“I’ve eaten here twice before and found myself back in Prattville, Alabama, so I had to stop in again. I’m so glad I did! I could go on all day about how delicious the food is, and the prices truly can’t be beat. My personal favorite is the shrimp à la crème. It is absolutely amazing every time. But what really stands out to me is the staff. Since I’m not a local and don’t visit often, I accidentally ordered the wrong item. When I realized my mistake the woman had already dipped up the food, the sweet older woman taking my order kindly let me fix it and didn’t even charge me for the food I just made her waste. I offered to pay, but she insisted it was okay. That level of kindness, and customer service, is rare and so appreciated. There’s also a young man who works there, I wish I knew his name, who is always friendly, patient, and welcoming. The hospitality here is truly unmatched. It honestly makes me wish I lived nearby! I recommend this place to everyone I know who is heading anywhere near Prattville, and I will definitely keep making a special trip every time I am in the area.”

“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. “My husband and I LOVE coffee and we love trying other places that are not Starbucks. Our first time here was honestly the best. We have never been to a Dutch Bros but was highly recommend to try out one. The customer service here is phenomenal. The staff is so kind and went above and beyond for us on our first time! We had the Gold Eagle, which is REALLY good coffee. Our kids had the boba strawberry frozen drinks and they loved that. What a cool twist on that drink. Between the service and the drinks being so phenomenal we will be coming back here a lot. If you are in the area stop by here for a great drink and amazing service!”

“I just ate the most delicious pizza at Midtown Pizza Kitchen in Prattville, Alabama. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was how nice the staff was. I didn’t catch their names, but the three ladies working at closing on April 10, 2025 were outstanding! They made me feel safe and comfortable in the establishment when I was eating alone, they made me feel confident in myself when I was nervous feeling, and they just were genuinely nice to me. I wasn’t feeling the best emotionally when I went in, but coming out I was so glad I chose to eat my dinner there. Huge respect was earned for this establishment tonight!”

“The flavors were great. The price was reasonable. The service was what you'd expect from a Chinese food buffet restaurant. Not over the top but not horrible. The buffet was hot and clean. It seemed like they did a good job keeping things filled. The bathroom is old and dilapidated. It had a strong 70's truck stop smell.”

We reached out to the restaurant to inquire if someone turned it in(spoke with Ariel-who was sooo kind). She said yes it had been turned in(praise God). We ask if they could hold it until we came back through. She replied absolutely, we will keep it safe for you. We stopped by on our way back home to retrieve card and grabbed food. They were spot on with being helpful and with our order. It was fresh and hot. We ordered through mobile app because they had a store(bus load-literally)full of youth group. Nothing but praise and admiration.”

“I found El Mriachi when it was in Montgomery right off on Ann Street by the interstate years ago. This was about 15 years ago. It was the best and most authentic Mexican food I had ever eaten. We moved out of Montgomery to Autauga county near I-65 & 31 in Pine Level. The wife and I drove past the restaurant and said we need to try the food. We went there a few days later and was happily surprised to see my Hispanic friends from Montgomery were now less than 5 minutes away from us. I was greeted with a hug from the mother. We eat there often and love the food, the staff and location. WE give them 5 *****.”

“my family and I dined at the Prattville iHop yesterday for breakfast.

As a former restaurant professional I was impressed with the friendliness of staff upon opening the door.

It wasn’t 4 minutes into our experience that my toddler starting acting terrible. I didn’t want her to disrupt others dining so I took her outside… where she proceeded to give me a run for my money for a long time. The GM and other staff continued to check on me and offer different toys for my child to console her.

I eventually asked for our food to go and handed my child off to her dad and proceeded to run to the bathroom and cry myself. Overwhelmed mom of the year award right here. But Sarah came in and just hugged me and reassured me.

The manager and his staff really made our terrible time as wonderful as they could.

I will forever remember the GM and Sarah for their kindness.

I don’t want to leave out that the rest of the staff was also so kind. The host made small talk with me and my child to calm us as well.

I know this was long. But I know kindness isn’t as common these days.

I stated earlier that I had been in the business for years. Almost 20 to be exact. I have high expectations and my head is always on a swivel when I dine…and this place checked them all and went above.”

The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!”
