“Loved it! I went to a different Tepan place just the previous week, and it paled in comparison!
It was fun, entertaining, and friendly. Food was great! I can hardly wait to come again with my kids.”
“This was busy for a Tuesday after a long weekend. Our server, Rachel, was single-handedly managing all tables swiftly and courteously. She also asked customers to ensure their order was correct before paying. Food was good; service was superlative!”
“We went to lunch with another couple after church. It wasn't crowded yet and we were seated immediately. The staff and service was excellent. Our server Emily returned several times to check on us and was quick to bring anything we needed. She anticipated when we needed drink refills and brought them. The manager on duty also came by twice to check on us. We all ordered the 2/$25+ option. Our friends both got the chicken salad and artichoke dip appetizer which they enjoyed. My husband and I like getting the 2 salads rather than the appetizer. He ordered the tequila/ lime chicken, which is a favorite of ours for the $2.50 extra and it he said it was excellent. I decided to try the new Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine Alfredo. I asked Emily if I could have a grilled chicken breast instead of the fried one that came with it and she agreed. I really liked the grilled breast. It was tender and juicy and was great with the sauce and cheese on top. The fettuccine not so much. The top of it was dried out like it had been sitting awhile and the noodles were gooey and stuck together like they weren't fresh. The sauce tasted good though. The breads stick it came with was also dry and hard on the bottom even though it had butter(?) on it, so after 2 bites I left it as it wasn't worth the calories. I didn't say anything about the fettuccine not being great because I didn't want to make an issue of it when we were dining with friends. I just ate it. I will probably try this again once it isn't so new and they have more experience preparing it. Lastly, I am not a fan of those gizmos on the table where you are supposed to pay yourself. Emily did tell us to let her know if we needed help with it. Yes, we did have trouble with it and had to ask for help. It is very frustrating to have an enjoyable meal and then have to fight those machines to pay. Overall, we had a nice lunch with friends and will come again.”

“Wow this place surprised me so much, I went on my birthday it was a Thursday mid day and it was lonely. Not sure if that’s good or not but as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed to a nice beautiful atmosphere.
Open concept, nice design. We were serviced beautifully everything was clean and squeaky clean floors.
Menu was okay to read, but we were able to order a few yummy rolls.
Ocean roll
Super salmon roll
California roll
Vegas roll
Wow the my favorite was the Vegas roll the combo with the crispy outer layer and the fresh fish on top with avocado with sauce oof it was delicious a must order option!
Everything was delicious and what made the difference was freshness.
I would definitely come here again or order out, but it seems a lot of people order out. Dining in was a great experience and more need to come and experience everything as well at least when they can.
Parking was a bit difficult, one level and easy wheelchair access.
You can get vegetarian options here or ask what they have :)
Overall my experience was pretty great and those who love sushi definitely need to try this place out.”
“Wilbur out did himself! 5 stars and would recommend him anytime!”

“This Server like most of the servers and the restaurant say hi to you and asks how you are doing then ask for your beverage and if you are ready they will take your order Ninfa. Is very friendly and courteous she usually waits on me and my family when we come in together but on top of everything around her she is a very good server. Thank you Ninfa.”
“When Batman needed a break on these hot days delivering justice to the streets of Gotham, Joanna, the hero i needed, came to the rescue to fight this heat with the dragon fruit refresher to quench my thirst. Even grabbed the Thai tea Tuesday discount to keep me awake. (Both really good drinks) Thank you Joanna and Ying Yang Tea for your heroic save. Gotta get back to Gotham.. for bobaaaaa.. ehem, for Justiceee 🦇”
“I go here for Albertsons, Harbor Freight and Americas Tire. Close to the house so it's my main location.
The Kaiser location has reopened after being shuttered from fire and kept closed through the pandemic.
Spunky Steer never recovered and it looks like the Dollar Tree is done. They have a lot of empty shelf space now.”

