Yannick was fantastic — super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly passionate about the wines. He made the tasting feel personal and tailored, without any pressure or pretension. It was just a really enjoyable, relaxed experience where I could take my time and really appreciate each wine.

“Out of all of the wineries/vineyards we visited, we got the best education from B Cellars. Forest was a wealth of fascinating information about how wine is made. While we enjoyed our tasty charcuterie spread with our tastings, he showed us maps of all of the vineyards in the valley and explained the importance of the location of where a grape comes from. Our private tour of this stunning winery also included the caves, their gardens, honey bees, and it's production facility-all meticulously maintained. Wonderful experience.“

“My Wife and I had an outstanding experience in the tasting room with Alvaro after just coming across it on our honeymoon, Alvaro tailored the wine tasting around us and chatted with us about wine showing his extensive knowledge and educating us in a lot of different aspects about wineyards and how the wine is made. We bought a bottle of the 2018 Cabernet sauvignon which is an amazing wine. We can't wait to come back!“
“James and Kevin were absolutely amazing. We just stopped by after meeting Kevin Corley at Monticello Vineyards. He was not open yet but he told us to go by Materra.
We were greeted with smiles and that was nice. James and Kevin took us in even though we did not have a reservation.

I recently took a trip to Napa Valley and had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Napa Valley Tasting Barn—and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience exceeded expectations. The setting was breathtaking, with panoramic views that perfectly captured the beauty of Napa. It felt like a scene straight out of a wine country postcard.
The real highlight, though, was the service. Our server, Tamara, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire tasting experience unforgettable. She walked us through several exceptional wines, educating us on the different varietals and the unique regions they came from. Her passion and expertise made the tasting feel personal and elevated.
The charcuterie board paired perfectly with our wines, adding another layer of enjoyment to the visit. Every detail—from the presentation to the pacing of the tasting—was thoughtfully curated. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a meaningful and memorable experience for each guest.
This was a 10 out of 10 across the board. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just someone looking to enjoy a relaxing and educational afternoon in Napa, the Napa Valley Tasting Barn is a must-visit. “ZD was my favorite experience on my recent trip to Napa. The views from the tasting room are idyllic, the wine is phenomenal, and the service is first class. Our host Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much about the history of the winery, their wine making process, as well as the various labels they offer. Sam made everyone in my group feel right at home and was able to cater to each persons level of wine knowledge from introductory to expert.“

“Quixote is a very unique winery! The history of the property and building is fascinating not to mention how they got the artwork for their label. We had a private tasting with Patty over the Columbus Day weekend and she was knowledgable about the wine she was offering us and the property itself. She even had a limited release wine opened for a previous guest and offered some of that for us to try as well. Definitely worth a visit!“

“We had the best time this week with some friends visiting from out of the country. Bradley was an incredible host, the tasting was generous, the wine fabulous, and the ambience amazing. It has set a high bar for wine tastings. Highly highly recommend. We went with 4 young-ish kids, and Bradley made them feel very welcome. Bring iPads for the kids - you’ll want to stay a while. “One of our favorites while visiting Napa! Charlie from Hagafen did a complimentary tasting at our bed and breakfast in Yountville. We loved the Pinot Noir and knew we wanted to try more. Walked into the Hagafen Cellars on a Friday afternoon and Charlie was able to help us again and give us an above and beyond experience. Would recommend the Hagafen Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc!“

“This was the last winery we toured while in Napa and it did not disappoint!
Upon entrance in their main building you’re greeted with friendly staff and served a glass of wine (which we ended up buying one of these bottles because it was so good) and were then paired up with two other couples (from NJ and IL) and our host, Simon.
Simon made this tour exceptional! He was friendly, informative and most of all his personality is what made all 6 of wanting to spend the rest of the afternoon there chatting and having fun.
The wines we tasted progressively got better and better. The caves were impressive and learning about the history was great.
After the tour we sat down in their patio which was equally impressive with all the arches with vines growing throughout. It was absolutely beautiful! They served our group our pizza (which they asked what we would like before the tour) and some tater tots with dipping sauce. This food was icing on the cake after the wonderful tour with our outstanding host, Simon.
Yep, we ended up having a few bottles shipped home as we loved this wine so much. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

The art museum here is absolutely amazing — a must-see if you visit. Beautiful atmosphere and very welcoming experience overall. We’ll definitely come back for a full tasting next time!“
“Fabulous wine, friendly atmosphere, and warm welcoming staff. It was perfect! Well, almost perfect. The tasting description states wine to be paired with cheese and charcuterie. We got a little cheese, but no charcuterie. A minor point, but still a bit of a disappointment.“
“Bay and Erin were excellent hosts – so warm and welcoming! The vineyard itself is absolutely lovely, and we truly enjoyed their wines. We hosted a private dinner at the estate, and Erin was fantastic to work with: very accommodating, reasonably priced, and she even brought in a wonderful chef for the evening.
The food was delicious and paired beautifully with the wines. The only small hiccups (more related to the chef than the vineyard) were that our short rib was served with grits instead of the expected garlic mashed potatoes, and our pescatarian guest was given a vegan entrée rather than a seafood-based one, which wasn’t her favorite. That said, the flavors were still excellent and everyone enjoyed the meal overall.
Reid Family Vineyards provided such a memorable experience, and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Napa!“

Partly because we loved the wine, but maybe more so because we just loved talking with Fred and hearing his stories. What an amazing man. We love Razi so much, that when we moved away we adopted a cat and named him Razi. :-)“

“My wife found Baldacci on-line and made a reservation for a cave tour and tasting. We met John in the lobby who took time to get to know us and gave us a very detailed tour of the wine cave. He was was interesting, informative, and personable.
Our tasting included 3 tastes of their popular cabs.and we were treated to tastes of several other varietals. We ended by joining their club by purchasing 6 bottles and having one with dinner.
The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are very comfortable.
