“My husband and I went in on a Thursday night around 7:15pm. We were so pleased with Isabella and Erick’s customer service, we were actually shocked. Isabella went above and beyond and made us the best sandwich we’ve ever seen at a subway. Everything looked fresh and the sub tasted perfect. SHE will make us come back to this subway every time.“

“I have ordered catering from here 4 or 5 times in the past couple of months for my company. It has been perfect every time. The catering bundles come with a lot of food and options and are perfect for our meetings. I have had zero issues with any of my orders and the delivery people from the store are so nice and professional. Will continue to order from this restaurant.“

“I came into your store today and got a sandwich. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be anything special — but it turned out to be great! What really made the experience stand out was the customer service.
A young man named Jon waited on us. He mentioned it was his first day, but you never would have known it. His customer service was out of this world! He had a big smile, a great attitude, and made us feel very welcome.
I just want to say thank you to Jon and let the manager know what an extraordinary job he’s doing already. He truly made our visit a great one. Keep up the great work!“

“One of the best Jimmy Johns I've been too, hands down. The manager Courtney is amazing, always has a smile on and always works very hard to keep things picked up, stocked, and ready for whatever comes next. Her helpers Jasmine, Katie, Anika, and Janie round out the team nicely and are a well oiled machine. Love this place and the welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back!“

“This subway has to be the cleanest one for miles. Every time we come in, we’re met with the nicest staff, including the manager; a blonde lady with glasses. They are all very kind and hard working people. The food is fresh, consistent, and delicious! Not to mention the restaurant is always clean when we come in. I’m so glad this place is right up the street from our house!“

“The food is great. If you order a "tub" as opposed to a sandwich, you will need to bring your own knife. They only provide forks. it's difficult to eat a tub with only a plastic fork.“

“Went around 2pm or so Took some time looking at the menu thinking but the younger female employee didn't mind, I ordered a spicy Italian with American on Italian herb and cheese and was right on it asked for toasted I said of course she did excellent. Then a young man came out to dress my sandwich got everything perfect and even took the time to spread the condiments evenly. This sandwich made me feel better after a bad day I'm very impressed and pleased with the product of there teamwork. Awesome ?“

“90% of this being a good review is due to the man running the store. His name I believe is “Park”.
That man makes this a great spot. His customer service and attitude are phenomenal. Y’all better either double his salary or I’m going to start poaching him to an upgrade.
It just goes to show that the right person with the right attitude can make any place amazing.
The food was good but Park is an amazing human being and deserves to be recognized.“

“The guys that work there are really smiley, which is rather refreshing. And when I ordered the chicken bacon ranch thing, they kept complimenting my selection, which was HILARIOUS and made my day. Funny, nice, and obviously well trained staff, they have always gotten my sandwich right on the first try. I wish they had a drive thru, but the staff has always been so delightful that I really can't complain.“

“By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway. I came in the morning to get a sandwich, and Michelle was working. The whole store looked clean and spotless. “I’ve been to this subway a couple of times, and there’s always this young lady giving attitude, she’s rude, I have always loved when KIM is there she is the sweetest person!! Always look forward to seeing her when I go!! She gives the best customer service LOVE HER!!!“
“We found the female manager rude in rushing the few people in there choosing a sandwich. Reaching over another employee adding meats to his build to hurry him up very rude. Plus, the menu board is very small high up on wall. Store was clean, we didn't like the manager and how she reacted to the few people in there.“

“Great Subway! We were greeted promptly as we walked in the door. Friendly staff took our order for hot sandwiches and immediately went to work. Two heated sandwiches, rang up our purchase and we were eating inside, total time 4 minutes! Nice job! When it was a bit slower, an employee came out and wiped down all the surfaces! This is an excellent Subway! We'll be back!“

“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“
