“If you're around the area I would suggest visiting this cafe! They have fantastic service and their drinks are always top notch and literally made with love. I usually get their matcha latte or their seasonal drinks if it catches my eyes. Btw their cream topper is always so AMAZING, could literally drink it everyday haha They even sell flowers/plants! It's pretty unique since you can't really find cafes that sells them and they are all so pretty. Plus this cafe has their own merch too. Once I saw their pink tumbler I couldn't help but had to bought it ASAP, such a cute tumbler(The color was to die for)! The baristas are so welcoming and would love to chat with you, they will literally start off your day perfectly :) Also, the parking is pretty small so if you can't find parking I suggest to park in the neighborhood, it'll be a nice short walk :D“

“Located right on Green before Wilson, only street parking available. Absolutely love their Thai Tea soft serve. They do have other flavor drinks available, both hot and cold. Freshly made cookies also for sale. You do have the option to make the soft serve into a float with different tea options. If it’s your first time here get the “Trophy” which includes all the toppings except for Oreo crumbs. No tables or public bathroom, just a single bench seat while you wait for your order.“

“This was the first time ordering from this location and it is actually pretty good. I got the Thai tea with brown sugar boba with the Ube Bubble Waffle and it was soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. I can't wait to bring my boyfriend and mom here to try it out. The drink was the perfect amount of sweetness, it was not headache inducing, and it wasn't bitter. The boba was soft and chewy as well.“
“a nice, refreshing place to get your ice tea fix! chun yang is located in a small plaza with a parking lot. i came on a thursday afternoon and there weren't many spots available. there is street parking nearby if you can't get a spot in the plaza. i got the honey osmanthus oolong tea, their #1 popular drink. i appreciated the server, who was very knowledgeable about the drinks and their sweetness levels. i got my drink at 50% sweetness, and it was still super sweet, so 25% is probably best if you don't like your drink tasting like sugar syrup. the tea, however, was the best part since it was strong and refreshing! this is a small shop, so don't expect any tables to hang out in here. there is a bench to sit and wait for your order, but that's all for seating. there is a public restroom for customers. overall, great place for a refreshing and strong tea drink. the quality of the tea was great, and it is perfect for a hot day.“

“This little cafe is absolutely a hidden gem. Found this place on accident on an outing but stayed because the food and hot drinks smelled amazing. The vibes here were serene, peaceful. The views were breathtaking and the service felt like I was at a family's house since they were very attentive. Super welcoming. The food was all reasonably priced and very filling. Already excited to return!“
“This place never disappoints us! Amazing drinks, super friendly staff. My favorites are the green thai milk tea and the watermelon juice, so refreshing!! Despite many other boba shops around, this place has their own unique taste, they just… “hit” different (in the best way possible)“

“I got a simple Matcha latte with oat milk and boba and it was just how I like it…not too sweet and not too earthy like some ceremonial matcha can be. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and took the time to explain to me, and give samples, of some of their non-dairy flavors. I will be back again!“

“The owner is an incredible person. On top of that, the boba is tastier than most with a slightly softer and sweeter flavor. Vegan milk options. Ample parking and a post your own note wall. Trued the matcha and will be back for the Thai tea. Heard the fruit teas are really good too.“

