“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. “We did the spicy beef pho and although it had a good flavor it did not taste like a Pho broth. Was missing the aromatics of the anise, cinnamon, etc.

Possibly due to the Spicy broth choice, tasted more like a BBH than Pho.

“First time at Aroom Coffee and I tried the Gloomy Matcha — black sesame matcha. It was sooo good! The flavor was really good and well balanced. I honestly loved it.

The place was pretty busy when I went, but the service was still really organized and everything moved pretty quickly. I was impressed with how well they handled the crowd.

We got the crab soup, and hot and sour pho with some spring rolls.

Spring rolls are what you would expect, nothing surprising there but probably didn't need with how much they give you in these soups.

Crab soup was very rich and had a ton of meat. My girlfriend who is very particular with her soups enjoyed it. The hot sour soup was also very good. Balance between the sour flavor was perfect, and the overall amount of food was worth the money. Everything was cooked correctly and had good variety in it.

“Ramie is such a beautiful and unique Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Seattle! I really love how they take traditional Vietnamese flavors and ingredients and give them a creative, modern twist without losing the comforting flavors that make Vietnamese cuisine so special 🥰

Everything we tried was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and had such a nice balance of flavors. The atmosphere is also warm, stylish, and intimate, making it a great spot for a date night, special occasion, or even just a nice dinner with friends.

One of my favorite things about Ramie is that their menu changes with the seasons. I think that’s such a fun concept because there’s always something new to look forward to and try. Even though we had a great experience this time, I already have a reason to come back and explore more of their new seasonal dishes!

Their pho is absolutely delicious and always feels like the best comfort food. I love their drinks too! This place will always have a special place in my heart especially back in college time!“

“The owners were so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious! I ordered the pad thai with chicken. I ordered the level 3 spicy and it was perfect if you want some spicy but not burning your mouth. The chicken is tender and not dry at all. The pho broth was delicious as well. It has so much flavor I could just sip the broth from a cup. Definitely recommend this place!“

The sandwich wass the biggest Bahn Mi I've ever had and so was the fresh Spring Roll! I've been to other places where they're skimpy on the proteins, but not this place! “I discovered this place maybe about a year ago and it is so good I sometimes go through phases of eating it even a few times a week! The staff is always very friendly, almost feels like family. They have a really cool fish tank with a bunch of fish right out front , and then there is the most important thing, the food! I have never had a bad thing on the menu here. I am on a mission to try every type of banh mi that they have, but I'm not there yet. I have had a good amount of their appetizers, most of their varieties of banh me sandwiches and have never been disappointed. “We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“
