“I was very happily surprised by this place. Service was super friendly and fast, the menu is extensive and prices are reasonable. I ordered the seafood hot soba and it was absolutely delicious! I felt like I was eating super healthy, plenty of vegetables and seafood in a light but delicious broth. The portion was also pretty big that I took the leftover home and had another meal the next day! I will definitely go back and would happily order that again!“

“I've known Pacific Catch for as long as I can remember, so we were happy when they opened in the newly renovated Sunnyvale downtown area.

We've been here a couple of times and both visits were consistent with what we expected. Good ambience, good service, and good food. The ingredients tasted fresh and the service was prompt. If you are looking for more authentic flavors and less Americanized food, there are plenty of other solid options, but it's convenient to have Mexican, Asian, and other flavors under one roof.

On our recent visit, we tried the Firecracker Salmon sushi, the Mexican bowl with shrimp, and a Modelo Negra to go with it. The flavors were mild, but the meal was enjoyable overall. We ended with a nice Hawaiian Sundae to complete the meal and it was quite good. Shout out to Marvin for the good service.

“Enjoyed the omakase and sake pairing. Fish was fresh and well prepared. There were a couple of pieces, e.g. hirame, I wasn't crazy about because they were chewy but that's a personal preference. Service was fantastic, super efficient. Highly recommend!“

Very busy for Valentines so expected a few delays but the staff were great and Sheamir provided great service. Loved the unagi nagiri, wife really enjoyed the ramen, and we both enjoyed the hot Cheetos sushi roll.“

They are very big/generous compared to sushi places in SF which are very thin and more rice than sashimi. I would come here again if I was in the area craving sushi. “This sushi spot is down the street from my house and it's quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Granted I usually come in for lunch and order a bento box. I love the spicy chicken teriyaki, veggie tempura and California rolls. Their Chile. Matsu was good but I prefer the teriyaki. Their miso soup is tasty.

Restaurant is typical sushi restaurant size. They may accommodate larger parties with notice. The art on the wall is movies, action figures, and things of that nature

I haven't tried too much outside of that so I will have to order more when I go next time. I want to order specialty rolls. Will update the review after the fact.“

“I had the bento box at Mikado in downtown Los Altos and it was excellent. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and very flavorful. The portions were generous and well balanced, making it a perfect lunch.

“Kenji sushi has a large amount of items to choose from. The sushi was delicious and the restaurant was popping with people and good vibes. The rolls we ordered were delicious. This is a nice spot to come and enjoy some fresh rolls and drinks with your family or friends. Just be careful when parking or leaving. Since it’s a small parking lot. Its definitely a tight squeeze. Make sure to order yourself a mocktail and some appetizers while you’re waiting for your rolls, sashimi or your main dish. I suggest order some takoyaki. All in all its a decent place thats not overpriced.“

If you're looking for an Instagram worthy dish that's both delicious and worth paying for, get the Omakase Box! It's $55, but worth it. Each chef's choice was well selected and super fresh. This place also has a huge selection of special rolls if that's more your style. The fish portions are big and they don't use too much rice like some other places. There are also Udon and Teriyaki dishes to choose from for those who aren't big on seafood.
