“I stopped at this Starbucks while passing through Richmond and was really glad I chose this location. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and my coffee came out exactly how I wanted it. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and the whole place had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. It was just a simple coffee stop, but the friendly service made it a particularly pleasant one. I’d definitely stop here again next time I’m in the area.“

“This Starbucks has a quaint exterior. The staff is courteous and professional. My order did not take long to be prepared. Seating however is extremely tight and limited; this location may not be best for working or meeting someone. I would however recommend this location for just picking up an order. There was great customer service and cleanliness.“

Respect to the Starbucks employees who showed up and worked while others chose not to. They carried the store, served customers, and kept things moving without excuses.

The contrast was obvious: some people stepped up, others walked away. This location stayed open because a few adults understood responsibility. Those are the workers who actually deserve recognition.“

“I’ve had a lot of good experiences at Starbucks and this one may have been the best. We pulled in and Victoria popped on the screen. Immediately, her energy was infectious. I didn’t know how to order my iced chai as it had changed. She told me what to do and she was dead on. She helped my wife get the perfect mix for her coffee. The entire time we waited she talked with us. We were just passing through from NC on the way to Maryland for a road trip. I rolled the windows down and Victoria engaged with my kids and they LOVED HER. Victoria is the epitome of customer service and deserves every raise and bonus she gets! We will be stopping here again on any road trips up north. Please make sure you recognize her and share this feedback!!!“

I couldn't get his name at the time but the employee working there on 7/5 at around 4 pm was super polite and telling me how he hopes I feel better and just went above and beyond honestly. “My favorite part of my workday morning routine. Cheyenne and Faith see me daily and always know my order, and even if the line is long, things move quickly. Not bad for a hotel Starbucks. Only downside is that I cannot mobile order here, but these wonderful ladies make the in-person experience worth it, thank you!“

“I absolutely love the employees at this Starbucks! Every single time I've gone here, anyone that's ever helped me has been wonderful. I've rarely had a less-than stellar experience at any Starbucks, but I'll honestly go out of my way to go to this one because everyone is so nice!“

Was not impressed by the pistachio flavoring.
Food was warm not hot. Yet, it was good.
All in all, I would order here again.
Drive thru was busy to the point that cars were out in the main road. I'm sure that's not fun for drivers in the morning. If you park in handicap, you could get stuck if drive thru is busy.“

“I know there is unrest in the company, as it is all over vlogs, blogs, and social media. This store seemed unscathed and employs a staff of personable, kind, and funny staff. I appreciate their interactions, and already always chipper and sweet. They helped me navigate my dietary restrictions. I love the coconut milk with my usual order. I appreciate the baristas helping me out.

Dietary restrictions: Helpful staff. They helped me with my dairy selection. I was just told to avoid dairy, so for the first time, I tried my drink with coconut milk.“

I ordered a coffee that I typically get, and the person who made it somehow made it the best that I have ever had at any Starbucks. Must have added extra love or care. I believe their name was Jen. “Got the total Starbucks experience. The barista LC's smile was contagious, which is hard for me before coffee. lol Great selection of pastries, clean and organized store. LC's positivity is a great way to start your day. The only disappointment is there was no tip jar to leave a tip.“

I didn’t catch their names but the guy working the counter with “patience” tattooed on his arm was super nice, and another guy with glasses and a beanie was really helpful with an issue with my order (it was my own mistake). “Starbucks food is pretty average, sometimes at this location they are missing a lot of inventory which sucks! The workers are nice. Every month they have new featured drinks which are cool!They have pretty nice lobby area with nice lighting and booths. The outlets are very useful for studying too!

“I’ve been coming here for over a year now and Jomar has been a delight!
Yesterday a customers dog jumped on me causing hot coffee to spill all over me giving me second degree burns. Jomar was the first to call an ambulance to rush me to safety. It was quite the scene, I was screaming and the dog started licking up the coffee on the floor that was surrounding my body. Jomar appeared like a guardian angel with a mop for the mess while the EMTs carted me off. Despite the chaos, Jomar maintained a calm and clean cafe experience. I can’t wait for my wounds to heal in time for pumpkin spice season, and I can’t wait to see Jomar again serving me with a smile on his face. Thank you for everything Jomar!“

“Been at the hospital all week with family in ICU. I have been so thankful for the much needed coffee, kind workers, and quick service. Only one day was it really slow BUT they were training so I totally understood and had no issue waiting. Looks nice and has lots of sitting room.“

“My family was on the road traveling, and we stopped here to clean up our toddler and get her lunch. I wish I got their names, but this afternoon (well, I guess yesterday by now, writing this after midnight) we had the sweetest staff go above and beyond to make things so much easier for us!

I hope their manager treats them well, they are definitely keepers. Only reason it gets 4 stars is because Starbucks, as always, is only so-so in quality. But this staff is totally 5/5.“

“Visited this location yesterday evening. It was packed. There must have been at least 20-25 people inside this tiny location. All waiting for their orders or to order.

There were 4 baristas which anyone in the store could tell was not enough.

These ladies did a phenomenal job maintaining a positive demeanor, professionalism, and ability to get folks’ orders out as quickly as possible.

Everyone working was doing everything possible given their lack of resources from Starbucks. They deserve to be recognized and hopefully Starbucks knows what amazing members of staff and how much the need these women at this location.

Thank you very much, I can’t imagine the adrenaline, stress, and anxiety these champions go though on a daily basis.

“If I could give ten stars to this location, I would. I come to this Starbucks at least a handful times a week. Each member of the team is outright enthusiastic, prompt and kind. You really start to appreciate that after consistent experiences. This Starbucks deserves a medal in the area, as a top-notch, quick, efficient and pleasant place to patronize.“
