“I've always loved Prattville LongHorn, but as with everything else in the world it was short wait staff. So I'm thankful for the people that were there our first girl must've been new because she seemed afraid of the large group of 7 she didn't know what to do and The waitress Kamiya came in and handled the table like a pro👌🏽 however she did have a lot of tables like I said staff appeared to be short staffed I saw Kamiya looking like the only one working on our side of the room anyway she did a great job for being stretched so thin , but the service I've come to love was compromised on this day however I will still come to this LongHorn♥️🙏🏽”

Our waiter was also very friendly and done a great job..we was given a hospitality desert that was delicious..I recommend this place to anyone. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We will go back”

“We popped in the Prattville Texas Roadhouse for an early dinner. It was 4:30 PM and the parking lot was pretty full for the time of day it was. After having a great meal with amazing service, I can see why. Keri took exceptional care of us and was very helpful with suggestions and explanations. Service can make or break a meal and Keri made ours a great experience! We had combo app (potato skins, fried pickles and “rattlesnake bites”). Everything was good with the ranch as the MVP. Dinner was filets, loaded baked potatoes and house and Cesar salad. The steak was cooked PERFECT. Absolutely perfect. Great meal for a fair price. Can’t beat that! We will definitely go back, passing other locations and competitors to get to there!”

“We did not eat at this restaurant Prattville AL but used there catering. The young lady that helped us with our order was very helpful, she even brought it to our vehicle. “I just ate the most delicious pizza at Midtown Pizza Kitchen in Prattville, Alabama. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was how nice the staff was. I didn’t catch their names, but the three ladies working at closing on April 10, 2025 were outstanding! They made me feel safe and comfortable in the establishment when I was eating alone, they made me feel confident in myself when I was nervous feeling, and they just were genuinely nice to me. I wasn’t feeling the best emotionally when I went in, but coming out I was so glad I chose to eat my dinner there. Huge respect was earned for this establishment tonight!”

“Definitely one of the better Chinese buffets that I have been to. The food was really good and they had chocolate pudding, my favorite, for dessert. The service was good with my empty plates being promptly picked up. The atmosphere was totally lacking. There was no music and the Fox News TV show was silenced, which I was interested in watching because Steven Miller was on. None of the other diners were talking and I went solo so I was not going to talk to myself. Then a family with small children came in and I exited as quickly as possible. Also there were ominous signs warning that if you wasted any food that you would be charged extra. So I I basically over-ate because I was paranoid of the extra charge. Disappointingly, there were some things that I did not try because I wanted to taste them but again didn't want to leave food on my plate. I would prefer they not have those signs up. However, the price of $13 and some change was right and I was happy with my meal.”

“I found El Mriachi when it was in Montgomery right off on Ann Street by the interstate years ago. This was about 15 years ago. It was the best and most authentic Mexican food I had ever eaten. We moved out of Montgomery to Autauga county near I-65 & 31 in Pine Level. The wife and I drove past the restaurant and said we need to try the food. We went there a few days later and was happily surprised to see my Hispanic friends from Montgomery were now less than 5 minutes away from us. I was greeted with a hug from the mother. We eat there often and love the food, the staff and location. WE give them 5 *****.”

“My family and I absolutely adore Fox’s Pizza Den! Unfortunately they are short staffed so service can be slow. Nonetheless the servers we’ve had were great even with their high work load. Their loaded cheese bread is the best! So is everything they have!! Best pizza we’ve ever had! We have never minded the wait bc food is great and servers are so nice! We normally go once a week! Y’all please remember to tip your servers ! Times are hard!”

The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!”

“The family was in town for the Blue Angels show and decided to give the Goat Bar and Grill a try. We were so happy with the service on Friday that we came back on Saturday day. Ashley was an awesome server and took care of us. We recommend the Goat.”