“Despite having many options in the area that also serve similar food, Troy’s has signature dishes you need to their brand name. For example, they have a great Greek salad and the pastrami is unbeatable. We’ve also had their breakfast items and they have a large array of foods, definitely something for everybody.”
“It's a good place to try the birria, we got here early in the morning we were the first customers so we didn't wait that long, I had the Ramen birria and my husband got the burrito, they both were good, juicy and with a lot of meat. The place is a little bit hidden but nothing that you can't find. The aguas frescas were a high level.”
“Tried Tokido Ramen in Chino Hills and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor and service. We had calamari, fried soft shell crab, and panko shrimp to start—each one crispy and well-prepared. “My husband took our kids here a couple of months ago and have been asking to go back. So when we went today, I wasn’t expecting much. But let me tell you something… best orange chicken we have ever had!!! The batter was crunchy and the chicken was juicy! Would totally go back for that and a few others entrees.”
“If you're in LA and craving for hotpot with fresh meats, veg and seafoods with your family and friends, Shabu Wara is definitely worth dining at. My family and I had the sukiyaki and tomyam broth with seafood, lamb and beef as proteins and rice. In winter, the hotpot HITS THE SPOT. Fresh meats, flavorful broth, generous cuts of fresh vegetables. Staff were all professional and prompt in ensuring diners are having a wonderful experience. This is a great social event for dining or if you're just a foodie! Totally worth checking out.”
“Because of a recent illness, I must be careful about salt intake. Our server ( wish I would have written his name) was extremely kind and helpful in helping me with my selections. I’ll certainly return to this restaurant. Good food and excellent service!”
“Great food !! Had no chance to take a picture of the food but I got the chipotle rice bowl! Delicious, big portions. Dad got the pull pork he said it was yummy ! The desserts were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Will definitely be back out next trip to Cali. You will also see the owner greet every table, I think that’s amazing! Makes you feel well taken care of. Thank you !”

“Line moved good for this location and time of day. They get the overflow from in n out ,cause in n out is ALWAYS busy..also my strawberry shake must've been sitting awhile because it was like strawberry milk when I got home. I even put it in the freezer while we ate. Next time I'll ask for the shake to be made last.”
“Fresh& yummy during social distancing!! Supporting local restaurants!”
“Happened to be in the area. Stopped by , a little difficult to spot if you do not the place. Small parking lot on one side and a couple of handicap spots on the opposite side of building. With a ramp access to the entrance. They offer seating at the bar. Booth seating along with tables & chairs. The ribs were tasty with a good bite. Pulled pork was tender & juicy. The brisket was over cooked, little dry and to firm. Mac & cheese was hot , cheesy and lite. Mashed potatoes a little to salty. Tri tip was not available that day. Salad with chopped up cherry tomatoes. Baked beans had some personal spices added to get past the canned variety taste. They offer a big screen TV in the bar area. Public restrooms are available. The hours have changed to 4-10pm only. Lunch is no longer available with the buffet selection they previously offered. Just walk in and seat yourself. This would be more like a neighborhood spot. They are on the pricey side. Portion sizes are adequate.”
“I came here to get some 7 mares soup on short notice. The restaurant was cleaned and kept up well. The staff was very nice and had my food ready very quickly. The speed of the food prep was great considering my situation. This restaurant is located in a tucked away part of the business center so you may have to look for a bit. They have a wide variety of seafood and all high quality.”
Takeout Restaurants
“Cute little OG spot tucked in by the Chino airport. Great service and food. On the weekends you may need to wait a few minutes to get seated but worth it. They make their own pies so make sure you check the board on the wall for what is available. If you are really hungry check out the breakfast burger.”
“Very delicious food and tasty salsa. Service was really good and overall a really good place to come back to! Only thing was the parking is very minimal and had to swing around the block to enter the parking lot. It’s not that I missed the turn, this cafe is such a hole in the wall and very hidden! Gotta stop by and get the huevos rancheros.”
“I've been getting bean and cheese burritos for a while now but Wednesday I ordered two bean and cheese burritos as usual with cilantro and onions and pico de gallo plus I decided I would try there breakfast burrito (sausage eggs and cheese). Bean and cheese burritos no cilantro no no onions and the sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito was no egg no sausage but plenty of potatoes rolled up as a breakfast burrito but charged as a breakfast burrito. that had to be deliberately done. I don't know what I did to piss off cook but I got the message.”
“I would like to highlight one of the servers her name is Luz. She gave us outstanding service.
My family and I visit this Location on Sundays after church. We keep coming back because of their outstanding service and delicious food.
Everyone at this location is respectful, kind and courteous. They're not many places like this anymore who are family oriented. I highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“La Carreta de Don Jose is a highly recommended Mexican restaurant that offers exceptional food and service. Their authentic dishes are bursting with flavor, and the vibrant ambiance adds to the overall dining experience. With a diverse menu and excellent customer service, it is a must-visit for anyone craving great Mexican cuisine.”

“When I first discovered Ike’s I was so excited about their vegan options because it’s hard to find plant based options. I meet the nice and friendly people who are always happy. I’m glad I have the experience to dine in every time I’m in town. The vegan meatball sandwich never disappoints it’s so delicious and very fulfilling especially their homemade sauce. I recommend you try it! 🥰😘😋”
“I got the Sushi combo for the end cost of $20 and I will say it was worth it. I got a chef roll and it was really good quality. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Service was great and fast. I went around lunch time so there was no wait. The restrooms were well maintained and the staff was very attentive to all the customers. I highly recommend this place if you are nearby.”
“Ordered shrimp, peeled shrimp, garlic noodles, mussels. All seasonings was the option for flavoring.Medium spicy definitely had a kick to it, would not go above medium unless you are a heat enjoyer. Good was good”

