“On June 8, 2024, we were on a 3 day vacation at the JW Marriot Camelback Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Although the JW Marriot Resort had their own onsite Starbucks, my husband and I decided to go the next nearest Starbuck on the E-bikes we rented from the resort. The Starbucks location was at 3165 E. Lincoln Dr., AZ 85016. Caddy corner from the Starbucks, I misjudged the curb and fell to the ground suffering abrasions to the left elbow. When we entered the Starbucks at about 9:00 a.m., I requested a wet paper towel to clean my wound. I was very impressed by a couple of the staff members who insisted that wet paper towel was not enough and immediately took out their first aid kit and assisted in nursing my wound. I was very impressed by their human kindness. I believe there are time that one's kindness should be acknowledged. I thank those staff members, who ever they are, for their extended courtesy and assistance. Of course, when had our Starbucks coffee and pastries, we did continued with our E-bike ride and our vacation. Thank you to those Starbuck staff members“
“Working in the area and did a drive through yesterday but decided to stop inside for coffee and some email catch up.
The team at this store take pride in their craft. Store was clean, coffee bar was clean, positive energy, friendly and communicative about my order progress. What a great store.“

“Best Starbucks in town! Love the staff! Smart, friendly, and efficient. They seem to remember everyone (Austin especially). They have to deal with all those kids from the two schools next door, but they handle it SO WELL! This Starbucks really helps make Arcadia feel like a close family neighborhood, even in the middle of a big city.
Parking: Drive-through line moves fast. It can block parking, but there's more parking available in the back or the park.“
“I am new to the area and am a frequent starbucks customer. I have been content with my experiences around Scottsdale - but it all changed when I went to this location. The location has some of the friendly baristas who make the most immaculate drinks I have ever had at a coffee shop. Amelia always make sure my order is correct and exactly to my liking - I was recently told she was promoted to manager - well deserved!!!“
“They usually make my drinks better than the Starbucks drive thru location in the same parking lot. Only complaint is that often times there’s nobody at the counter to help for a good 5+ minutes so you have to tell a fry’s employee to call them up“
“Was visiting the neighboring school for a basketball camp and stopped into this location for an early morning pick me up.
As the picture shows, this location got it right and knocked it out the park when it comes to getting the customer's order just right.
Also, this location has a large patio space compared to other locations and no complaints there!“

This location inside target is not directly from Starbucks corporate, it’s licensed from Starbucks corporation. I ordered match green tea latte plus iced green tea with zero sugar. The staff were patient and attentive to my requests (I’m a little picky, different scoops of matcha powder and light ice, plus no sugar etc?).

“This is a great location. The service was good. The food and coffee was freshly made. I ordered the turkey and cheese sandwich with chips. My husband ordered a cappuccino and lemonade cake. Our items were served hot. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this location.“
“Great location! I dig the layout of this Starbucks. The inside is a gorgeous space. Clean & Chill with some decent music playing. The baristas were chill, cute & had great attitudes attached to their friendly smiles.
I've never had a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino where I didn't have to ask for lite ice and this place did it without me asking and they did it perfectly!! This is the best store I've been to as far as looks, service and atmosphere oh and let's not forget the quality of food and drink!!!“
“This staff does a great job. Not only are they fast at getting up orders but their friendless is proof they enjoy what they do. Its a smaller starbucks but I never have trouble finding a table to work at. The store manager James is a great guy too and it shows through in his management style. “Anahi provided great customer service 💝 I ordered a dragonfruit drink with lemonade just to try something different. I mentioned the lemonade was too tangy for me and she offered a side of coconut milk, then went out of her way to make a completely new drink for me with the coconut milk. It was a very sweet thing for her to do, and the coconut milk definitely made a difference! Drink is really good and refreshing 😎 Thank you Anahi 🌻“
“I love Starbucks coffee of course. But this is the 4th time I’ve go into the store and was unable
to sit down. I understand you have new employees but I don’t think you should take 3 tables & chairs for your new employees. What about the customers who just paid for food & coffee?? I know that there’s some seating outside but it’s not cool enough for that. I feel like Starbucks should have a pop up location for new employees or have a small hall/office space for your training. Or make your own designated area for new employees that does not take away seating from
paying customers.“
“Hillary at the Dove Valley location is the best at this location! She fixes my drinks perfectly every single time. Also, at Happy Valley location, Sunflower and Karen are the best as well. These ladies always fix my drink perfectly 👌! Not too much water, or too much ice. They deserve raises! ❤️“
“I have to say this is my favorite Starbucks location. It is always clean not to mention the barista's are amazing. They are fast, kind, considerate, as well as helpful.With all this being said there is one barista that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! I took my daughter and her friend on their electric scooters ?? to this location while I ran besides them well over a mile. Atlas, our barista, was super helpful with recommendations for the 10 year old girls. Not to mention, Atlas, recognizing our situation for the way home (5 drinks + 1 adult + 2 kids on scooters and one free set of hands that would be running mind you) seriously could not have been more helpful!! She cut drink carriers in half and placed them in paper bags. She also placed stickers over the openings of our drinks to protect them from spilling. WOW we were truly blessed by Atlas' kindness and helpful attitude.It's hard finding good service these days let alone some one that is intentional about going above and beyond to help a stranger.. all with a smile on her face and not even the slightest expectation of receiving anything in return. “Absolutely LOVE this Starbucks location. It’s a cozy, comfortable place to meet up for some coffee or tea, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.. I highly recommend this spot!
Parking: Very accessible parking, you cross a crosswalk from the parking to the front of the store. There is a ramp in front of the entrance as well.“

I went to one that was closer to where I work Starbucks at Kyrene and Chandler and with only three people working they told me that they could not support my 20 drink order! So I went here and was absolutely pleasantly surprised! The service that they give is extraordinary
Alicia completely provided me with Incredible service and made it seem like my order was no big deal and her and her team did it perfectly! It was definitely worth the 202 that I spent here at this location.

