“THIS IS INSANE! I cant believe i have found this amazing place! Guys i have tried all Mediterranean restaurants all over the Bay Area and trust me there is nothing close to this! You will be impressed by the food portion, quality, and price! I was never being able to finish my order! Long menu full of attractions and satisfying prices! The staff are so friendly and nice, very talented and always smiling, you will also find the owner himself serving and welcoming you with a lot of generosity and hospitality! Not only the food is amazing and quick but the vibes are so charming we always feel ourselves at home! Sorry to make it long but believe me every item on the menu deserves a story! Last but not least the phenomenal signature dessert: Kunafa! OMG! The fastest way to get dopamine and being happy! Really a perfection! 5 stars not enough trust me! Thanks for being here ❤️”

“I’m a huge fan of dirty chai lattes and I’m always searching for who has the best. The dirty chai at Antigua is definitely near the top of the list for me. Not too sweet and not too spicy which is the way I like them. Will def be back for the chai. Pastries were also delicious. Haven’t tried the food yet but looks like it would be amazing.”
“If loving pizza is wrong, I don’t want to be right. Pizza Lover stole my heart (and my diet). The crust was perfect, the cheese was doing amazing things, and every bite felt like a warm hug. Came hungry, left happy, already planning my next visit. 10/10 would cheat on my diet again”
“Cozy place for good coffee and pastries. Easy to get to. Lots of parking. It's a nice place to drink coffee and chat. Also have outdoor seating.
Right next to a Chinese quick order place .. got great Chinese food!!”
“Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, and amazing food. Started with the chips & guac that are discounted during happy hour. Then also had the 3 street style tacos. Definitely will be back”
“Charming restaurant inside a former bank.
I tried 3 course fixed price lunch for $24.
Starter is choice between house salad or soup of the day, an entree and dessert. There were 5-6 choices for entree including a vegetarian and seafood option. Dessert was choice of gelato or chocolate mousse
Everything was tasty and we got fresh bread while our food was being prepared. Normally I would say $24 is expensive for lunch but given the inflation as of late I thought this was reasonable given ambiance and quality of food. I probably should have saved 1/2 my entree so I could have enjoyed the mousse more. It was delicious but could only get a few bites in as I was so full by the time dessert came out.
You can order off the menu if 3course meal is not your preference. Pizza is only offered at dinner fyi.”

“We hadn’t reserved but experienced very friendly acknowledgment Food was fresh and very delicious. Service was TOP with friendly staff. Waiting time upon ordering was 15 minutes.
I would have liked to experience the breakfast/brunch but was finished by 12pm. So we had beef burger with mushrooms and bacon. It was YUMMY!”
“We stopped here while waiting to catch our flight because we had a while. It was super chill and a fun place. They had old pinball machines that we played and the ambiance was very cool and relaxed. Food was so yummy. Got the flatbread pizza and some fries to share. Very satisfied.”
“What’s up fam. If you’re looking for a place to get some good tacos with good customer service then you might want to check out Taqueria Durango.
The chef is cool. The employees are pretty cool and the prices are really good.
If you decide to stop by, let them know that Pastor Dre sent you.”
“Café Bunn Mi in South San Francisco is hands-down one of my favorite spots for comfort food!
Their garlic noodles are absolutely delicious full of flavor and perfectly cooked every time. I pay for extra noodles! I spoil myself like that all the time!
The imperial rolls and egg rolls are always crispy, fresh, and packed with goodness. For the imperial rolls I always pay for extra lettuce! They come with the vermicelli noodles and fish sauce!!!
Their fried chicken sandwich is another must-try: crunchy, juicy, and so satisfying.
And of course, you can’t forget the Thai iced tea sweet, creamy, and the perfect drink to tie it all together.
Great food, great service, and always consistent. Highly recommend!”
“Very friendly staff and delicious food. The variety is great! Definitely a go to place if you like Sushi 🍣 🤙🥇”

