“Great first experience here. The Spicy Miso Ramen was delicious and would definitely reccomend. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It’s a small local shop, so expect a potential wait at busy times, but the ample parking makes it easy to visit. Looking forward to coming back for the Josui Ramen.“

“The food has a great taste and I can tell the recipe of the broth is thoughtfully designed and flavored. The service was fine but the restaurant felt too crowded and loud. While I understand it’s a ramen spot, their décor and presentation are more refined than most, so the hectic atmosphere detracted slightly from the overall experience.“

“I was pleasantly surprised a Ramen Ban Nai opened in Torrence.
This is a popular chain in Japan serving light broth ramen intended as a breakfast food.
The ramen is quite reasonable at $14.
Wonton ramen- was a special. I tried that. $17.50 for regular. The style of wonton was more like the one with small amount of meat and large wrapper. It tasted good.
The Ban Nai ramen I was was as I remembered it in Japan. Although it was slightly saltier than I recall. I will order the soup slightly less salty. The ramen itself was exactly as I remembered it. It was perfectly chewy, full to the bite and thick.
That was so good!“

“I stumbled across this restaurant in El Segundo while I was on a business trip. this place is awesome! I got the black garlic hanasaku Ramen bowl, goyza, and a strawberry tea. the employees were so friendly and the food was fast, fresh, and delicious! I wish this was available in my local area, it would be a huge hit.“

“This may become my favorite place to eat in LA!!! You have to check it out. We walked into a cozy atmosphere of aromas playing with our sense of smell. We were greeted warmly, seated immediately, and served royally. The menus were a gem (just touching them was an adventure), and I’ve never seen anything like it. The house ramen danced around on my tastebuds with a jovial rhythm. The portion was massive to me, and the price was well worth it. Despite its size, this restaurant made a grand impression on me.“

“When we want a fast-casual ramen option we come to Kotsu. They have several vegan ramen options, vegan gyoza (not quite as fried as I’d prefer but decent), garlic or regular edamame, and friendly service. A fair amount of seating and free parking in the garage or on the street.“

“There are several options for ramen in our neighborhood, much to our delight. The one we always go back to is here at HiroNori. The tonkotsu ramen dish combo is sublime. The pork buns are delicious too. But what really helps this place stand apart are the little things: ice cold water with infused fruits and herbs (different everyday), the friendly and caring staff, and intimate space that offers different dining experiences (bar seating facing the kitchen, tables thrown together for a larger party, bar seating facing the window). We are regulars because the quality bar is consistently high, and the food is chef's kiss.“

“Good ramen with several options that are not found in many places. Good taste and prices, friendly servers, sometimes parking can be limited, opened until late on Fridays. Reminds me of some of the ramen shops when I was living in Japan. A must try if you’re in LA South Bay area.“

“I loved the vegan broth options! Glad we could find a place that has more vegan friendly broth and toppings! Our server Jeraldine was awesome and she took care of our complicated order due to our food allergies! We will be back again!“

“I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen at Silverlake Ramen on 3rd Street, and it was really good.
The broth was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The pork was tender, and the egg was perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced.
The portion size was bigger than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely filling.
Great spot for ramen in Santa Monica — I would come back again.“

“Ok so we’ve been here a few times and have always ordered the Japanese BBQ chicken ramen. It is so delicious and unique and the chicken chowder broth is fantastic. Our kids slurp it up. My husband and I love it. We eat a lot of ramen places and this place is one of the best in the South Bay.
We came here today and to our surprise, there’s no more blackened chicken ramen! We still got the chowder (rich) chicken ramen but we miss our favorite ramen dish. We hope you bring it back!
I also want to shout out to the staff. We come here with our twin 2 year old toddlers and sometimes call in to get an order of the karaage started so that it’s ready by the time we’re seated and they always accommodate us. The staff is so nice here it makes it that much of a wonderful experience.“

“A special thank you to Kevin, manager and awesome human, for accommodating a large group of people to the restaurant (10+)! My colleagues and friends as well as myself genuinely appreciated your hospitality, patience, and making us feel so welcome. I heard that Jinya was the best ramen bar in Colorado. The hype is real. This restaurant can easily go toe to toe with the best places in Bay Area in California. I will be coming back again when I visit Denver next time especially because everyone could not stop talking about the amazing flavors each bowl of ramen had to offer.
I ordered the spicy vegan ramen bowl and I would easily order it again even though I prefer to try different menu items each time I go to a restaurant, there’s nothing quite like trying a dish that you instantly know has become part of your classic go-to dishes for future orders.
Thank you to everyone on the Jinya team at Union Square from the host, servers, chefs, assistants, admin, and to everyone in between. You made our night memorable for all of the right reasons :) Will see you again soon!“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

“Part of a chain, the Manhattan Beach Silverlake Ramen serves up a solid meal of Ramen (also saves me from driving to Sawtelle Blvd to eat). The Ramen is well prepared, properly spiced/flavored, and served at a proper temperature. This is the go to dish when you come here. I get the Blaze with pork because I want the extra spice level and it warms me up in the winter.
The rice bowl and the appetizers are all tasty and well prepared with good sized portions.
Service is good and they will attend to your needs but the wait staff is in between a lot of tables so it can get slightly spotty during service rushes. They will drop water carafes on the table so you do not need to ask for refills. There is a Silverlake Rewards app that is great to use to get free items if you consistently dine here, so I suggest downloading it. The points update quickly after you pay for a meal.
The environment is inside but the end of the restaurant is open to the outside of the Manhattan Village outside mall area. There are plenty of heat lamps if you are near the outside so you will stay warm. The bathrooms are clean and well serviced.
Definitely will return to dine here.“