“For an authentic Chinese American (and Hawaiian)food experience, this is a great place. We’ve been coming to this place since it opened 15-20 years ago and I’ve always ordered the same two-item combo: jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken (dark meat ony) because they are excellent for non-authentic Chinese food. As noted by others, this place stands apart from other Chinese American food places because they cook everything to order. So every meal here is fresh and hot. Highly recommended.
Vegetarian options: Some options re available.
Parking: Located in an excellent and clean mall with plenty of spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“Always fresh, consistently delicious, and served with a smile! The team at Amazing Poke is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cares about your experience. Whether you’re customizing your bowl or trying one of their signature creations, everything is high quality and reasonably priced. One of my go-to spots in Chino—highly recommend! Their location is always clean too.”
“The take-out box was convenient, if not finished in restaurant. The beef and chicken were great with the provided salad dressing, rather than the teriyaki sauce. It was placed as side as suggested by the host, especially that I was a diabetic. The water was refilled as needed, which was appreciated. I also asked for a second bowl of miso, which I enjoyed. Overall, it was great to have a meal at the Bento Box in Chino.”
“The al pastor tacos, priced at $2.75 each, offered a delightful flavor profile, characterized by a balance of savory notes without excessive spice or sweetness.
The carne asada burrito, available for $11.95, presented a rich flavor profile, albeit with a slightly higher fat content.”
“First time here and manager came out to greet the wife and I, that alone was outstanding and then food came and OMG food was delicious and im a burger guy but this burger is another leve and defently my top options from now on and that used to be Island Burger but this place took the fist place”

“We just had our father’s 80th Birthday party there and oh my goodness, everything Jorge said and promised, happened. They did set up, the food was outstanding and the staff was amazing! We had about 90 guest and I am still getting calls about how great of a time it was, that the food was delicious and how friendly the staff was. The price was perfect! My father had a wonderful memorable night, a celebration none of us will ever forget! Thank you Jorge and your wonderful staff! We will definitely be using your venue for future events. 🙂”
“Been coming here a long time for their tacos and consommé. The food is typically great, as was this recent experience. Overall the food is decently priced as we spent $45 for all that is pictured and two drinks that were not photographed.
Be sure to brush up on your high school Spanish before you come here, because you may have a difficult time ordering without it. It’s been a minute since I last ordered food in Spanish and it was a journey from stepping foot inside and getting the food into my mouth. After I sat down and was waiting for my food, did all the vocabulary come to me. I sat there kicking myself for butchering the language just a few minutes earlier. It is what it is.
I used to come through here to get the menudo, but it didn’t sound like they sell that anymore. But they did have consommé de borrego, which was just as great. On top of it all, the decor inside is very enjoyable to look at.”
“The #1 spot to go!! The service is awesome and workers and owners treat u like family.. I've been wanting to come here for the longest and finally did.. I'm very glad I finally came.. This is definitely going to be my spot to go.. the Reggae vibes are perfect.. never felt as home as i did.. see u soon.. much love ??????❤”
“Saw an ad for Joey's in a travel magazine, and decided to try them. Ordered bbq beef ribs and chicken with sides on line. Got there at the pickup time and had to wait, as they were really busy. Did feel a little impatient having to wait, but when I came home with the food, it is simply some of the best bbq that I have had in some while. The food is delicious. No more going to any of those chain bbq places for me.”

“We have ALWAYS LOVED THIS RESTAURANT!! My parents took me regularly (every weekend) for there steaks. I was 18 at the time, I'm now 54. Tony would always come out and have a seat with his customers. It was always great conversation with him. His wife would always make her rounds (as Tony would) to make sure customers were happy. Unfortunately, after Tony passed it wasn't the same for us. The food WAS and STILL is The Best It Can Be!! Tony has been missed. Today I'm back in town after moving 18 years ago. Had dinner there today with own MY family. Nothing has changed. They have ALWAYS had the BEST Onion Rings, Fried Chicken and of course NEVER had I ever had a BETTER STEAK anywhere else except here at (Tony's) Spunky Steers.”

“Nice place, pretty busy by locals. The food was good but not great, I had the beef bowl. The rice and meat were a little dry in texture. But the flavors were good! Maybe I went during the lunch rush.. they have lots of options so I’ll for sure be trying other items.”
“Came in and was greeted by staff at the register, a very friendly woman. Ordered two two item combos and chicken potstickers. The tea machine was out of order but they have other drinks available. The food was quick to come out, maybe less than ten minutes, and it was delicious. It feels like a hole in the wall Ono Hawaiian with more options, and more authentic taste. You can see the chef cooking behind the counter. Overall great vibes and food.”
“Food great but they need to train all the waitresses”
