“We ordered the Christmas Dinner pickup. It could not have been any better! The menu was really unique and included some delicious appetizers. The apple cinnamon bread pudding with caramel sauce were to die for. Odette exceeded our expectations and made Christmas Eve dinner really special. I loved that they bring you a pitcher of water so you can refill your own drinks. And speaking of drinks the bartender made our margaritas perfectly (I got the strawberry, very yummy) and I also got a drink that came with a rubber ducky that squeaks...super cute! The Chile Relleno plate was great, the portion size was pretty big. Our waitress was really kind and helpful, but sadly I didn't catch her name. Definitely give this place a shot if you want something that is a little different from your typical Tex-Mex place around here, they have a little of everything. : )”

“Ricatoni’s never disappoints! I got the ravioli, and it is always amazing. My absolute favorite, though, has to be the herb bread and dipping oil. My my!!! I could make a meal out of that alone!

Our server was wonderful, and the food came out so fast. This restaurant stays busy, but you would never know it by the service. Everything runs so smoothly, and the staff does a fantastic job.

“I have ALWAYS loved Logans, tonight I decided to get takeout because I just didn’t feel like sitting in a restaurant to eat. The To-Go person named Devin was amazing, she made sure I got everything I needed in my bag and was very patient with me. Over the phone I didn’t know what I wanted ( because I don’t have a menu right in-front of me) I kept feeling embarrassed! She reassured me that it was okay that I just take all the time I need. Hands down best to go service I have EVER received.”

“I frequent this establishment at least six times a week. The last two days my coffee has been bad because the milk is ruined. I took them back yesterday and had them replaced. Today I tasted it before I left and it was fine then about three hours later I went to take a drink and it smelled off. The milk was ruined again! I won't be back for a while because I refuse to pay for coffee I can't drink. The employees are wonderful and the atmosphere is great but selling ruined milk is a no no. People will wind up sick from it. I was told yesterday that the manager is aware of the bad milk but doesn't seem to care.”

“The prices are very reasonable, especially given how much food you get. I was told they have the biggest pancakes in the Shoals...and I believe it! The staff is very friendly and polite. My husband and I both got soda with our breakfast and adding in the food shown, we only spent about $27 (not including tip) and I had a pancake leftover to take home. We definitely plan on coming back to try out the lunch menu sometime!”

They have amazing burgers and obviously their Ice Cream is amazing, but you can't visit or eat there without ordering an Old Fashioned Milkshake! It is definitely a landmark and a little jewel of a sock hop style diner in the heart of Downtown Florence!! If you visit the area it's a MUST TRY!”

“Huntsville Location.. Yes I recommend this restaurant but there’s a But. We visited the Huntsville location last night at 5PM. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get a drink that was forgotten and finally place our food order. Our appetizer came out cold around 6 PM. They quickly remade it and had really good flavor. Our pizza was piping hot with good flavor but it was around 6:20. Yes it was busy and thankfully we weren’t in a hurry. But To have returning Customers, do not let customers wait for close to 1.5 hours for food and not have their drinks refilled. A few staff members were working very hard together and a lot of staff members lacked any sense of urgency or willingness to help their fellow employees out. Management was lacking last night.”

“I normally have a great experience at Rivertown. However, this morning the staff were more concerned about conversations with each other than getting the food out on time. Both the person in front of me and behind me had their order “forgotten”. I called my Oder in (so did the college student who was made late to class) and when I got there I paid and sat down to wait. After 30+min I asked about order since it wasn’t busy inside, the red head who took my money was in the back talking, and my order was still not ready, or so I thought. Apparently, my order was ready when I arrived but the redhead at the front forgot to hand it to me after I paid at arrival. So I left with a cold burrito. Never had this experience before. They have always had good service and great food. If the red head is there when I come next time I’m walking back out and going somewhere else.”

“My husband and I absolutely love ramen shops, so we have been all over trying different ones. The closest good one was Huntsville until this place opened! This is a hidden gem of Florence and I HIGHLY recommend it. The ramen is fantastic quality, the pork buns are fluffy and don’t fall apart, and the customer service is phenomenal. To top it off, they have the cute robot cat that brings you your food! Definitely give this place a try, and be sure to add a chicken bun to your order!!!”

“We were passing through Florence on our way back to Mississippi and stopped there to eat. Nice family atmosphere and very clean. We ordered the two piece catfish plate and had enough left for fish sandwiches the next day. The food was awesome! Catfish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside. The hush puppies were light and crispy. The slaw was the best ever. Delicious well prepared meal. We hope to visit again.”

“I've been waiting for this location to open as my family and I are frequent visitors to Marcos. 1000% the best pizza chain by a country mile. Just one bite of a Marcos Pizza will make a puppy pull a freight train! It's that good. Other chains DOES NOT have the quality and amount of ingredients, the quality of the cook, etc.... I have never had a bad pie from Marcos. Their app coupons help for those on a budget!

“We were in town for a funeral. Very last minute, I thought of Jimmy John’s. We needed Covid freely food set up for a repast. Joe was incredibly patient & friendly. And, I was very tired & emotional. I called Wednesday evening and he called me back to follow up. The delivery was freaky fast (10mins early) and sandwiches were enjoyed by all. Thanks Jimmy John’s. (This is my 1st online review.)”

“Blue Coast is one of my favorites and now I'm considering not ordering here again. My husband and I went in and ordered to-go and initially had a very good experience. We ordered the 3 tacos, burrito bowl, and a pint of queso. We then went down to Veterens park to eat by the water to discover our Queso was not there, so we packed up and went back. Expecting to not have any issues, I went in to politely let them know we didn't get our queso, and the gentleman proceeded to insinuate I was a liar. Was rude, and told me that it was in there, that it was sitting right there in a brown bag. well I said it must have ended up in someone else's bag and he rolls his eyes and says um no there wasn't anyone else here. Sir, yes there was..a gentleman ordering right behind me. I was just blown away that he would sit and tell me that I'm lying. I informed him that I paid 10 plus tax for this queso and was not leaving without it, to which he finally hesitantly and rudely gave me the queso, that I PAID FOR!! I understand that restaurants I'm sure have issues with people trying to get free food, but still this was uncalled for and honestly offensive. it will be a long time before we consider returning to this location. Do better!!! Also, we left them a tip too. Pleased with our service. In no way should I have been treated like a liar and gotten such rude service in returning for what we rightly paid for.”

The health rating has always been in the mid to upper 90’s and someone is always replacing the food and stirring the food. We have never had a bad waiter. I admit sometimes you can’t understand them like was commented below, but this is a Chinese restaurant!! What do you expect? They’re polite and always smiling. Food is consistent and buffet always full.”
