“I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant so much in terms of food and service alike. I believe there’s two servers who work exceptionally hard. One is a lady with red highlights and tattoos, and the other is an Asian man with a black shirt and a fauxhawk. They were super receptive with us ordering and staying several hours because I had hung out with some friends that I haven’t seen in a long time. They kept topping this waters and asking if we needed anything else. The food was exceptionally good, especially if you’ve been here and got the short rib before, but the presentation is also equally as beautiful. There was no wait and the prices of the food were decent for the quality. I will be coming back as a loyal customer because I live within the area And I want to try the rest of the soup bases.“

“Second time here and it was just as good as the first! Came in on a Monday night for dinner and they were packed, but no line which was great.

Went with their pork broth and I gotta say it had great flavor and their beef ribeye was tender! You can taste the quality in their meats. The grill and side dishes are always a plus.

The restaurant is on the smaller side but awesome atmosphere, attentive service and good people there! Will be back!“

The AYCE is a very good deal for large parties, especially if you have hungry teenagers to feed. Friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of street parking and several nearby parking lots.“

“I’ve been to Grand Hot Pot in Pacifica a few times now, and it never disappoints. The broth is always flavorful and the ingredients are fresh and well-portioned. Love that they have so many options—from thin-sliced beef to seafood and tons of veggies. Plus, don’t forget the unlimited drinks, including beer and wine.

Service is consistently friendly and they’re good about keeping things moving, even when it’s busy.

It’s one of my go-to spots when I want something cozy, filling, and fun to share with friends. Always looking forward to the next visit!“

This place is good for a quick fix for me just to get a taste of hotpot. There is only a few condiments unlike the typical place where you have over a dozen to fix your own dipping sauce.

“Deece place, 14.99/lbs for Malatang is ok. Not too much selection as other places but enough for a quick and cheap meal. As long as you don't go over board with ingredients you'll have a similar experience. Do the Google review for a free drink too!“

“The American wagyu cut of meat was great and the fact that it's included in the ayce was a great deal. $48 pretip for 1 person, I paid 60 because the guy waiting the bar and on the deli slicer was so nice. Goma and ponzu dipping sauces were great too.“

“The service was great (my wife does all the speaking but the waiter did speak some English). The ma (numbing) broth was very unique and was our favorite over the spicy that we usually trend towards. It has exceptional flavor, a nice floral taste, and that numbness that was advertised.

The meat selection is fun and has what you would expect from hot pot. The skewers were the highlight, I loved that the vegetables bring the stock along so that when you bite in, it tastes like the soup and keeps the meat moist!

The dessert options had a fried mochi with soy sauce glaze and fried mantou that I would've been happy just snacking on without any other food. The place feels like home and doesn't feel very rushed on a calm Sunday evening. It was a nice way to unwind after a busy Sunday.“

“The food here is delicious. I like to eat this dandan noodles the most, the noodles have a little bit of QQ. The xiaolongbao here are delicious.

It's also very beautiful here, with many cat paintings.

“BEST coconut chicken hotpot I’ve ever had in the bay!!!!!
The soup was made with fresh coconut - they cracked the coconut and added the coconut water into our soup. We could also eat the coconut meat inside - it was so fresh.
And then they added chicken - the soup was just HEAVENLY. As a person who is from the region where coconut chicken was originated, I 100% approve its authenticity!!
And the price was soooo good too - $35 per person!“
