It’s a small place and they have a restaurant in the back thats pretty big never tried their food so I can’t tell anything but I see a lot of people there . Parking is very small and annoying but I live like 35 minutes away and I will go out my way to go there .“

“This is the K town classic. It first opened in 1982. Since then it became the place to get authentic Korean BBQ and signature dongchimi noodle. I still remember the first time I tried their noodle and I was so blown away. When it comes to dongchimi noodles, they are on the top tier.“

“My brother and I went to Pho Hoan Pasteur with high expectations as they had high ratings on Yelp.
He ordered the regular sized steak and tendon pho. He found one piece of tendon in the entire bowl, so he was disappointed. The taste of the pho broth was just OK... not the best, nor the worst he's ever had.
I had the grilled shrimp bun and it came with two egg rolls. I was disappointed as rice noodles were all broken. It felt as though the bowl was filled with the rice noodle scraps at the bottom of the bag. The fish sauce wasn't remarkable either. I added lime juice and samba.
We tried it. We probably won't return.“

“I'm in town for an event and we were looking for a place open to eat. We found this place and it is a gem! I ordered a Jasmine tea & Pho Nam (brisket). It was SO good! One of the best bowls of pho I've had in quite some time. The broth was perfectly flavored and the meat was good as well. My tea also tasted great without any sweetner added to it. My friend ordered a bun combo with a side soup and also said it was very good. We ordered and got our food pretty quickly. The server was friendly and very attentive. The pricing was also very good for the portions you get. I paid for our teas & both meals and it came out to $34+tip. If I'm ever back in town, I would definitely eat here again!“

“This place is known for their galbi jjeem and I should have tried it. But (a) the portions are huuuge, as in for more than 1 person, maybe up to 4 people, and (b) at $100 it is expensive. I should return with a large group so we can order and share it. There is an option for cheese which the waiter will use a torch at the table to melt and toast it. I've never had galbi jjeem with cheese. Maybe it tastes like a cheeseburger? I'd be willing to try is there was an option to have it on the side, vs fully committing by covering everything with it.

So for this visit I had the sollung tang with tendon. It hit the spot, very creamy and flavorful, and the tendon was soft & tender. I would definitely return for this alone.“

I was delightfully surprised with not only the consistently amazing food, but also the accommodating and attentive customer service. “Right across from the Galleria. They have their own parking. Too many pictures of the food on the wall. Bit overwhelming. 6:30-10:30 am they have breakfast specials. Noodle house. In one of the photos you can see there are 4 large plastic container with hot soup. Not sure if that will help if you are trying to avoid microplastics. Noodle soup is good. I have the spicy seafood soup and the bean pancake. The side dishes are tasty. They also sell kimchi.“
