“I have been to the Berkeley locations. Really cute shops. I love their displays. Clear, well labeled, and so appetizing. Online ordering is very easy and user friendly and pick up was very smooth. Everything is so beautifully decorated, but what really sets them apart are the incredible flavors and quality of ingredients. I picked them up at 6pm the night before the event and refrigerated them. The next day they were excellent. We had 100 of the minis in a variety of flavors at a 70th birthday party and they were the biggest hit ever. Everybody loved the opportunity to choose. With vegan and gluten free options that are equally as delicious you cannot go wrong with this bakery.“

“I will always love this place. It’s a shame I moved away, this used to be my local go-to breakfast walk with my dog on the weekends. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast and coffee, and business is booming! So it can get busy sometimes with a wait (no more than 10min at their busiest) but it’s worth it in my opinion.“

“Marc and team catered our wedding at the Brazilian Room, and we were extremely happy with both the planning process and the food/support on the day itself. The Arlington team are clearly pros at working in the Brazilian room - and had everything set up quickly and efficiently day-of - even though we had a shorter evening slot. The food was very good (especially the grilled salmon and pesto pasta) - everyone went back for seconds and we got many compliments! Marc was transparent and easy to work with throughout, and we thought pricing was reasonable compared to other vendors we looked at. Would highly recommend!!“

“It was raining and I was craving samosa & chai so we got samosas as an appetizer, they were freshly made and crisp on the outside & the filling was hot and spicy inside. For our mains we got butter chicken with rice and garlic naan, it was delicious. The color of the butter chicken was so red I thought it would be crazy spicy but I guess that’s just the food coloring because it wasn’t. Topped dinner off with mango lassi- probably my favorite part of the whole meal. Thick, flavorful and decadent just the way I like it. We got food delivered through DoorDash and it was packed up really well, no leaks or spills. The samosas came with tamarind and mint coriander chutney. They sent a little flyer saying they’re a small business and we can order directly instead of DoorDash/grubhub. I would like to get chicken biryani next time when I order directly.“

I saw this young woman cashier arguing with an older man as I was shopping. So when I went to checkout I tried to get into a different line but she said I was going the wrong way and to turn around and come back to her. I suggested that if they had changed the way the line works there should be a sign and she started arguing with me. When I asked about the cost of an item and plastic bags she again argued with me. I told her I wasn't there for a lecture. She left without completing my checkout and another woman came and finished it. I don't feel like someone who is working and having a bad day should argue with the customers. I would give one star for produce if I could, but overall it's a good market.“
