“Drinks are consistently amazing and made with love every visit no matter who is working. Every staff member is friendly and genuinely helpful, they jump to meet any customer need and usually offer help before I even have a chance to ask. You know exactly what you’re getting at this store and they deliver a great product and great experience every time, it has the feel of a small coffee shop if you didn’t know it was a Starbucks. This is without a doubt the best location and it’s not even close, this store should be the standard. Thank you Warner & 51st staff for everything you do!!!“

“I stopped into this Starbucks in a bit of a rush and just ordered a water and a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. I didn’t catch the correct spelling of their names, but I want to recognize Alisa and Tinae for making the quick stop such a positive one. Tinae especially seemed to pick up on the fact that it had been a rough day, and her kindness and upbeat attitude really lifted my mood. Both Alisa and Tinae were incredibly pleasant and made the interaction memorable, even for such a simple order. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location!“

The location has some of the friendly baristas who make the most immaculate drinks I have ever had at a coffee shop. “I come here almost daily if not multiple times a week and everyone is always friendly. I get a variation of a few drinks, but my regular is an ice decaf breve with caramel syrup and they make it perfect every single time everyone who greets me is nice literally every single time and they always feel bad if they are out of my pastries, not sure why it took me so long to write overview but they just made my coffee extra good this morning so I wanted to give them their credit :) thank you guys“

“Hillary at the Dove Valley location is the best at this location! She fixes my drinks perfectly every single time. Also, at Happy Valley location, Sunflower and Karen are the best as well. These ladies always fix my drink perfectly 👌! Not too much water, or too much ice. They deserve raises! ❤️“

“My love always gets me lattes and teas from this location and they’re better than the drive through Starbucks in the area. The staff is always super kind and warm to us and says hi to our four year old. When I find the name of the gentleman who helped us this morning I’ll add it. He was so nice and helpful. “I stop by the drive thru at this location on my way into work a few times a month (yes, sometimes a few times a week!). The staff is consistently friendly, regardless who is at the window. They also get the orders out quick, even during busy morning rush hour. This isn't always the case at other locations. This is by far one of the best Starbuck's I've been to in terms of service and efficiency.“

“Regina is the best coffee maker there is.. She knows me and my friends drinks before we even get to the counter she's already preparing our drinks. Also while she is making our drinks when customers come to the line, she already knows their drinks as well.. I just can't believe how she literally remembers so many faces and how many faces and their drinks.. “Wow. My friends and I went in after being disappointed with another Starbucks, and we could not stop complimenting this place. From the spacious counters, seating space and the attitudes of the Starbucks workers. Everyone was so happy to work there and greet guests. There was a lady there who I assume was the supervisor or manager and she was a great leader, she was encouraging and delegating. She took the time to thank guests. And just wow we were flabbergasted by the whole establishment.“

“Places my order online and the app said it works be ready in 3-6 minutes. I arrived soon after ordering and I breezed through that drive thru. There were cars in front of me, the wait was maybe 2 minutes. When I arrived at the window my hot coffee was handed to me and my sandwich.“

His voice tone and demeanor is especially friendly. He made sure to include the sleeves on our hot beverages. He asked if I wanted to use rewards and made sure none were expiring imminently. When I squeezed the cup a little too hard upon receiving it, he saw foam and immediately gave me a napkin.

“I love Starbucks coffee of course. But this is the 4th time I’ve go into the store and was unable
to sit down. I understand you have new employees but I don’t think you should take 3 tables & chairs for your new employees. What about the customers who just paid for food & coffee?? I know that there’s some seating outside but it’s not cool enough for that. I feel like Starbucks should have a pop up location for new employees or have a small hall/office space for your training. Or make your own designated area for new employees that does not take away seating from
paying customers.“

