“This place is great for groups. Attended a wedding here that was not a full venue buyout (only half the dining room was used). The full catering menu was quite reasonably priced and the dishes were overall excellent. The lobster noodles, scallop shrimp snap peas, abalone were all definitely highlights.“

“This is my favorite place in the whole entire world, besides my house, and the beach. Truly heaven on earth, especially on cold days. If you are going by yourself, try the hot pot and grill option. If you like baby octopus and shrimp, omg, you are in for a good treat trust me.“

“Flako and I had the best time at Mumu Hot Pot in San Francisco. Ame in a bit later but they were welcoming any ways. We loved cooking our own food right at the table in those little individual pots — it’s interactive, fun, and everything comes out exactly how you want it. Fresh meats, seafood, veggies, and a great broth… plus cold Tsingtao to wash it all down. Perfect spot for a fun night out.“

“overall, the food was decent. the food came out quickly and the staff was attentive. there are unlimited drinks and ice cream which were a plus. however, the crab rangoon was disappointing as it only had cream cheese and hardly any imitation crab. there were also quite a bit of flies at the condiment station.“

“We got the classic AYCE and went two rounds. Technically three, but we only ordered dessert on the third round. Our server, Stanley, patiently explained the ordering process as it was our first time there. Another server, Fish, checked in on us multiple times. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I saw employees talking to several customers as if they were regulars. We will definitely be back.“

“Just found out Serramonte Center has Yang Guo Fu in the food court 😂 Perfect spot for a hot bowl of malatang on a foggy Daly City lunch break. $14.99/lb with fresh veggies, meats, and three soup bases (beef bone, tomato, spicy dry). Loved the beef & lamb rolls, mushrooms, lotus root, and konjac for a lighter option. Their red oil wontons ($5.99) are freshly made and so tasty—can’t wait to try the dim sum they’re adding soon!“

“This is definitely one of the best places to enjoy a meal in downtown San Mateo! I absolutely love the concept of being able to customize your own meal—the idea is brilliant!
I also really appreciate that they offer different spice levels. I chose the mild level, and it was absolutely perfect for my taste. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious!
And the atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. The restaurant has such a luxurious and beautiful interior, with amazing attention to detail. ✨
