“I work at a starbucks and hour away and came to this location to do some school, From the second i walked in all the baristas made eye contact with me and gave me a warm welcome. And made sure they did the same with every single customer walking through the doors. Everyone was extremely nice and shows a perfect example of what exceptional customer service looks like. My drink was made to perfection, the baristas were communicating and connecting with each customer. The store was also very clean. Im definitely taking what i saw at this location with me to my store and sharing with my partners what a great experience i had, and strive to do the same.“

“I stopped into this Starbucks in a bit of a rush and just ordered a water and a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. I didn’t catch the correct spelling of their names, but I want to recognize Alisa and Tinae for making the quick stop such a positive one. Tinae especially seemed to pick up on the fact that it had been a rough day, and her kindness and upbeat attitude really lifted my mood. Both Alisa and Tinae were incredibly pleasant and made the interaction memorable, even for such a simple order. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location!“

“This location does not have a drive-thru but it does not hinder the excellent experience I have each time I visit.
The employees are friendly, the service is quick, the building is clean, and the dim atmosphere is cozy in the way only a coffee shop can be. The food is hot and made fresh but it is typical Starbucks fare.
All in all, it is worth parking and walking in to get your coffee if for no other reason than a moment of peace in this hustle and bustle world.“

“I stop by the drive thru at this location on my way into work a few times a month (yes, sometimes a few times a week!). The staff is consistently friendly, regardless who is at the window. They also get the orders out quick, even during busy morning rush hour. This isn't always the case at other locations. This is by far one of the best Starbuck's I've been to in terms of service and efficiency.“

“This is my go-to location, regardless of it being out of my way to work. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Karl. Although I don’t see him in the drive-thru often, during the few times I have, he’s taken the time to remember both my name and my regular order. That level of attention makes me feel genuinely recognized and valued,truly top-notch service. All of the baristas provide excellent service, but Karl has really stood out.“

“They usually make my drinks better than the Starbucks drive thru location in the same parking lot. Only complaint is that often times there’s nobody at the counter to help for a good 5+ minutes so you have to tell a fry’s employee to call them up“

“I love Starbucks coffee of course. But this is the 4th time I’ve go into the store and was unable
to sit down. I understand you have new employees but I don’t think you should take 3 tables & chairs for your new employees. What about the customers who just paid for food & coffee?? I know that there’s some seating outside but it’s not cool enough for that. I feel like Starbucks should have a pop up location for new employees or have a small hall/office space for your training. Or make your own designated area for new employees that does not take away seating from
paying customers.“

“This is a great Starbucks location. There is lots of seating and the staff is very helpful. I ordered a green tea and a breakfast sandwich. As usual most of their food is usually just preheated so it was just okay. But nobody really comes here for the food, the green tea was delicious and the people I was with enjoyed their coffee. It does get a little loud in here and echoes, but overall it's a great vibe because the staff in the morning was very friendly and the service was super quick.

Parking: This is a very easy Starbucks to park. It has plenty of parking spots and easily to access handicap spots“

“Steph is just amazing. I saw the way she was interacting with her coworkers and customers and just felt her energy. She did something for me on a hard day while I had my little one on my way to pick up my husband for the doctors office and I didn’t make my coffee this morning which is why I was there in the first place. I got a pumpkin loaf and I told her how much I used to love these back in my Starbucks days 20 years ago. I told her we used to put butter on them before putting them into the oven and sometimes I ramble and I get people are busy but Steph was listening. She made my load just as i remembered. Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to get a creme Frappuccino. You can get any Frappuccino in a creme version (no coffee), it's more like a milkshake.

Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect parking right up front. Ramp out front and off to the sides of the building. “

“They added way too much peppermint to my drink so I asked them to add more chocolate but they just replaced the drink… very good customer service and friendly staff.

Parking: You have to park in the fry’s lot and then go into fry’s to go to Starbucks. If you are looking for a drive thru/quicker alternative there is a Starbucks across the street!

“Starbucks is ALWAYS AWESOME! Sometimes bossy people who work there bother me, but that's rare. Usually that's when they're getting in my face about not wearing a mask. BTW, did you hear about the massive new Danish study on acpjournals dot org (November 18, 2020) that said "masks may actually increase Covid infection rates?" I hope they don't bury this science in favor of science that removes all of our liberties. Anyways, just an FYI. ? Starbucks rocks, for the most part!“

“If I could give more than a five star, I would Mikey was at the window and he definitely blue my visit out of the water. I have never been to a Starbucks where someone actually either cared about the person they were helping or really like their job. Everyone needs to be more like Mikey. He definitely was the best part of my visit.“

“The gal in the morning weekday shifts makes the drinks correctly. It sounds like a small compliment, but I mean it with highest praise. I travel all over the valley during the day for work and I go to lots of Starbucks. I also used to be a barista I still remmeber the recipe for my favorite drink the SCCCB, salted carmel cream cold brew… pour vanilla sweet cream to the 100 line, two packets salt, two pumps carmel… yadayada. Anyway the morning crew here does the best job of any Starbucks in the valley by far.“

“A very funny and light interaction, I had today. I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but love the refreshers here. But I wanted to make my own to go drink with ingredients like everyone else does. With the certain amount of pumps, or flavor. So I would often come in and request all of this stuff in a drink and it turns out bad and nasty.

There was a tall guy there with brunette hair, who was very sweet about it, but was confused on the order that I was creating. I apologize to him many times and told him how I was wanting to create my own signature drink in which he kindly listened. It was a laughable and embarrassing moment. But he said he knows exactly what I’m trying to make and said he will surprise me.

He comes back with the order and haves me try it and which I LOVEED. Tell me why it’s a strawberry creme frappe. I was so flushed and asked is this a new drink and he said no it’s been on the menu for awhile. Thank you for humoring me!!

I ordered a drink and I’m pretty sure she was all but close physically and I didn’t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry as well . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady was spectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But she now made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That’s quality service.
