“Hands down, the best pho you’ll find in Seattle! This place is killing it! I’m incredibly lucky to live in the neighborhood and I’ve been coming here since the day they opened. We were one of their first guests in those early days and eat here so much the owners know me by name! If I were qualified to give food awards, this place would win my 2024 Best of Seattle award! 🥇👏🏻✨ Ps. They do not accept reservations - it’s first come first serve. Around 6pm, they go on a waitlist and a line starts to form outside. Don’t bother calling to get on the waitlist - they won’t even do that for me! You have to show up in person to get on the list.“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!“

“My fiancée and I absolutely love visiting this spot every week. Pho Tic Tac has truly become one of our favorite rituals. Each visit feels like a small culinary adventure because the menu is so expansive and thoughtfully crafted that we make it a point to try something new every single time. From comforting, familiar classics to dishes that push us to explore new flavors, everything we’ve ordered has been consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really stands out is the balance of bold, authentic flavors and comforting warmth in every dish. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the recipes and the presentation. No matter what we choose, the food always arrives hot, aromatic, and satisfying, making it hard to believe we still haven’t made a dent in the full menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both quick weeknight meals and lingering conversations over shared plates. The staff is kind, attentive, and always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations, which makes trying new dishes even more enjoyable. This place isn’t just somewhere we eat, it’s somewhere we look forward to being. If you’re looking for a Vietnamese restaurant with an incredible variety of dishes, consistent quality, and a welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back, this spot is absolutely worth making a regular part of your routine.“

“fast service and kind staff. straight to the point. personally, i like my broth more flavorful and noodles a little softer but that’s personal taste and not reflective of their hard work.
recommend. may come again with friends. thank you.“

“every time my partner & i go on a vacation, she is in the search for the best matcha (for context, she works at a tea shop. so it’s not fully coming from a pretentious place). this place hits the S tier.
amazing matcha. phenomenal Vietnamese coffee. we will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
(also we got the black sesame matcha & black sesame coffee & they were both killer)“

“Ramie is such a beautiful and unique Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Seattle! I really love how they take traditional Vietnamese flavors and ingredients and give them a creative, modern twist without losing the comforting flavors that make Vietnamese cuisine so special 🥰
Everything we tried was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and had such a nice balance of flavors. The atmosphere is also warm, stylish, and intimate, making it a great spot for a date night, special occasion, or even just a nice dinner with friends.
One of my favorite things about Ramie is that their menu changes with the seasons. I think that’s such a fun concept because there’s always something new to look forward to and try. Even though we had a great experience this time, I already have a reason to come back and explore more of their new seasonal dishes!
Definitely recommend Ramie if you’re looking for Vietnamese food that feels familiar but also fresh, creative, and elevated. Can’t wait to come back and see what they have on the next seasonal menu! ❤“

“The owners were so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious! I ordered the pad thai with chicken. I ordered the level 3 spicy and it was perfect if you want some spicy but not burning your mouth. The chicken is tender and not dry at all. The pho broth was delicious as well. It has so much flavor I could just sip the broth from a cup. Definitely recommend this place!“

“I absolutely love this place! Total hole-in-the-wall (as the best places are) and incredible food. Family-owned! They have online ordering for pickup or delivery, AND btw if you’re vegetarian, they have a vegetarian broth for their pho so 💯 just saying. Pictured here are the 5-spice chicken banh mi, cole slaw salad, and some home-brewed Thai iced tea 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Also, I normally get grandma le’s egg rolls and oh my god 🤤 highly recommended!“

“Ordered the Bun Cha, 2V, because I saw it on TV. It's pretty damn good, most Pho has beef broth which I cannot have and this is special in its own right. The banh mi are silencing, most of my friends would rather not ruin their experience by talking.“

“It’s a place locked in time. There is no need for it to be anything other! It’s because they have mastered what they do and that is Pho. It’s a wonderful experience finding a place feels special and I am so glad I have found such a place. Just got get delicious Pho!“
“My ladies group went to dinner there last night and we had a great food and a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended, we'll be back.“

