“A wonderful meat and two hot bar with mouthwatering choices. Their food is seasoned well and doesn't require a lot of added salt and pepper. The portions are more than enough to fill you up before you're done. The service was very friendly and accommodating. This cafe is done very nicely with their use of nice plates and table settings. We will definitely be back.”

“Good service, great food, only issue is the area I was seated in, the floor was so slick I about did a split about 4 times and God never built me to be that flexible. The spinach dip was phenomenal, the pork chop was tender and juicy. Great food. Good service. Almost died on the floor.”

“10/10 highly recommend! I’ve been looking for authentic tacos since arriving back in the states a couple months ago. Friendly staff and the tacos were chefs kiss. We will absolutely be back!”

“I’ve eaten here twice before and found myself back in Prattville, Alabama, so I had to stop in again. I’m so glad I did! I could go on all day about how delicious the food is, and the prices truly can’t be beat. My personal favorite is the shrimp à la crème. It is absolutely amazing every time. But what really stands out to me is the staff. Since I’m not a local and don’t visit often, I accidentally ordered the wrong item. When I realized my mistake the woman had already dipped up the food, the sweet older woman taking my order kindly let me fix it and didn’t even charge me for the food I just made her waste. I offered to pay, but she insisted it was okay. That level of kindness, and customer service, is rare and so appreciated. There’s also a young man who works there, I wish I knew his name, who is always friendly, patient, and welcoming. The hospitality here is truly unmatched. It honestly makes me wish I lived nearby! I recommend this place to everyone I know who is heading anywhere near Prattville, and I will definitely keep making a special trip every time I am in the area.”

“I love this Wafflehouse! We pass 2 others to get to this one. I don't know names but, the singing lady head cook runs the show!! They are always quick, courteous and professional! Shot out to Jake today!! A young guy with excellent customer service that is rare these days. All are hard workers.”

“I found El Mriachi when it was in Montgomery right off on Ann Street by the interstate years ago. This was about 15 years ago. It was the best and most authentic Mexican food I had ever eaten. We moved out of Montgomery to Autauga county near I-65 & 31 in Pine Level. The wife and I drove past the restaurant and said we need to try the food. We went there a few days later and was happily surprised to see my Hispanic friends from Montgomery were now less than 5 minutes away from us. I was greeted with a hug from the mother. We eat there often and love the food, the staff and location. WE give them 5 *****.”

“Great atmosphere!!
First time in the bar and everybody made us feel like family.
Awesome bartender!!
Very responsible owners that really take care of their customers.”

“Drinks were great but first time driver thru person here. Had no idea who was supposed to go when. Tried to pull forward and someone else almost hit me in their rush to be in front of me. Again no one was outside to let me know who was first, etc. I have no problem yielding but you can't expect people to know something they don't know. Not sure if I want to experience that again.”

“Very friendly staff that seemed to work very well together having each other's backs to make sure customers were taken care of promptly. Way to show teamwork really does make the dream work. Always enjoy Chicken Salad Chick and pick up extra when I go visit as it's not just around the corner for me. They have a great variety of flavors so something for almost anyone.”

“I just ate the most delicious pizza at Midtown Pizza Kitchen in Prattville, Alabama. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was how nice the staff was. I didn’t catch their names, but the three ladies working at closing on April 10, 2025 were outstanding! They made me feel safe and comfortable in the establishment when I was eating alone, they made me feel confident in myself when I was nervous feeling, and they just were genuinely nice to me. I wasn’t feeling the best emotionally when I went in, but coming out I was so glad I chose to eat my dinner there. Huge respect was earned for this establishment tonight!”

“Love this place the food is great never had bad experience here. Food is always good and fast and it’s an awesome experience here.”

“we were recommend to this place from a few folks. The service was great. The Food bland, beans mushy no real flavor, my burrito was missing sauce and they said they forgot to ad it vould bring me some, um no & food in Styrofoam containers & plastic utensils not good to cut with. Cold bar was a benefit and the salsa had flavor and warm chips. Sweet tea was just made and warm and the place needs better AC. Was not worth going back in the near future or worth mentioning”

“Wow!! Best Prime Rib Dinner & the price you can’t beat!”

“We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!”

Y’all please remember to tip your servers ! Times are hard!”

“Beat Chinese food in Alabama, and yes I've eaten everywhere else. Like all good Asian and Mexican restaurants, they're rude because all their love goes into the food. None left for your entitled backside. If getting yelled at means eating the best shrimp lo mein in Alabama, baby, scream me to the moon!”