“Living just two blocks away, I made it a weekly ritual to dine here, and it remains my absolute favorite spot for street tacos. While I miss the salsa bar, a casualty of the pandemic, it was heartening to find the tacos tasting just as delicious as they did six years ago during my recent work trip. It's reassuring to see that this gem is still thriving.”
“The pho, noticeably fragrant. 20 hours of simmering evident in the deepness of taste, buttery from the marrow drawn from bones. Clean and translucent broth, an indicator of quality. The wait time, a result of perfectly boiled-to-order rice noodles. What’s missing in decor is over-compensated by taste. Come for a rare-find bowl of solid noodle soup — no frills, but very simply delicious.”
“We ordered a few dishes. My favorite is the hot and sour soup, sour, spicy, flavorful, lots of tofu, shiitake mushrooms, golden needle. Beef noodle soup seems to have mala spice, not my typical beef noodle soup, didn’t enjoy it much, though I liked the hand pull noodle texture! Soup dumplings skin a bit thick and pork was not as tasty. No shredded ginger which I thought it’s a must for soup dumplings?”
“Kamu Sushi in South San Francisco is a cozy, small gem that really makes every visit special. Their beer and sake is top-notch and pairs beautifully with the meal. The extra spicy edamame is a fiery delight, while the seafood options like lobster and mussels are impeccably fresh. The nigiri and Spicy Spider Roll round out an unforgettable culinary experience. A must-visit for an intimate evening of great food and drink. Cheers!”
“I've been staying and working in South San Francisco this week without a car. Have dined there for lunch 2 days in a row now, and both days I also brought back dinner to my hotel for the evening. Everything has been delicious with fresh ingredients. Really creative and elevated offerings for a quick service restaurant. The salmon was especially amazing! I had 2 really dismal experiences earlier in the week with Doordash and only wish I had tried Foundry & Lux sooner. I'll be back tomorrow before heading back home on Saturday 😀”
“Oh my goodness. Such a gem in the rough. Amazing food in the middle of an industrial area. I'm an old fat white guy, and the meal defeated me. For the first time in a long time, I needed a doggy bag. The Shawarma were delicious as were the pickled veggies and cole slaw. The Arabic coffee was to die for. So rich and thick!”
“I like this place. Basic, no frills, Hawaiian BBQ. My favorite is the Shrimp Noodle soup. Large bowl of veggies' shrimp and super hot broth. Noodles on the side in the to go orders. Such nice noodles. Cooked perfectly so they finish cooking when you add them to the hot broth. Highly recommended. All of the other Hawaiian BBQ dishes also on the menu. Not much on atmosphere though.”
“The best Shabu in San Jose and located in the perfect part of San Jose in Japantown, we love coming here to eat Shabu, it is so delicious. I highly recommend it *****five stars the owner Richard treat’s us great with so much hospitality, we just feel so welcomed and will continue to frequent his establishment.”
“Villa del Sol specialty is the Argentine asado (Argentine BBQ), I highly recommend their grill asado for two. It comes with a variety of meat, chicken, pork, sausages & sweetbread.”
“Don't normally right reviews but I came out of town and needed a quick bite to eat. Came here and it was a great experience. Food was awesome and the lady that sat me was so friendly and cheerful to me and everyone there. Got the Cajun pork dumplings and Kung pao Chicken.
Will def come back again if in town.”

“Great experience at Los Metates. I ordered tripa tacos, nicely crispy, and carnitas tacos—both were delicious and full of flavor.
My husband ordered carnitas tacos as well, and even though I don’t remember the other one he chose, I know he loved them because he devoured them!
The service was good; the girl who helped us was friendly and attentive. The place is calm and comfortable, with tables available to sit and enjoy your food.
Definitely a spot we would come back to.”
“The things going for Darby Dan's are no line, fast service, full kitchen and beers on tap. We had a couple of sandwiches. Darby Dan sandwich $15 and a roast beef w/Swiss $13.50. They had a full kitchen on the right. It wasn't on the menu but they made some chili cheese fries for me. They even had Mango Cart beer on tap. I had a pint. I'm not sure how much it cost because they don't give me a receipt. Regardless, everything tasted OK.”

“Went there for date night. Between the food, the service and the atmosphere, we were both made to feel special. Thank you Buon Gusto!”
“The food here is delicious! We've eaten here several times. The ceviches have fresh fish with delicate balances of flavors, their cooked fishes and meats are cooked perfectly. My eating partner can't get enough of their aǰi de gallina.
I've been to many different peruvian places around the US and this one is my top 3 in the Bay Area for price for what you get.”

“HOLY COW!! This taco truck is fantastic. Ate here 5 times and everytime hit harder than the last. The ladies running it are super nice and helpful. The tacos are so tasty (may need a little more meat) and made to perfection. The gordita is a force to be reckoned with, bursting with flavor and so worth its weight in gold. All around great food truck... can of diet coke $4 was the only meh moment for me.”
“The nachos with carne asada and a michelada! That is a perfect meal.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and seafood options.
Kid-friendliness: We come with our grandkids and the staff is welcoming to us.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps and the restaurant is at ground level.”
“The cupcakes tasted delicious, especially the Dulce Salted Egg. They were spongy, moist, and right level of sweetness. The ube latte is a must. I tried it without boba or coconut jelly because did not want these toppings to influence or override the drink. Very satisfied!”
“Best carne asada burrito I’ve had for a long time. I see people complaining about the prices… this is probably one of the LOWEST prices in the Bay Area you’d find ANYWHERE. When I first came here the SUPER burritos were $10! This wasn’t long ago either, literally this year. I understand the recent price increases and still $12 for. SUPER burritos is INSANE.”

