Yes, mistakes happen, however this is one of several cleanest fast-food chains/stores I have ever had the pleasure of temporarily over seeing/working/dining at. Every aspect of what the health department requires is being met. “Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

I eat at Jack's all over the state of Alabama because of travel, and Darrell makes the very best grilled chicken sandwich!

“I’m not a McDonald’s fan, but on a few occasions I will let my little one get a happy meal. She was begging to stop, so we stopped in Leeds. It was around 3:40 today, 4/17/23. The two ladies that helped me were SO pleasant, welcoming, and just made the atmosphere so relaxing overall. The cashier was just as friendly and really wanted to help me redeem a reward I had and the lady brought me my food while I was fixing drinks. Good job ladies, thank you. Also to note the restaurant was impeccably clean, and so well organized. Honestly I’ve never seen a McDonald’s that was. So triple thumbs up from me! “I had a wonderful experience at my local Leeds Captain D's. The drive-thru worker Sharonda went above and beyond to meet my needs and make my experience there extra hospitable. Even as she was multitasking and taking care of multiple orders she made sure I didn't feel neglected. And she did all this with a beautiful smile on her face. “We had time to wait for our Vet appt and wanted breakfast. Jacks is our go-to for good breakfast fast and reasonably priced. Jacks on Chalkville Road did not disappoint. Melissa at the counter was courteous, pleasant and all the things that make me want to come back to Jacks!“

“So I went in at night time last week, and got a bowl per usual. The steak portion I got was barely any and it was served to me while the pan was outside of the dogwell, so I had to ask homegirl if the steak was cold, but it wasn't. I just didn't get much in my bowl, and I got hella beans and lettuce. Today, I go in and order - right - and I asked for queso and sour cream, and green salsa. The guy literally gave me all water - no tomatillos. So I asked him to make it over and it was almost foreign to them. I get the bowl is going to be messy, but if they wouldn't spoon all that rice in the bottom, then there would be room. I had to instruct homeboy to strain my beans, and tell him to pick up the salsa from the bottom of the pan with the ladle so I don't get just juices.
I'm sorry to have such bad anxiety, I just know I won't eat something I watched someone make wrong or carelessly nor can I afford a $20 mess. It's good tho. Thankfully the hardest part is left to chefs at Chipotle“

“So this one's a little different. This review is strictly on their bathroom after visiting several establishments trying to find a bathroom that was operational. This Arby's was a nice surprise how clean it was, the restaurant itself was very clean I didn't try any food but you know Arby's they got the meat so I would like to give this place just a shout out for having a great bathroom that was clean“
