The apple cinnamon bread pudding with caramel sauce were to die for. Odette exceeded our expectations and made Christmas Eve dinner really special. This was not a sushi roll. This was a religious experience. This was the TUNA LOCO, baby — and it blew the last three brain cells I had clean out the back of my skull. ⸻ I walked in expecting a normal roll. Maybe six polite slices of sea-meat wrapped in rice like every other sushi spot. HA. NO. They brought out a plate that looked like Mount Fuji had just exploded in sashimi. I’m talking TWO HANDFULS of glistening, buttery, ruby-red, melt-in-your-soul sashimi-grade tuna piled on top like they were building the tuna Tower of Babel. I had to physically restrain myself from swan-diving onto the plate. ⸻ Every bite tasted like a samurai lullaby being whispered into my mouth by a koi fish. I’m not joking — I blacked out somewhere around bite four and woke up hugging the chef, crying, and whispering “arigato” into his neck. The rice was so perfectly seasoned it made me question if I’ve ever truly loved anything in my life. The wasabi? Sharp enough to reset my childhood trauma. The soy sauce? I wanted to drink it like a fine wine and propose to the bottle. ⸻ 10/10. Five stars. Michelin? This place needs its own galaxy. Come here. Eat the TUNA LOCO. Ascend. I loved that they bring you a pitcher of water so you can refill your own drinks. And speaking of drinks the bartender made our margaritas perfectly (I got the strawberry, very yummy) and I also got a drink that came with a rubber ducky that squeaks...super cute! The Chile Relleno plate was great, the portion size was pretty big. Our waitress was really kind and helpful, but sadly I didn't catch her name. Definitely give this place a shot if you want something that is a little different from your typical Tex-Mex place around here, they have a little of everything. : )”

“The steakhouse was clean and there was no waiting and booths or tables to sit at. Our waitress Stephany D was awesome. She knows the menu front and back and she was ready to have your food prepared just the way you line it. She was friendly and attentive , never let us run out of drinks, which was a plus because it was hot and we were thirsty. Our appetizers came out fast and fresh and so did the bread. The chicken bites were great and seasoned to perfection. Not long before we finished off those our food arrived hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. My wife said THE POTATOE SOUP is Lengdary. We had one little hiccup and she got it took care of in a matter of minutes. We love LONGHORNS and plan on coming back when we are in the area”

Our server, Bebe, patiently answered our menu questions and quickly cleared up some substitutions we were wanting to make and got our orders submitted correctly. All while dealing with and laughing at our joking around. The food came out in a very reasonable time and was hot and very good. We were celebrating a birthday and really appreciated the recognition that our birthday girl was given as most of the staff came by and wished her a happy birthday. Altogether, a great birthday supper at Red Lobster@”

“Good food but gluten allergy has been ignored on 3 visits. They do not take gluten free seriously even though they offer a gluten free bun and specify to kitchen you have an allergy. They also charge the full price of a side salad to substitute for their gluten coated fries instead of just charging the difference. Celiacs you are eating at your own risk. I wouldn't chance it if I were you. The slaw is another gluten free option but I found it to taste horrible. All other food I've tried has been great. I just hate I've been miserable for two days now bc the server told me the bun was indeed gluten free. I know the consistency of the usual g free bun, so I just assumed they'd changed brands. I assumed wrong. The server had no idea what she was talking about. Also, if you forget to ask for no croutons on your salad and request a new one without croutons they may just pick the croutons off and bring the same salad. Sorry, but that doesn't make it gluten free. Lastly, the udis brand bun is doable but probably one of the worst I've had since being gluten free. I wish they would switch brands, but I'm thankful they at least offer the substitute (when they get it right that is).”

We ordered the 3 tacos, burrito bowl, and a pint of queso. We then went down to Veterens park to eat by the water to discover our Queso was not there, so we packed up and went back. Expecting to not have any issues, I went in to politely let them know we didn't get our queso, and the gentleman proceeded to insinuate I was a liar. Was rude, and told me that it was in there, that it was sitting right there in a brown bag. well I said it must have ended up in someone else's bag and he rolls his eyes and says um no there wasn't anyone else here. Sir, yes there was..a gentleman ordering right behind me. I was just blown away that he would sit and tell me that I'm lying. I informed him that I paid 10 plus tax for this queso and was not leaving without it, to which he finally hesitantly and rudely gave me the queso, that I PAID FOR!! I understand that restaurants I'm sure have issues with people trying to get free food, but still this was uncalled for and honestly offensive. it will be a long time before we consider returning to this location. Do better!!! Also, we left them a tip too. Pleased with our service. In no way should I have been treated like a liar and gotten such rude service in returning for what we rightly paid for.”

“I am slightly disappointed in Ichibans steak and lo mein hibachi dinner. The only complaint I have to address is regarding the lo mein noodles. I usually would not post a review but I’m super disappointed that I paid 20 dollars for this plate and the lo mein noodles are in fact the same noodles that we use in our spaghetti we cook at home. Great value brand noodles, not Bertolli. If it were Bertolli It wouldn’t have been as bad. I will say that the steak was good. But that’s it. Just a plate of chopped steak. 20 dollars.”

The health rating has always been in the mid to upper 90’s and someone is always replacing the food and stirring the food. We have never had a bad waiter. I admit sometimes you can’t understand them like was commented below, but this is a Chinese restaurant!! What do you expect? They’re polite and always smiling. Food is consistent and buffet always full.”

Other than the wait, food was good and restaurant was busy. It was also rush hour and dinner time so I would expect some delays based on that but not any busier than other places I have eaten in.
If in the area again would eat there again to give another chance. Food was hot so was freshly made.”

“In town for a ball tournament and got take out with a variety of dishes. Pulled pork and chicken were both flavorful and still moist, ribs fell off the bone but were a little under seasoned for my liking. Green beans were nothing special, but beans and slaw were tasty. The cobbler stole the show! Don’t skip dessert. Tried a variety of sauces and the 79 and ricks sauce were our faves! Overall, we are from Memphis and are bbq picky and we’d def come again!”

“This has always been one of my favorite places in Florence, but I have to admit that it is oftentimes a hit or miss.

For our last visit, the food was quite tasty, our only issue was that our buzzer was not functioning - but thankfully Panera calls out your order on top of using said buzzer.

Additionally, in every visit, Panera has not been at all crowded. Come here if you want a quiet getaway to study or relax while chowing down on a sandwich or soup!”