“Went in with my mother, who wasn't having the best day, and she dropped her entire drink in the parking lot by accident. I went back in and the barista was incredibly sweet making a new drink and leaving a nice little note to cheer up my mom. Thank you! It totally turned her day around to have that small bit of kindness from a stranger.“
“So no drive thru. They didn't gave grande or venti coffee lids... lady was nice about it but was frustrating after only 3 hours sleep and no time to go to another. Another thing, seems it's trending, almost hot coffee... can literally guzzle it.... did they lose a lawsuit?“

“Regina is the best coffee maker there is.. She knows me and my friends drinks before we even get to the counter she's already preparing our drinks. Also while she is making our drinks when customers come to the line, she already knows their drinks as well.. I just can't believe how she literally remembers so many faces and how many faces and their drinks.. She's truly an amazing person, I look forward to seeing her every morning with her greeting smile and awesome personality. Even if I am not close to this stuff I will go out of my way should make sure I only come here.“
“The staff at Starbucks went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in my capacity as an Uber Eats & Doordash driver. We can deliver things to consumers faster thanks to this assistance with orders coming in and going out of the restaurant.

“Starbucks is ALWAYS AWESOME! Sometimes bossy people who work there bother me, but that's rare. Usually that's when they're getting in my face about not wearing a mask. BTW, did you hear about the massive new Danish study on acpjournals dot org (November 18, 2020) that said "masks may actually increase Covid infection rates?" I hope they don't bury this science in favor of science that removes all of our liberties. Anyways, just an FYI. ? Starbucks rocks, for the most part!“

“We visited this Starbucks for the first time in California while visiting. It was EXTREMELY busy, but everyone was very friendly, respectful and treated every customer with kindness.
With as busy as it was, the store was very clean and organized. We will definitely continue to visit each time we are in town.😊“
“This is a great Starbucks location. There is lots of seating and the staff is very helpful. I ordered a green tea and a breakfast sandwich. As usual most of their food is usually just preheated so it was just okay. But nobody really comes here for the food, the green tea was delicious and the people I was with enjoyed their coffee. It does get a little loud in here and echoes, but overall it's a great vibe because the staff in the morning was very friendly and the service was super quick.
Parking: This is a very easy Starbucks to park. It has plenty of parking spots and easily to access handicap spots“

“The Starbucks at LAX Airport offered the usual fare, but the experience was lackluster. The staff seemed overwhelmed and impersonal, making you feel like just another transaction. The drinks were made quickly and placed on the counter without much interaction. It was efficient but lacked the personal touch you’d expect from a smaller coffee shop.“
“Not only was my drink delicious, but the entire staff was incredibly kind to me and my 2 little ones after my car broke down in the 114 heat. We sat inside for maybe 2 hours waiting for a towand they were nothing but sweet and empathetic. One of the girls even offered to have her bf jump my car. I should have asked her name, so sweet and I can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am for their kind souls! Please give them a raise or bonus! Lol. Thank you, again. “A very funny and light interaction, I had today. I’m not a huge fan of coffee, but love the refreshers here. But I wanted to make my own to go drink with ingredients like everyone else does. With the certain amount of pumps, or flavor. So I would often come in and request all of this stuff in a drink and it turns out bad and nasty.
There was a tall guy there with brunette hair, who was very sweet about it, but was confused on the order that I was creating. I apologize to him many times and told him how I was wanting to create my own signature drink in which he kindly listened. It was a laughable and embarrassing moment. But he said he knows exactly what I’m trying to make and said he will surprise me.
He comes back with the order and haves me try it and which I LOVEED. Tell me why it’s a strawberry creme frappe. I was so flushed and asked is this a new drink and he said no it’s been on the menu for awhile. Thank you for humoring me!!

To all the people that said this place is not good or doesn't have good service trust me they're wrong I love everyone here the manager Tiffany is amazing and kind and you can tell she cares about her store and customers! Two of my favorite people that make me smile everytime I come in are Katie and Shannon, they are so awesome! I do not go to another Starbucks because of these ladies! “I placed my order in the app and went inside. They were slammed both inside and in the drive-thru. It was almost noon, so they were super busy. I put my order in on 52nd Ave and Thunderbird, and they were just past 43rd Ave and Thunderbird, and despite their being so many customers there, it was all ready to go when I walked in. “I came in wed April 7th @ like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I’m pretty sure she was all but close physically and I didn’t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry as well . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady was spectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But she now made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That’s quality service. “This is my home store They usually get the orders just right once they remember you especially if you're like me and order the same thing every time.
Parking: If you have fur babies along for the ride make sure you get a pup cup even if it's a kitty my cat loves the pup cup almost more than my dog.

“How to to wait for a prescription at nearby walgreens. I did not want to go home and then come back. This Starbucks is in the Albertsons store. Can't say much for atmosphere. After all, it is in a grocery store. However, there are tables and chairs in a small area next to the kiosk. Sandwiches and coffee are always good at Starbucks and this location was not any different. Autumn, the chef, was very pleasant and service was quick.“
