“Our first visit to Jazz Bistro this evening was great. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely return to try more options. The chimichurri steak and chicken pasta were amazing. The service was top-notch, friendly and personable. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and a nice ambience. If you haven't been to Jazz Bistro, or are simply looking for a new restaurant to try, it's an excellent choice.”

It was undoubtedly busy, but she was hustling with CVS receipt long tickets, handling the bar and two restaurants by her self. To the management, you needs a barback. Several tables were upset with service but as far as I could tell it was a staffing issue, not the employees themselves. Thank you for a fine farewell from Alaska!”

We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. I want to say that she is my all time best and favorite waitress in my 77 years of being. The food and ambiance were also good. But Jenna was fantastic Thank you Jenna”

“First time trying the fruit crepes today and it is sooooo delicious. I highly recommend trying them out. I order the beef lo-mein and keep seeing the crepes but always scared to try them. So glad I bought it ate half and can eat the other half later. 5 star from me.”

“Great buffet breakfast, plenty of choices. Reindeer sausage is on the menu, really tasty. They seat you. Located inside the Westmark hotel. We had super good service. The waitress(SHOUT OUT) was very informative, a wealth of info. She was glad to see us when said we were from Maryland. She was born in Maryland.”

“Pad Kee Mao is my favorite comfort dish and I am always trying new spots wherever I travel to see their rendition. This place nailed it! Nice thicker noodles, all the flavors were there. Ordered it spicy and was pleased to see fresh serrano chiles thrown in instead of spicy paste. My wife got the Duck pho... that seriously was the best we have ever had in our lives. We lived in San Francisco for almost 10 years and tried plenty of it, but Siam Square has the best guaranteed. The broth was umami, sweet, rich, had depth... the duck was so tender and cooked perfectly.
I can tell it's ran by a sweet family dedicated to their passion of cooking. With so many Thai options curiously available in Fairbanks, this place definitely is a top contender ?”

The menu offers something for everyone, including our two picky eaters. When you can’t stay to enjoy the restaurant, order it to go. Bobby’s kitchen and service staff put together your takeaway order with the same care and attention. We highly recommend Bobby’s Downtown for a date night, a family night, or a comfort food night. You will find the perfect food, drink, service, and atmosphere to make it a great experience.

Kid-friendliness: Our kids and grandkids have been enjoying Bobby’s with us for more than a decade. It always tops their list.”

Yesterday my wife told me that the fried chicken sandwich she ordered was the best sandwich she had ever had. Knocking her former favorite for more than 15 years of the top spot! I had the bacon cheeseburger with garlic Parmesan fries. I couldn’t have been happier! Great job to Early Bird loaded fries! Great food, great customer service service great people!”

“10-15-24: I can no longer list this as one of the top 5 biscuits and gravy places in Fairbanks area. Today's meal was not pleasant. Gravy was good but biscuits were not biscuits, but a cornbread style that was very dry. I was very disappointed.

“I wanted to take my Granddaughter to a nice sushi restaurant since in our extended family she and I are the only sushi eaters. I would get sushi rolls and share with her from the grocery store but we had to go into Fairbanks for a dental appointment for her so we had a day of having fun. They open at 11:00 which fit my schedule so I decided to go to Kanpai. I ordered a bento box with sushi to "share." It was amazing. I commercial fish in Ketchikan and I can tell when fish was handled correctly; it was. I had her go to the counter to watch how the food was prepared and she loved it. The chef was gracious and deftly demonstrated the preparation for her. My wife doesn't eat raw fish so she got tempura instead and it was excellent. They also gave our granddaughter special training chop sticks that she got to take home! To top it off, the chef made a koala out of an orange for her dessert! Did she ever feel special. I highly recommend Kanpai for a special meal. The bubble wall kept her mesmerized and the playing grand piano added to the fine atmosphere. All the staff were exceptional.”

“I can’t say enough about this place. It helped provide entertainment, great food, and great drinks while we waited for our next Alaskan adventure during our week long visit. I have to give a very special shout-out to Denaeuh. If you get a chance, don’t leave Fairbanks without spending time with her at the bar in Pike’s Landing restaurant. She’s a genuine person with outstanding customer service and hospitality. Her drinks, food recommendations, service, and conversation were excellent! If/when we come back, we will seek out this restaurant and service with Denaeuh. Overall… I highly recommend. It’s a great place!”

“The French Onion Soup was absolutely wonderful, loved it so much. With me being a picky eater, that's a big plus! My Fiance enjoyed the Steak Pasta and that was also wonderful! I would eat here again no problems! Fried Pickles were sooo good too! Was a bit on the slow side, and tables are not....heafty people friendly but was wonderful nonetheless.”