“Shout out to the guy who delivered my drink to my car! It was super packed so I decided to wait for my drink in the car. When my drink was finished one of the workers came to my car to hand me my drink. I thought that was super nice and he went above and beyond. Also the cups are super adorable!“
“The best Poke I’ve ever had and the drinks served with were amazing! The staff are friendly and so sweet! I definitely recommend this spot, it’s cute and offers such a variety of options for drinks and the food options are all delicious!!“
“Never knew a shop like this existed let alone knew what Coconut jelly King was all about. We were visiting the HMART market in Arcadia and noticed the Coconut Jelly King at the Food Court. Judging by their menu they mainly specialize in drinks and jelly made with coconut but they had other items on their menu. We got the Pineapple Coconut Jelly and the double Coconut jelly to try out. They were packed in a dessert jars and refrigerated. To be clear Asian jelly is made with Agar or Arrowroot. It is not Jello which is made with gelatin derived from animals. The Pineapple Coconut Jelly had shredded Pineapple base topped with Coconut Jelly made with slightly sweetened Coconut milk. I like Pineapple I thought it would be my favorite. I liked the Double Coconut Jelly a lot more. The base was a jelly made with Coconut Water and topped with Coconut jelly made with sweetened Coconut Milk. The dessert itself was light and refreshing. The flavors were subtle but it was delicious and turned out to be my favorite. iCYMI, Coconut milk is made from steeping dried Coconut flesh and is usually sweetened for drinks or desserts. It also is used for used as a base for Curries. I just found that they have a location in Lad Vegas so I'll be stopping by soon and try some different flavors. Sorry Yelpers. I totally forgot to take pics.“

“Such an amazing boba spot! It’s in the inside of Marriott, but don’t let that scare you away. The workers are incredibly kind and the drinks are great. Everything that I tried was delicious and I love that they offer samples! I recommend the purple rice coconut milk.“

“I stopped by randomly at night, and it was empty. The decor was nice and vibrant. With lots of anime stuff, which is awesome to me as an Otaku. I ordered the mango passion fruit lemonade. It was made quickly and to perfection. The level of sweetness to tartness was spot on. The lady asked me to taste it before I left to ensure I liked my drink. I told her it was perfect. This particular location has had many tea owners inhabit it, but hopefully, this place is around for a long while. I wanna try lots of other delicious drinks!“

I am so surprised to see some reviews saying its expensive, if you have gone to other independent coffee shops they are priced the same , but the coffee in other places is not organic. Also there is Wifi and plenty of seating!!!“

“I think I am addicted to their iced green tea with boba. I have forgotten how much I love it until I got it recently at Yi Fang. Yi Fang is a Taiwanese Boba and Fruit Tea chain that recently opened an Arcadia location in the Burlington Coat Factory and Pavilion's shopping plaza. I am very happy that Yi Fang chose to open one here. Ever since I had their boba in Berkeley in 2019, I have been longing for an Yi Fang close by. Their boba is warm and chewy. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you order online first. There are happy hour promotions when the drinks are 15% when you order online. I haven't seen the promotions at the in store kiosk. They may be there too. The ambiance is clean and presents an old Taiwan vibe. There are no tables inside and only one bench to sit while you are waiting for your drinks So this is more of a grab and go place. I did see desserts on their menu and can't wait to try them next time!“

“Decided to treat myself to a milk tea after a run and looked up local boba shops in the area and came across Moo Tea. I got a regular milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice and it was good! The tea flavor was definitely present but not as strong as other places in the area. If you're a bit more sensitive towards sweetness in your drinks, I would stick with 25% as I found the 50% to be a bit too sweet for me. I came at around 4 PM on a Sunday and the store was empty so the service was undeniably quick. There's a kiosk to order from so you can take your time and look through the menu. Overall, a good experience and would come back!“

Big thanks to him for being patient and introducing me to something new! Perhaps a new fav. Really appreciated the service and quality. We got 4 drinks for $21, which I felt was reasonable. Will def be back.“

“I went in to try their boba. As soon as I walked in I was surprised by how cute the actual place is. It is set up so cute and gives you a cute, cozy vibe. The menu is quite big which is nice but hard if you're indecisive lol. I ended up getting the Honeycomb coffee with Boba and the Sunset with Mango Jelly. Both drinks were really good. The ladies helping us out were very kind as well! The Honeycomb coffee is super sweet so maybe get it 50%. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because there was barely any boba in the drink. Other than that, it was pretty good!“

