“5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you for such a great experience!“

“Had such a great experience today! First time eating here. Probably the first time I saw that there wasn't a long line. But, after having eaten here i see exactly WHY its so popular. I very polite red curly haired kid took my order and my payment. His manners really stuck out to me. If more kids had manners and customer service skills like that the world would be a lot better. Anyway, besides the service.. the fries OMG. THe exact amount of crispness and soft potato inside, especially for being thin fries. Right about of salt and you could eat them with or without ketchup. And the burger.. its better than Frisko Free@e, but with that same local familiar taste...like your favorite uncle was on the BBQ grill at home (not dad, but cool uncle jerry was on the grill)!! When i looked inside I saw every person working as fast as they could. A great team for sure. Oh and the prices!! Jeez what a steal. My true recommendation is DONT PASS THIS UP. YOU CANT BEAT THE VALUE FOR THE QUALITY FOR THE SPEED OF SERVICE + the QUALITY of service . A+++. That kid at the window, his parents should be proud. Those business is doing it RIGHT!! LOD stool values and customer service. Im embarrassed for McDonald's being right across the street..they dont even compare!“

“I came in at about 8:30 tonight. There were 2 younger guys working, I didn’t get any names but one had long hair in a pony and the other maybe been Filipino or Pacific Islander . As soon as I walked in they were both so attentive and greeted me immediately. They made me feel like they legit wanted me in there- it was very refreshing especially because I knew I came in right before closing and everyone usually hates those people lol. My sandwich was beyond perfect, tastes like Mike himself made it and the 2 guys were so cool and funny.“

“Ordered online for pickup, parked and was in and out within 5 min even though the location is in a Walmart on South Hill in Puyallup. My daughter and I had delicious corn dogs with an order for the bacon ranch fries for my daughter . My Mom tried the pastrami dog and enjoyed every bite.“

“My 82 really likes Panda, and with the changing times, it is the closest thing to a sit-down Chinese food we have. The main location Operator or his second is always there, talking with the patrons, cleaning the dining room, and making sure his staff is on point. With their high volume of to-go orders, drive through, and dine-in the food is always fresh, hot and taste great!!“

“Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store.“

“This was by far the most pleasant McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had. The food was hot and fresh, and they got our order exactly right. There was no need to head back to the counter to ask for something that was missed, like what often happens at fast food places.
The employees were so friendly and kind. Someone even stopped by our table half way through our meal to see if we needed any more sauces or napkins or anything. Almost like a real sit down restaurant!

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. The pizzas were destroyed so I called back and was helped by the best staff. “Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful).
