We really enjoyed our meal - Salads for starters, petite filets, Wagyu burger with Parmesan garlic fries and baked potato. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. “We originally went to Jamul Casino to eat father's day dinner at Tony Gwynns Pub but didn't realize after 4pm it's a buffet only. We walked around a while to see if there was other options or if we would just leave and go somewhere else. We saw this place and decided to get a table. Smallish but pleasent environment. Our waitress was friendly but 3 different people tried to take our order. I ordered the beef chow mein , my wife ordered pad Thai noodles. We also ordered some salt and pepper wings. Food was very flavorful but a little over done. Other than that no complaints.“

“Anthony's is a favorite of ours. The food and service are consistently good. The atmosphere puts you in a vacation state of mind. Because of this we held our daughter's wedding shower here. The room was perfect. Everyone had a beautiful view of their little lake. Will was our server. He was spot on. This is the best place to host a small event. There were several food options, plus you could choose a hosted or non-hosted bar, wine at tables, etc. We chose to have a hosted bar, which brought the price per person up.“

“In a town that has tacos shops on practically every other block, this place is a standout. The quality of the food, the awesome customer service, and the insanely extensive and unique salsa bar will have you coming back again and again.

I tried this place a second time after being impressed the first time, wanting to try their poblano burrito (which quite a few others have posted about). Holy. Wow. This burrito was FIRE. You can add steak or shrimp, but I added BOTH, and I added their chipotle cream sauce. It was massive and so delicious. They did not skimp on either the steak or the shrimp, and the burrito's other contents (cheese-stuffed poblanos, rice, beans, and guac) were really generous. Highly, highly recommend Burrito City if you're in the area.“

“Fast, Friendly, and Amazing. Don’t know how else to describe Golden Bay. Staff is kind and inviting. We received our appetizer and drinks fast. We ordered the Mongolian beef and Salt and Pepper chicken wings. The wings were moist, crunchy and packed with flavor. The Mongolian beef was soft but easy to tear. We order some fried rice on the side but we were so stuffed we decided to take it home. The portions were large and were more than enough for 2 people.“

“Been good things about this place so decided to give it a shot. Interior was very nice and clean. My wife mentioned it was great for a date place. Food was fresh and reasonable prices. We had dinner ala cart. There is an option for lunch menu for dinner for 2 dollars more which is a good deal or5 dollars more you can get soup egg roll and shrimp appetizers with al cart. Service was fast and pleasant. I would recommend giving it a try if like Chinese food.“

“The birria tacos were delicious. The drinks were way of a priced. They had a DJ that had really good music and then they had karaoke but it was so loud you couldn't talk to the person across from you. Every time we needed something from the waitress we had to wave her down to come to the table. She was very nice but service was not so good.“

“J&J's has been around a few years now. I had the three beef rolled tacos with all the fixings for 7.99 plus tax.

The tacos were good. They were crispy and had a good amount of shredded beef inside. The green avocado salsa I had with the rolled tacos was very good and offered mild heat.

The place used to be brighter inside, but it still looks nice. I like the Mexican style tile floors. The service was cordial and friendly. The have a good salsa bar.“
