“I've been trying all the taco trucks in the area but keep returning to Emiliano's. Probably been there 50 times. Really good shrimp tacos. The shrimp is larger and more flavorful than typical. Also really like the al pastor. Carne asada and chicken is good too. My new favorite thing is the wet burrito.
By the way, I've never found them not open when they were supposed to be.“

“my go-to burrito place. Always friendly service. I like my burritos very spicy, and la estrella is one of the few places that will go as heavy on the habanero as I like. Super fast if you order over the phone, too. I mostly eat vegetarian and they make a very good veggie burrito. The fish is good, too.“

“This is such a great place for Mexican food. I always order the same thing which is a ground beef burrito. It's my favorite! I am still yet to try their enchiladas. But this is a comfort food haven. You have to try it for yourself. I don't know how long they have been in business, but it's been for a very long time and in the same location.

Parking: The parking lot is shared by about 3 or 4 other businesses and the parking lot is not that big, but there is plenty of street parking close by too.“

“My son and I come here. Usually there is a line, so like anywhere else, you have to be patient. But the wait is worth it. This is the only fast food place I will eat at. The burrito bowl is the best if you want to skip the wheat tortilla.“

We had the pork carnitas they were well done cooked, the fish tacos were humongous and we add an extra one for $6 , they were ok. The chips salsa and guacamole were very tasty and delicious (highly recommended), for cocktails we had the Tepache con Tiki and a Vampiro, we were not impressed, I think they still need to work on their cocktails. We also had the Pot De Creme for dessert and it was very tasty

“Likely the best value in the FiDi for a quick breakfast. I got the Huevos Rancheros ($8.95) add Bacon (+$3). I ordered it through Toast and picked it up. My coffee was made fresh when I got there so it would still be HOT!

The Huevos were delicious! Two eggs, both red and green salsa (one on each), black beans, and a bit of cheese. It was the perfect amount and was delicious. A hint of spice from the salsas, the eggs were well seasoned and the tortillas still crispy.

I'll be swinging by here more often than my usual bagel place in the future!“

It's literally a window you order at, limited street parking, but you can get thicc delicious tamales hot and ready to eat or to keep for another day. They last a week in the fridge. But mine never last that long. Chicken is my fave, the cheese is good too. Veggies is my least fave but I still like it! Huge portions. Quality people and hearty tamales. Go get you some from Tamaleria Azteca!“

“When I'm visiting Oakland I always make a few stops at Doña. The food is fantastic, the drinks are amazing and the service is fast and lovely. We pretty much get the cauliflower tostada every time, so much so that it's my desert island meal! I will never tire of it. But there is so much more, tacos, beans & rice, guac & chips, margaritas and a fantastic tequila & mezcal selection. Gracias to the team, muy delicioso.“

“Moved to Pinole from San Diego 1.5 years ago and we’ve been so disappointed with tacos and Mexican food we’re used to from San Diego and living so close to Mexico. Finally!!!! This place cares about the quality, the cut of meat and how the food is cooked. The owners applies high end standards to food and service. “One of the best Mexican meals I’ve had in SF—100% better than Chipotle, with all fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the noodle bowl and quinoa bowl. They’re only open from 11 AM to 2 PM, and I just wish they were open longer and on more days. A true hidden gem!“