“I was seated right away during lunch time and it wasn't too busy. My favorite and reason for my visit was to have the torikawa (chicken skin skewers) I also had the Bento with the shrimp tempura and shioyaki salmon. Everything was delicious 😋 I almost forgot to take photos as I was hungry lol... price was also reasonable.”
“A perfect site for relax a have a good time with your friends or just drinks!!!”
“We invited Red Sauce to cater a staff appreciation party and it was delicious! Great meatballs, salads and pasta. Chicken Parm was excellent as well. Will call them again for future events...”

“The food here is amazing. I'm not a review leaver but this food was so good I had to say something. The salmon was incredible for such an affordable price. Staff were so kind and patient with me while I looked over the menu. Everything is so fresh. If I could come down here every day I would. So amazing 10/10 perfect lunch spot or post workout meal. Cannot wait to come back. #obsessssed”
“Our go to place for Mexican food! They serve the best tacos and burritos. They also have hard shell tacos. My favorite order is their carne asada that comes with rice, beans , cheese, avocado, grilled onions and tomatoes, lettuce, and tortillas. The servings are very generous and everything is tasty. We always order chips to go with our meal. They are open from 11am until late at night, so it's very convenient to grab a meal here.”
“AMAZING! LITERALLY the BEST california fries (w/steak) ive ever had. exploding with flavor in every bite. not just the top layer...the whole dish is filling and a mel in itself! We also got the surf and turf burrito...bomb! and fish tacos--comes with 4 tacos. also bomb! i will ask got extra sauce on the tacos next time.”
“The pink pancakes, huevos rancheros and chiliques were outstanding. Loved the food. The place is in an odd location: industrial fruit packing district in a weird parking lot. We didn’t think we were at the right place because of all the fork lifts. Server was lovely. It’s not the best atmosphere for breakfast but the food was good.”
“FOR DRIVERS. This place is tight but very doable. Come in from north so building is on right. Long trucks will not have enough room to get the truck straight with the trailer on the dock. Your truck will be at a 45 to the trailer on the dock. Once unloaded, pull forward and setup for a straight back to get out of the lot and sight side back onto the street. The dock worker will be happy to block traffic and guide you out. I'd be happy to deliver here again.”

“Amazing craft roasted coffee. Owner Marcel and the baristas always take time to tell you about the roast and suggest a blend. If you're familiar with Ikon from a farmer's market, it's definitely worth a trip to the cafe, which is located in the roastery. The pour-overs (only available at the cafe) and the chill atmosphere make the cafe my favorite go-to coffee place.”

“It's a McDonald's what can go right and wrong!
The restrooms and in good condition and maintained.
The services while at time felt could have been better. I don't think it is short staffed however it took a bit of time for extra ketchup.
For the food - seems the burger meats were already prepared and kept hence treated a bit less than room temperature. They could have had this better.
The speed of order to delivery was good.”

“Flavas Jamaican Grill is a true hidden gem in South San Francisco, conveniently located near the airport and hotels. While the restaurant is small, and parking can be a challenge (you might need to park down the street), the food more than makes up for any inconvenience. I highly recommend ordering ahead, especially during the evening, as the space can get crowded with customers and delivery drivers. If you're dining with a family, the limited seating may not be the most comfortable, but the incredible food makes it worth it. The jerk salmon is the star of the menu perfectly cooked with a smoky, tangy heat that melts in your mouth. It's hands down the best salmon I’ve ever had, with flavors that are bold yet perfectly balanced. The jerk chicken is also a standout, and the sides like dirty rice and plantains are the perfect complements, creating a delicious harmony of flavors. If you’re feeling adventurous, don’t miss out on the oxtail or the wings both are packed with rich, authentic flavor. Pair your meal with one of their imported Jamaican sodas or a ginger beer for a truly immersive experience. As someone from Fresno, where Jamaican food is nonexistent, Flavas has been my first and only Jamaican food experience and it has set the bar incredibly high. The flavors are vibrant and comforting, giving you a true taste of Jamaica. Other patrons rave about their curry goat and daily specials, which I plan to try on my next visit. Whether you’re a local or passing through South San Francisco, Flavas Jamaican Grill is a must visit for anyone craving bold, authentic flavors. Just be sure to plan ahead for seating and parking, and prepare to be wowed by the food! Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 (due to limited seating and busy atmosphere) Atmosphere: 4/5”

“I regularly eat at Mountain Mike’s Pizza, but this was my first time visiting this location and honestly, this one is the top one for me. The service, staff, atmosphere, and pizza were all outstanding.
The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming, which made the experience even better. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere for families and friends.
There is a good parking lot and wheelchair accessibility, which is a big plus. I highly recommend this place for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
I will definitely be coming here again and again.
Thank you, Mountain Mike’s, and Staff for the best service.”
