“The Raymond is one of my favorite restaurants in the area, for its intimate setting and delicious food. If you want a casual experience, opt to sit outside in the courtyard under the lights or by the fireplace. But if you want a more intimate setting, sit inside the historic house where it feels cozy and hospitable. (Reminds me of other restaurant “house” settings like The Hobbit and French Laundry!) We enjoyed the ahi tuna appetizer, as well as the Caesar salad with grilled salmon. The tater tot side was a surprise favorite and was gone in a flash. My favorite was the tomahawk special! It was absolutely cooked to medium-rare perfection, with each melt-in-your-mouth piece dipped in either peppercorn or chimichurri sauce. The Caymus cabernet paired incredibly well with this dish! For dessert, the bread pudding was very moist and not too sweet. We had a table in the corner and were able to have a great conversation with our friends without struggling to hear. It was a very heartwarming, memorable night out! Grateful to the Raymond!“

“Popular spot in Pasadena for plentiful breakfast plates. A long narrow layout makes all the seating feel close to the long narrow kitchen. Colorful walls covered with lusciously colored art reproductions makes the place warm and welcoming. We enjoyed such things as omelettes, hash browns, standard wheat toast, fruit bowls, bacon etc- all quickly delivered and piping hot. Highly recommend as a comfortable spot serving American classics.“

“The asparagus fries. Crispy & not greasy. You can appreciate the asparagus flavor. We split the Thai spicy salad. It was spicy, but the Thai basil & the peanut dressing were the stars. It didn't need the chicken. The best was the ribeye melt. The meat was cooked perfectly.The sourdough was crusted with parmesan. With a side of horseradish that was perfectly paired for this sandwich.“

Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. “I've never been to a chopped cheese spot in NYC, but I imagine this is what they would look like. Food is fire and staff is friendly. Place is small and it is on a residential street so both times I've gone (early afternoon and late night) Our was hard to find parking. There are 4-6 stools (I forget exactly how many) along the front window where you can sit and eat. The food also reheats nicely LoL.“

“The Melt truly delivers an outstanding burger experience. The burger was fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and literally melted in the mouth. You can tell quality ingredients are used, and everything was cooked perfectly.

Service was excellent as well. One of our burgers was missing an egg, but the service recovery was handled impressively. The staff came back promptly with the egg and even refunded the burger, which showed great professionalism and care for customer satisfaction.

We also tried the cookies, and they were amazing—soft, warm, and genuinely melt-in-the-mouth.

Highly recommended overall. Great food, great service, and great recovery when something went wrong. Will definitely be back again!“