“The broth, oh the amazing broth! When we relocated from Austin to Seattle, we were bummed to leave our favorite pho spot behind, but alas, we got pretty close at Pho 4U. The *only* thing that would make this spot a weekly visit for me is if they offered egg noodles as a substitute, but again, the broth is *everything*“

“I’ve been here quite a few times lately, and I keep ordering the same thing ..the fresh rolls with grilled chicken. I swap the peanut sauce for fish sauce, and that combo is so good! The grilled chicken with the fish sauce just works perfectly together. Maybe it’s just my preference, but I honestly love it. 😆
So far, it hasn’t disappointed me once. It’s definitely my go-to fresh rolls in the area. I really need to branch out and try more of the menu because everything else looks incredible too!
Just wanted to take a moment to leave a review and say thank you. The food has been consistently delicious, and I appreciate the care that goes into it. Wishing you all continued success. I can’t wait to come back again!“

“While visiting the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle recently, I stopped for lunch at Market Pho. Located along a busy section of Market Street, Market Pho is surrounded by many other shops and restaurants. Arriving for an early lunch, we found the restaurant to be comfortable and quiet. The menu is small but varied, offering a wide selection of pho and sandwiches. My friend and I both had the grilled pork banh mi, which was quite tasty. I would recommend Market Pho to anyone looking for a quick, affordable lunch option in Ballard.“

“Literally amazing. One of the best banh mi’s I’ve had!!! I got the pork one and you can still taste the grilled char on it (in the best way). It’s incredible flavorful and just as good on day two!
Highly recommend CrackleMi! Can’t wait to try their other dishes.“

“I have so many memories here. This was the first restaurant I ever went to in Lynnwood, and it’s also where I had my first date. Their pho is absolutely delicious and always feels like the best comfort food. I love their drinks too! The cozy atmosphere keeps me coming back whether it’s hot or cold outside, and the customer service is always nice. This place will always have a special place in my heart especially back in college time!“

“We stopped for a quick lunch between errands, and I was blown away with how delicious the banh mi is here! With the most perfectly crisp baguette and phenominally flavorful pork, this is my new go-to spot. I am surprised with how quiet it was mid day on a Saturday! Check this place out so you don't miss out. Will be coming back in cooler weather for the pho!“

“this is the best pho in seattle. if you think it's not you're legitimately wrong. the meat is just okay but the BROTH is SO GOOD. i have dreams in which i am walking to Vietnam Cafe & Sandwich and i place my order and sit down and when my food arrives i wake up before i can eat. i wake up in fits of wrathful hysterics every night because of these dreams. Vietnam Cafe & Sandwich you haunt me. i love you. i miss you. please never change your broth.“

“I came here expecting pho, but quickly realized I was in for a completely different experience—and I’m glad I stayed. Phocific Standard Time is a hidden speakeasy tucked behind Pho Bac, with a stylish, intimate atmosphere that feels both modern and chic.
The handcrafted cocktails were exceptional, thoughtfully made, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. If you’re craving pho, they do have a fun pho cup on the menu along with a few snacks, but the drinks are definitely the star of the show.
This is a great spot for a date night or anyone looking for a unique cocktail experience in Seattle. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.“

“Had the banh mi which was delicious, the lemongrass tofu is so flavorful. It came with a little cup of consomme with a piece of broccoli and carrot. I assume it is the same broth they use for their pho, and it is really yummy. We also got the mango salad with tofu, which was not marked as vegan but we were assured it was. It was yummy and light, quite nice and fresh. The food was made very quickly and the staff was friendly. A very nice choice for lunch.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“Meekong Kitchen is a casual Vietnamese restaurant that’s especially nice when you want something warm and comforting on a cold or rainy Seattle day. The menu includes pho and other Vietnamese dishes, and the portions are satisfying without the restaurant feeling overly expensive or formal.
It’s a convenient neighborhood option for lunch, dinner, or takeout when you’re around Belltown. I like places like this that don’t need to be fancy to provide a good meal. A comfortable local choice when you’re craving Vietnamese food, especially a hot bowl of pho.“

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“
