There was a mishap of a rather disgruntled guest there, and the Manager Brittany came over just to make sure we were all good. She was so nice and hooked us up with fun stuff. 10/10 place!”

He was very pleasant and got us seated quickly, the server was kind and brought everything very quickly. There was 6 large egg rolls they were awesome. 2 people $20 . We will be back for a whole meal for sure. Plenty of parking under the bridge.”

“We were in GS late June, early July. The only place on my list to go was Wacked Out Weiner! The name alone caught my attention, but it was definitely the prices that really pulled me in! Sadly, we arrived right at closing and I didn’t want to go in with 8 people. That’s just not who we are. We went next door and ate (it was awful), but when we came out, the owner greeted us on the sidewalk. We explained that we came by to visit but it was 7:03! He looked at us like we were crazy and said “YOU SHOULD’VE CAME IN!. I would’ve opened the door for you.” Then, he asked if we wanted to come in and look around. The door was locked and the lights were off and he didn’t even hesitate to open the doors and let us come in and look! He was the most genuine person we have met in the years we’ve been visiting GS! We told him we would be back and the next night, we did! He was hilarious, polite and down to earth! He genuinely cares about his customers! Wacked Out Weiner will forever be in our plans when we visit! The food, atmosphere and owners were top notch! Don’t sleep on the Weiner! Find it, load it and swallow it! Ya won’t be disappointed! 🌭”

“The OmG poboy was delicious. Shrimp perfectly fried and super fresh! Even the lettuce and tomato tasted like it came from the garden. The tomato was perfect. I loved the sample of swamp soup, also delicious. I wanted to taste the gumbo, it also did not disappoint! Hush puppies perfectly flavored. Fries and okra fresh. Service was friendly, wait time was appropriate. Highly recommend. It does have an old vibe to the building. I’m guessing it was an Asian restaurant prior. Overall absolutely amazing, it’s definitely on my return restaurants in Foley.”

My kids loved their pancakes and bacon and I had the blue plate special with one of their homemade biscuits. Great food, and top notch service. We will definitely make this place a stop every year when we come to town!”

Great customer service too. The worker was by himself but didn't allow himself to be rushed through making the perfect milkshake. Not sure of his name but whoever was working the afternoon of the 13th of September, great job.”

“If you love true smoked meats and fish, you have to stop by Brookmans. It's a hidden gem just off Hwy 59. He does a great job on salmon and pork chops. Check out his selections from his website and order online ahead of time. Smoking takes longer than cooking so take a little time to plan ahead. Amazing smoked flavors and tender as well.

This is basically a carry out place that has no tables inside. If you can imagine a butcher shop for smoked products. Bring a cooler or order ahead online.

The only thing that was great was the service. Cha Cha was one of the best bartenders I've experienced in the area.”

“We went early on a Sunday but they were already packed. I can see why. Fun little place with a duck theme (go figure). The food was well prepared and good size portions. You shouldn’t leave hungry. The hostess seemed a little timid and inexperienced. I’m sure she will get better with practice. The rest of the staff was hustling and everybody seemed to enjoy it. It is a little small. It could probably be double the size and still stay full. There would be no room to park though. It’s probably a safe bet that if you can get a parking spot you shouldn’t have to wait long for a seat.”

This is your typical convenience store but it’s complete with a fried chicken + sides option.

Valet parking is complimentary for diners. Our food and service were amazing. We shared the Conecuh Sausage Broiled Oysters as an appetizer. I couldnt resist dessert, and their key lime pie is one of the best I’ve had in the area. We would definitely go back!”

“Mudbugs is a great place to visit in Gulf Shores! There's karaoke 7 nights a week and it's so much fun! . We love all of our Mudbugs friends, but most especially Caspra, the karaoke dj! She is professional and so much fun as well! We've been in the area for just over a year and Caspra is definitely the best karaoke dj we've had the pleasure of meeting! She's fair with rotation, as in not skipping people for extra tips. She stays focused and keeps music going and as long as she has singers, she doesn't play tons of break songs. If u love karaoke, then you will love Caspra! She has become like family in the past year to us. ❤ Come on out to Mudbugs if you're in the Gulf Shores area! You won't be disappointed!
