the outside and we were pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. Without a reservation, the manager okay’d us as a pair promising to eat swiftly (we had plans in an hour) and they were very efficient. The place is small, so plan ahead, especially if you are coming with any size of a group. And yes, we had the burger and it was delicious!!“

And, I am a very picky coffee snob. Service is sometimes a little chaotic, but the staff is super friendly. Weekend mornings are insanely busy- a reflection of how good they are. “I had the most wonderful dining experience at La Fromagerie! Everything was delicious and the service was great! I began with champagne and foie gras. Next, I had the bouillabaisse; then, cheese course (a double or triple cream). I finished the meal with a chocolate pot de crème. I can’t wait until my next visit!“

Overall this spot is pricy but totally worth it today! I can’t wait to come back and try more sandwiches. Quick and responsive staff as well.“