I once rated it 5 stars but refrained from writing a review, as I felt it wouldn't reflect the truth because of its inconsistency. And it wasn't quite at its best. However, yesterday inspired me to share my thoughts because this place is the best I've ever seen. The staff is fantastic, and the environment is spotless. They constantly clean the tables and the doors, which I absolutely love, and this is a testament to their hard work. The employees are kind, creating a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. “Thank god for Alyssa the ASM here. I just spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line at the 59th Ave and olive Starbucks that is near my house only to get to the order speaker and be told that my very basic order (a Trenta Cold Brew with the flavor on the side can not be done) I get this drink everyday. I slowly add the flavor to the CB as I drink it. And I always expect to pay for said flavor. I ended up not ordering anything and having to wait even longer to leave the line I was stuck in. And missing my window to get coffee before work. How in the world can a store not put the flavor on the side. So I called Alyssa at 43rd and Thunderbird and she apologized and redirected me to come to here store informing me that putting the drink flavor on the side is doable. It is wild that from store to store the beverage craft and connection can vary so wildly. However I am glad that I called another location close to where I get groceries. Even though my experience at the 59th&olivelocation was beyond disappointing. Alyssa was able to recover my loyalty because I was close to just giving up entirely and going to Dutch moving forward.“

“The gal in the morning weekday shifts makes the drinks correctly. It sounds like a small compliment, but I mean it with highest praise. I travel all over the valley during the day for work and I go to lots of Starbucks. I also used to be a barista I still remmeber the recipe for my favorite drink the SCCCB, salted carmel cream cold brew… pour vanilla sweet cream to the 100 line, two packets salt, two pumps carmel… yadayada. Anyway the morning crew here does the best job of any Starbucks in the valley by far.“

“Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegetarian options to choose from....drinks, breakfast items and even a few lunch items as well.

Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they could work around it.

Parking: Lots of close parking.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to get a creme Frappuccino. You can get any Frappuccino in a creme version (no coffee), it's more like a milkshake.

Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect parking right up front. Ramp out front and off to the sides of the building. “

“This is a great Starbucks location. There is lots of seating and the staff is very helpful. I ordered a green tea and a breakfast sandwich. As usual most of their food is usually just preheated so it was just okay. But nobody really comes here for the food, the green tea was delicious and the people I was with enjoyed their coffee. It does get a little loud in here and echoes, but overall it's a great vibe because the staff in the morning was very friendly and the service was super quick.

Parking: This is a very easy Starbucks to park. It has plenty of parking spots and easily to access handicap spots“

“They added way too much peppermint to my drink so I asked them to add more chocolate but they just replaced the drink… very good customer service and friendly staff.

Parking: You have to park in the fry’s lot and then go into fry’s to go to Starbucks. If you are looking for a drive thru/quicker alternative there is a Starbucks across the street!

“Steph is just amazing. I saw the way she was interacting with her coworkers and customers and just felt her energy. She did something for me on a hard day while I had my little one on my way to pick up my husband for the doctors office and I didn’t make my coffee this morning which is why I was there in the first place. “This is my first experience with a drive-through and walk up only Starbucks. I had some time so I decided to park and walk up. The service was still on par with other Starbucks restaurants, and I received my order in about the same time as one of the drive-through cars. They have a nice little covered patio that would be great anytime except midsummer since it’s on the west side. Note that Swig is next-door, and the Swig drive-through can get crazy at the end of the day. This may impede access to the Starbucks on one side.“

“I am a Starbucks regular, just not at this location. It's missing something that I cannot quite put my finger on. The store, besides being perpetually busy and often understaffed, just doesn't emit "friendly" at times. Their drinks are usually on point, however they are not always delivered with a happy face. Seems to be lots of turnover. I think my biggest pet peeve here, is that it's poorly designed for a drive thru location. It's sandwiched in between other retailers, and the drive thru line often impedes normal parking spots. I would in all honesty go to this location more often than about once a month, if it wasn't such a pain to park, but more importantly if the service sped up and became somewhat friendlier.“
