“We have gone to Divo Diva many times since I discovered this place in October the best place ever. The food is great. The coffee is amazing. The dinner OperA shows are outstanding. Never had a bad experience. I wish I knew about this place sooner I have told my friends about this place and they love it as well. We all look forward to the dinner shows. It is just a lovely Rosario and Victoria are genuine and super friendly. We love this place. The atmosphere is fresh and quaint. It is nicely decorated for whatever season or holiday. “I tried their new Biscoff latte with almond milk in a size medium. The total came out to almost $10.

Pros: The latte was overall delicious. I love that they have WiFi for guests. They give you a number for your seating and come over with your purchase. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is pretty.

Cons: No restroom for customers and drinks are expensive (worth it for special occasions or if you don’t get coffee at shops that often).“

“I have been to this coffee shop many times and every single time is a hit. The people who run this place are so friendly, very helpful if you're curious, and do not rush you, rather help you make a decision in a few simple questions. I love that they use oat milk. I love the art on the walls (A LOT). Finally, the COFFEE!! YUM. I would never try half the things I've tried here but I genuinely like them all. The Chiarusco is my favorite to date.

“One of my favorite restaurants in San Diego and maybe the best restaurant in OB/Point Loma. Food and service is usually great. The carpaccio is one of my favorites dishes EVER. Topped with uni and bone barrow and truffle and served with potato latkes. Legit one of the best dishes in San Diego. That alone is worth the trip. Their main dishes(lamb chops) and pastas(cacio e Pepe and Sugo e ricotta). The mussels served under a pizza dough cooked in an oven. It actually does feel like you’re at your Nonnas house, including the old tv and magazines. Homey and very filling food. This place is amazing. 5 stars but if somehow you could make your bar seats comfortable it would be amazing. Those bar stools are a crime and your bar deserves to be a place someone can pony up to and be comfortable.“

“I travel a lot and Torque is my favorite roastery in the States. They manage to produce amazing tasting coffee while also having an ethical relationship with their farmers.

More coffee shops should model their practice after Torque.“

I desperately needed a bathroom stop before continuing on with my day and found this cafe. The reviews about the Avo toast reeled me in and they weren’t wrong. The jalapeno cheddar toast was delicious and the toppings were so perfect. I didn’t have time for coffee but the barista and chef were cool and very nice and the place looked like somewhere I could sit all day. I only had a short time so I took in the nice outdoor seating with nice view of the city. Thank you Kind Corner cafe!!“

“AMAZING!! My husband and I went to San Diego for a quick getaway and wanted to try Chiefy Cafe based on the reviews. We were so glad we did as the coffee and food is Amazing! We ordered the Open Mind Fat Burner, Mexicano Latte, Acai Bowl, and Turkey Bacon Avocado Croissant. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious - we wanted to savor every bite!! The staff is so friendly and Camile customized the Turkey Bacon Avo without the bread for me, as I am gluten free. We only had 2 days left in SD and went back to Chiefy Cafe and ordered the same thing each day. Camile & Larissa assisted us and were awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHIEFY CAFE!!“

If you are a coffee lover that needs your fix but are with someone who doesn't love coffee De Corazon has got you both covered. They offer ague de Jamaica (hibiscus tea) in both sparkling and flat as well as lemonade and other options i cant think of right now. Bica is easily my favorite coffee shop and social space in San Diego. Their food is incredibly fresh and delicious with so many complimentary flavors. I also have some tummy issues that really limits what I can eat when i go out as i typically feel horrible after eating most food. But at bica, I genuinely feel better when I eat their food which is rare for me to find and something I really really appreciate. I think the quality of their ingredients is just so much better than everywhere else. If you cant decide on wht to get from their menu, just pick something random and it will be amazing. Everyone around this place is genuinely authentic and friendly. The staff and the people who ocme here to hang, work, and just exist are some of the coolest and sweetest poeple ive met in San Diego. There arent enough words to describe how special and amazing bica really is. I feel a little silly glazing a place so much, but bica is such a breath of fresh air for me. ok thanks for reading now go to bica. or else >:)“
