“The food in the restaurant is wonderful. They could use more help when busy as we often can’t get more refills or drinks since the waiters have a lot of tables. We tried DoorDash three times and the food was bad. They didn’t include tortillas with fajitas, a burrito was uncooked where even the cheese was not melted on it. Go in to dine, but don’t order delivery.“

“I stopped by early in the morning to grab some lunch and ordered two fish tacos and two shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were made to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right—but the fish tacos actually stood out even more, easily the highlight of my meal. The only small downside was the special sauce, which slightly overpowered the natural flavors of the tacos.
They serve fresh chips and salsa with your meal, and the salsa leans on the spicier side, but it’s packed with great flavor. The restaurant itself is spotless—super clean, almost immaculate—and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that feels a bit off is the location, which seems tucked away and not as visible as other spots. That said, the food and customer service are absolutely top-notch, and I’ll definitely be visiting again whenever I’m in the area.“

“Don’t confuse it with the one by the beach — this one’s more low-key but just as tasty. The super deluxe burrito with red sauce is a monster. You can tell they’ve got regulars who come every day. Service is no-fuss and quick. Perfect lunch spot that never disappoints. Cheap eats done right.“

“Tried this place for the first time, I couldn’t decide between the torta and the chimichanga so I got both. Shredded beef chimichanga and chicken torta. Chicken was white meat and juicy, but a bit bland. Needed some salt and pepper, but for some reason I find shredded chicken bland at a lot of Mexican restaurants (maybe just me). Other than that, food was great! Called in order and picked up, cash only! Friendly service, will definitely be back. In total, this was like $26 but it’s enough for 3 people. Small seating area, I would not recommend dine in for more than 2 people“

“Homestyle, nothing is rushed here, everything made with love and pride! Something very hard to find these days, were everyone is money motivated rather than carrying on tradition and teachings of our elders. Please give this upcoming chef a chance. You won't regret it!!“

“This is one of our favorite spots in the south bay! We love it so much we actually had our wedding reception at the rooftop. Food and service are always great and Andrew has been fantastic at taking care of our guests on our wedding day. Love their Iris Azul, El Pistachio and all the mezcal drinks. As for food - die for tortillas and decadent Chimichangas!“

“We thought this was just another boring Mexican restaurant — WRONG!! We thought the food was going to be average, or worse, underwhelming… once again WRONG.
I might need to raise my criteria for 5 stars, because this place checked all the boxes and then some.
Our waitress was attentive, bubbly, and very knowledgeable, which makes an average meal way more appealing… but in this case, the food needed no help. The items we selected were exquisite, tantalizing, and just downright 🔥!
Simple Breakdown of Meal:
• Chips and guac with the mushroom choriqueso, that's a 5-star treat in itself.
• Pulpo al Pastor (octopus)… my wife said it's 🔥🔥… I wasn't brave enough to try it, but it looked amazing for the 'gram.
• Tacos de Pescado: exquisite and magnifique (I'm sure I butchered that word… but you get the drift).
And to wrap it up and put a bow on it, the atmosphere and artwork bring the whole experience together beautifully.
I've never been so excited to be wrong about a Mexican restaurant.“

“CH y Birria was absolutely delicious! The birria was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite had that rich, savory taste you hope for. “What a great lil place. Sophia was our server and quite the gem. The food is authentic and the place is definitely a locals favorite. My wife had two chicken enchiladas and I had the chicken enchilada and chile relleno. Both dishes were excellent. The vibe is positive and you can watch sports or even play lotto here. Great lil spot and the Don Julio Reposado and margaritas were terrific.
