“Relaxed hole-in-the-wall. Nothing fancy and it doesnt need to be. Very straightforward food with simple presentation packed with lots of flavor. Staff is kind but let's you do your thing in peace while still responding promptly when you need something.“

“I am a big vietnamese coffee drinker and this place is amazing! Been going for years and they never disappoint. Lines get long on weekends but they move quickly (plus all the cute North Park dogs you get to pet in line doesn't hurt either)

“We were so excited to find this place open on the 4th of July! Our waitress recommended the Cubic Filet Mignon Fried Rice, the Tijuana Roll, and the Tiger Roll, and every single dish was absolutely amazing. “With 10 eateries in this tiny strip mall on a main road, you have a lot of choices. Choose this place. Fast friendly service. Great food at reasonable prices. Large portions. Want it mild? No problem. Like it spicy 🔥 they do that too.“

“This is my favorite Vietnamese spring roll place EVER. The combo #2 is my go-to. For $14, you get so much variety: traditional nem nuong roll, fried tofu and shrimp, soup, and the special pho roll (my favorite and so different, you can't find this anywhere else!) The icing on the cake is that the combo comes with a complimentary jasmine tea. This is the perfect refreshing meal if you want something light yet fulfilling year round. I haven't gotten around to trying the rest of their menu, but I definitely will considering combo #2 is my tried and true.

“My wife and I got the hu tieu and com tam suon bi cha. Easily the best we’ve had so far in socal. Very good price and easy parking, the rice also comes with 2 pork chops which is crazy good for its price. And the sugar cane coconut drink was refreshing during this heat wave. Would definitely come back here again“

“This is our favorite new neighborhood restaurant. Max was helpful with recommending the chicken wings as a starter. The Rib Eye Pho and Rib Bone Pho were amazing. We’ve also enjoyed the calamari on a previous visit. Abi was helpful in keeping our drinks replenished. All the staff create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which will keep us coming back for years to come.“

BBQ Chicken Appetizer and Tangy Orange Protein: "Chicken" Spice Level: Not Spicy (I forgot to take pictures before starting to eat sooo they give you more than what’s in the photos 🤣) You can even customize which type of protein you want and spice level so you get what you really want! “We were in the area at the beach and I looked for Asian food and this place looked good and interesting since they have several options to make your own spring rolls. I thought that would be something different and fun for my grandson. We ordered the fried crispy egg rolls and the make your own pork spring rolls, they were both a hit. I wanted to try the Shaky beef since it was a popular dish and the description said the meat and onions are charred, it was the best Shaky beef I've ever had and I've had it at many restaurants. I've never seen clay pot dishes before so we tried the salmon, the flavor is so unique and flavorful!
Everything was so good and the staff was so nice, I stopped by the next day for lunch and got to talk with the owner Nghia, he has such a kind, humble manner. He was there at closing the night before and working first thing when they opened the next day. I will definitely return when I'm in the area!“

“Loved my impromptu dine-in experience! I was waiting for my car to be fixed and found Pho Ha Noi on Google since it was a short walk away. The dine-in experience is basic & straight forward - you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it’s ready.

I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and an iced Vietnamese coffee to-go. The server was very friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! I loved the pickled vegetables, the veggies were fresh, and the shrimp was sautéed with perfectly crisp/golden garlic & onions. I would definitely eat here again since I’d like to try a tofu dish 😊“

They didn’t even let me sit down and they already had me the menu. It was just like a really great friendly place. You know sometimes you go places and they make you wait. “Excellent banh mi, but so much more: incredible, stoked fusion food. Bahn Mi tacos, fries, breakfast burritos and crazy, fantastic salt and pepper wings. Anything you grew up with had a San Diego taco shop, but with Vietnamese spin and great service. You can't go wrong here.“

I have tried several items on their menu and they are all delicious.
I tend to carry out, they always prepare your food to order so each time I pick up its hot & fresh.
Their cocunut coffee is a favorite.
So are their rice vermicelli options.
Their stir fry noodles & rice are perfectly seasoned and the veggies they are fried with are always crunchy and fresh. Their tofu is very good as well they fry it to perfection.“

“Best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever tried without a doubt. Each dish we tried was flavorful, tender, and shockingly good. We ordered bbq pork springrolls, filet pho, and filet rice and were impressed with each. Filet rice was probably my favorite. Abundant parking, sweet staff, and quick fulfillment of to-go order as well. Cucumber water was a nice touch while waiting. Feel very fortunate to live by this place and can't wait to go back. The reviews should be much higher. The other Vietnamese restaurants I've tried on Mira Mesa Blvd and beyond don't compare.“

“I came for lunch, we were seated quickly and we got the food really fast after we ordered. The staff were friendly and attentive too :)
We both got pho and it was delicious, the broth was flavorful and the noodles were nice too.

At other places I've had bland broth and noodles that are stuck together but that wasn't the case here :)
