“I came with my family here, very clean place, clean restroom, clean everything, good food. Fast service, but please ladies from the front (customer service) smile, you take care of the customer like robots, next, thank you , next, thank you next. I was looking at every single person that was receiving their orders to make sure that chips are given to some odres or to every order. We order two burritos, one pupusa and twelve tacos. We did not received chips at all. I saw people that purchase tacos , receiving their chips, this wasn’t my case. No one gave us our chips😟“

“I lived close by and dropped in one day to check out the eats. The Chile Colorado peaked my interest, and it was like "Heaven"! . So pretty much every time since, the friendly staff would remember me and my passion for it. They'd see me walk in the door and instantly know... Chile Colorado! :) ( pro tip- while you wait, walk over to the painfully slow Safeway next door , buy Jardine's ghost pepper salsa and add a generous portion on top)“

“Went here for a somewhat large family gathering. While not the best Mexican food I've ever had the quality was good. Every one in the group seemed to enjoy their meals and my steak burrito hit the spot. Margaritas were pretty good too. Staff were friendly and attentive.
I would suggest you guys take orders at the table like a normal restaurant instead of making us go up to the front desk and order. I get that you are probably short staffed but getting our group of over 10 people to the front of the restaurant and ordered took way longer than was necessary, and we ended up making other customers wait while we got everything sorted.
While I don't mind paying for my meal before I eat it, if you are paying with a credit card it means you have to tip before receiving service, which just seems backwards to me (a tip should be a thank you).
Would go back again.“

“HUGE plate of nachos ?. Was almost as big as my mom's ? ?????. The only thing I didn't like about the nachos were the chips, they were a little on the sweet side. Chicken fajitas were straight skibidi Ohio ??. The rice and beans are fantastic and would come again just for that!!

I got the flautas plate (chicken version) with rice and beans and loved the lettuce, cheese, guac, tomato, and side of some sort of crunchy/vinegary slaw. The melon agua fresca was a great-tasting and refreshing beverage for this thirsty traveler. Very glad I chose to come here!“

“I’ve eaten at Tommy’s Salsa a handful of times and never been disappointed. You can tell the food is made with fresh ingredients and their salsa selection is awesome. The food always comes out fast and the staff is extremely friendly. I work in Novato twice a week and this has become a staple for my lunch breaks.“

“Had a deliciously flavorful dinner on the patio with my husband and 8 month old son on a Sunday evening. Immediately we were greated by friendly staff and seated outside. We used a highchair that was available which was appreciated since we wanted to have a meal all together with our 8 month old son. The service was amazing we got chips and salsa with our menus. I got a vegetarian tostada and my husband got cheese enchiladas. It was like magic how quick we got our meals. Everything was so delicious and my son finally got to sit and participate in our meal rather than watch us eat/hide what we are eating now that he's so interested in food! We gave him his first litte plate of refried beans, rice, and tastes of toppings. He was happy as a clam and slept better than he's ever slept before. Our server was interactive and kind with our little guy and being a mom that's a bonus when choosing a place to eat out. It was reasonably priced for how good the food is. We look forward to making this a new regular family dinner spot.“

“I'm a local Strawberrian so I may be biased, but this place is amazing. And the price range is unbeatable. Its probably not going to be what you expect from your average take-out taqueria spot so open your mind and appreciate simplicity done simply perfect.

I went and got a breakfast burrito the other day, and it was as expected, UNTIL the EGGS were WAY TOO F'ING SALTY!!!! It was like un-ediable... and that's like really hard to do, and I expect better from Lucinda's. Just season the food correctly, and maybe it was a new guy; I'm not even sure if they cook the eggs to order, but I kinda think they do.... like the LAST THING YOU DO AS A COOK IS HAVE A HEAVY HAND WITH THE SALT!!!!!!

I expect my next breakfast burrito to be flawless, I wish I had the nerve to call in, cuz that cook needs to be corrected if he or she normally puts that much salt on the f"n eggs. Maybe they thought they were seasoning potatoes; def need a lot of salt for them taters. But the eggs also seem to have the cheese mixed in which add a bit of salt alone!“

So, we decided to try it, and we are glad we did. Our meals were cooked fresh to order and they were delicious!