“definitely need to come back to try the rest of their options (:the original pancakes have a light sweet taste (like a hush puppy), they also have an red bean pancake option but i’m a passionate red bean hater so i passed on that the strawberry milk frappe was a little bit on the tangier side as well as more on the watery side. i had expected it to be thicker consistency since frappes tend to be thicker liquid but i did get it with almond milk rather than the regular milk ? other than that, it was still consumablegreen grape snow top tasted like world peace ? ? ?it tasted like natural grape and not the artificial kind that you taste in juice or soda and was surprisingly not sour?i did prefer this one over the strawberry milk frappe ?it is a bit of a tiny shop so i don’t recommend going inside during packed hours (weekends) if you’re claustrophobic or just hate human interactionthe cashier was very sweet !my total was around $22Dietary restrictions: have different milk options for those who are weak like me and will explode if having lactose milk ?Parking: on fair oaks there’s a parking garage garage where the first two hours is only $1 (:“

“This place is a gem. You can tell the owner cares about the food, if you come here and it's a long wait, that's the reason. Fortunately for me my food was prepared quickly and it was SOOOOOO GOOD! had the tofu ramen, my partner didn't love the broth, but my kid and I did. Regarless, the tofu was crispy and all the flavors worked. We also had the black serpent roll. HOLY MOTHER OF GOD Fantastic flavor. I ordered the bulgogi bowl. And wow wow wow. So freaking good. There were aromatic seeds on there that I've never tasted and in general I'm so glad we ate there today. Please support, you'll love it.“

“I loveee this tea place! It is tea forward, and has so many options. I try something new each time I am here. The toppings have great texture. My favorite combo so far is the golden phoenix oolong with oat milk, osthmanthus jelly, and lavender cream foam. It has been on my list since last year and so happy I finally was able to try it this year, so much that I've been 3 times and it is only March , LOL. Parking is covered lot, so yay it's easy. “Cute place. Lovely staff. Neat atmosphere. When you walk in through the humble entryway, you're immediately greeted by a welcoming smile and a hello. We were asked if we wanted to dine or order takeout. Dining in offers you seating options up the stairs into the the room you can see to through the open wall at it's floor level. I found it quite enjoyable being able to see into the room above. Very cool style. You order, then you eat. You pay at the end. My friends and I were treated well and wished a happy holiday. “Another good find when it comes to tea places.Fast and friendly service. The ambience is great to go sit down and relax for a bit, especially after walking around and shopping at the Rosemead plaza.Nothing negative to say . “The menu is fairly large for a boba spot (a bunch of food options!), so I was hopeful when coming in. However, I only ordered drinks - the galaxy & the Cambodian red lime. Just a disclaimer - I think someone would like these drinks but it's not for me. That being said, I think these are well crafted & made. The galaxy was the better of the 2. To me, it tasted quite medicinal at first because it had an artificial cherry flavor but it mellows out once you keep drinking. The Cambodian red lime had nutmeg (or cinnamon?) in it which I wasn't expecting in a tea drink. It was good, just not for me. I think this place is pretty good if you're in the area! I like that they're taking risks & making flavors that you can't find anywhere else. Their flavors are quite niche but I know someone will definitely find their signature drink here. I would come back to try something new!“
“I was so sad when the original Dingleberries closed and was so so happy that they opened one near me! I absolutely LOVE the SAM mango drink with tapioca. Ended up getting it one day and thinking geez that was such a treat idk if I should be spending $6 on a drink and then came back the next day because IT WAS SO DARN GOOD. I would love to try the pandan drink next, but ya know... gotta budget. The prices are a bit high here but it's a small business and they pour their love into their drinks. I think the quality of the ingredients is better as well. I absolutely adore the workers here. They're always friendly and accommodating, especially since I usually am chasing my 1 year old around the store. It's a small place with no bathroom fyi- and only a few tables outside. Wouldn't really recommend for studying or hanging more of a pick up and go!“

