“We love this place! Unbelievable variety of menu options. Just discovered the sandwiches today, pastrami & tuna, and we're saving up our apetites for the banana split. So nice to have lunch & beverage for $11 each. Very clean, and prices are refreshingly reasonable. Open till 11 pm!“

“I really like Jam Jam Tea Lab because their drinks are always creative and refreshing! This time, I stopped by their Burbank location to try the new peach series, and the Peach Yogurt Yakult was definitely my favorite. It was fruity, tangy, and so refreshing, especially if you already love yogurt drinks like I do! The Fresh Peach Slush was also really good and tasted fresh.
The shop has a nice ambiance with a few seating spots, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Didn't know what to expect first timer here but it was uh-mazing. Lots of unique flavor options and for those lactose-phobic folks out there, you can customize to fit your needs and sweetness levels. Also they have the traditional plastic top covers which lets you puncture the straw thru the top - LovE! Puncturing the top is half the fun!“

“I am really surprised fried soy garlic chicken wings this great! They are Cantonese Chinese dish cooking style with real garlic. I also ordered stir fry udon not bad either. “I don’t understand why this restaurant doesn’t have 5 stars!!! I mean, the food was very good, the ambience was beautiful and specially the customer service!! I don’t know the name of the guy and sorry about that I didn’t ask it, but I think you’ll know who we are. The girl in a purple dress and the guy with green sueter. We asked for ramen and poke bowl and they comes with very very delicious appetizers and boba drinks !! Like what ??? Really really amazing!! And honestly I’m soooo strict with customer service and this guy was really amazing!! Give him an increase in his salary!!
Thanks again for everything. I’ll definitely come back again.“

“Love it there. It's my favorite boba spot. They have HONEY boba AND the taro tastes just like the milk from Lucky charms marshmallows. I get the Earl gray milk tea boba. Also, the milk they have is dairy free. So no worries to all those who are lactose intolerant. Some drinks are done with milk, but most use the non dairy creamer. Just delicious 😋🤤“

“This is an amazing place for boba/drinks. The workers are really nice! They were patient and kind. The atmosphere was pretty clean, but there was some trash uncleaned when me and my Mom arrived(around 6pm). The pricing was what I expected, as most drinks are 7-8$ as they are pretty large. Their Halo-Halo(my mom shook it before i took the picture) and Tiger Boba were superb, I really reccomemd the Halo-Halo.“
“We have been coming here for years. Their boba drinks are delicious. They recently had a change in ownership and I’m happy to say they are keeping to their great standards. Customer service is also AMAZING and Natalia is the best. When we place a phone order, she asks for our eta to time making the drink so we don’t end up with a melted, watered down drink. I hope the owner of the shop reads this review and recognizes her great work. It’s those small steps that make a spot special. Please go and support a local business.“

She really went above and beyond to help me with my order ! Even suggested some of her favorites! Will be going back for this fast and friendly BOBA PLACE !

“First of all, Great customer service, and they are quick with the drinks.
All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated.
My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte.
I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea.
Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere.
I highly recommend.“

“A boba place that uses fresh mango is always a plus! If you don't like it too sweet, I recommend 50% . We got the mango cloud, strawberry, & thai green drinks. They were all refreshing & tasted very fresh (boba was still gummy fresh) even though we came near closing time. A lot of boba shops use syrups that have a sickly sweet taste. This shop is not one of them. It's located inside a market with lots of great products from Thailand & the Philippines (and some yummy grilled food!), so we got the chance to restock on favorites before ordering our sweet treat to end the day. Give this shop a try! Will definitely be coming back.“

“The owners are great and very friendly. It was my first time and they helped me order. They recommended the Ube/matcha iced boba. Perfection! I cam back another time and ordered the brown sugar iced boba, it was delicious! I definitely recommend this play. Great and comparable prices. God bless!“

“They have a huge selection of drinks to pick from including milk tea, slush, frappes, warm drinks, fruit tea and what they call snow drinks (blended milk drinks). Presentation and taste is divine. The only con is that they don't allow for milk substitutions for all drinks when you order online. I'm unsure if this is the case in person but it's worth asking!“

“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SPOT.
It’s close by and everything is always fresh, no matter the time or day. The 🥐sandwiches are so delicious. The donuts are the best donuts I’ve had in years. I’m a foodie! I’ve tried so many spots but I’ve never been hooked like this little joint.
I’m absolutely obsessed the drink options they have! The coffee and TT is absolutely amazing, to die for. I’ll never stop coming here!! ❤️“

“Sooooooo good! They have such good fruit teas. I’ve tried the lychee and the peach. I normally don’t like peach but this was so good on a hot day.
Favorite customized drink: Pineapple slushie with cherry and ice cream added with pineapple chunks.“

“Today I got the corn matcha at 75% sweet and the mango sticky rice ube mochi and both were divine, great strong flavor of corn, creamy matcha, ube mochi was soft and not too sticky, mango was very sweet. Service was quick but not the most welcoming, girl at the register seemed like she was ready to leave.
I have been to this location half a dozen times and my only gripe is the weak welcomes and condition of their space. It seems like there is not a lot of attention to detail or care for their space, especially their plants, which makes it feel unclean and careless. There are some plants that are basically just poor little root balls. Top off your plants with soil, give them food and water, wipe down the leaves, chop off what is dead, and give the space life again!“

“i ordered a matcha latte, wasn’t expecting great results but my drink was like sweetened milk more than anything lol. you’d think it was like honey dew. not bad, but just might’ve been like 5% matcha and 95% milk. didn’t have their food so i can’t speak on it. just expected a better bang for my buck 😔“