“Their lunches are pretty good with all drinks half off regular size only. There are many drinks to choose from. We always get their fried combination with extra spicy. “I been coming to this place over 7 years, food is good as always. Even now I still drive 20 minutes to get the foods 3 times a week. Popcorn chicken is the must try item and the braised pork chops are the classic. Fired pork chops is delicious and crispy, recommend eating it right away or less than 20 minutes otherwise will get bit soft. Food is freshly prepared so it takes around 10-20 minutes to wait, totally understandable (McDonald takes longer than that ) I rather wait 20 for my popcorn chicken than the nuggets.“

“Cute and delicious! Big Japan vibes, gave me flashbacks. Tofu is superb- chewy and the drink was creamy. This is not like starbucks- it is distinctive and if you do not know what a tofu drink is, expect a beverage with a complex flavor, not just syrup. The staff is quite nice and if you know the anime or manga, it's a destination cafe!“

“Zero ambiance but DAMNED good meat pies! It's small, seats maybe 20 ish diners total. I noticed they serve a lot of take out, there were many people coming and going as we sat there to eat. The food is super fresh. The dumplings and meat pies are made to order. You can watch them make them from your table (that's how small this place is!). They're quite no nonsense, it's very, give me your order, thanks, going to make them now. The food is delicious. We ordered: Lamb & green onion pancakes - juicy chopped or ground lamb. Very flavorful but not gamey at all. Fried buns - Good crispy pan fried bottoms, super soft on top but not so thick that it feels like there's more bun than meat. The pork is moist but not soupy and juice filled like you're used to. Pan fried pork & seafood dumplings - similarly juicy filling like the previous two but mixed with seafood. Good crunch on the bottom but no carby "lace" connecting them all. We parked right out on the street, 20 ft from the front door. In the evenings it's pretty easy as there's not a TON of other stores open in the surrounding area. Definitely eating here again...and again...and again.“

“Cute little cat themed Boba shop, what’s not to like? The drinks themselves were OK for the price, didn’t really stand out compared to all the other Boba shops in old town. “Came here on a cold and rainy day to try out their hot drinks, and I ended up ordering the warm Sweet Taro Sago latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint!I got it with soy milk (which they charge $0.75 extra if you want soy or oat milk) but this made it lighter and less creamy than their recommended whole milk. But still, the amount of fresh taro they put in, along with their sago was perfect and having adjusted the sweetness level to 70% was perfect so it wasn’t overwhelming. The drink also did not come out, steaming hot, and in fact, it was warm and ready to be enjoyed.Inside there was one working ordering station, but you can always order at the counter, and the staff was friendly. Credit Card is accepted in contactless way, and the drinks did not take too long to come out. Although I will say that it wasn’t so busy when I arrived.I loved that the inside was nice and warm. They had a few 4 seaters anda small 2 person table; and the tables were clean. They have a parking lot which is free for pick up of drinks and food, otherwise you could park on the street.Their restroom is a single private space booth any gender and it was clean.Overall - I’m definitely returning for their warm Sweet Taro Sago latte!“

“I ordered the miso ramen and I think they gave me the spicy one by accident. Or maybe the regular is spicy too? Regardless, I was not a fan of the broth. The toppings were good though and luckily were separated so I was able to stir fry the noodles. 3/5 maybe would try a different broth I got the rose green tea boba and it was very good. “Location is at the corner of Walnut Grove and Valley. It is in the middle corner of the mall. Same mall as Sam Woo and McDonald. Parking may be hard to find during the peak. They encourage all customers to order via the booths. No cashier. No cash.Clean restroom.I do prefer better seat. The seat now is not stable and look worn out.Music is quite laud. It would be better to turn out a bit. Anyway vibe is good. The drinks taste good with reasonable price. They offer not only drinks but hot food like chicken pop and friend wonton. But do remember if you want a dipping sauce, you have to pay extra even though the picture show it with dipping sauce. This is hidden gem and I definitely go back.Dietary restrictions: You can pick level of sugar.Parking: There are many popular places in the same mall, so parking may be a bit difficult to find.Kid-friendliness: There is gaming available for playing.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room.“
