“Fantastic overall experience. They don’t have a lot of variety in the dishes so I can see how others can be upset about that, but for me every dish was amazing.

The only flaw was there was zero explanation of the dishes, origins of the fish, flavor profiles, etc. they just made the dishes and gave it to you. For those who have been to other omakases, there is usually a detailed presentation behind every dish which makes the experience so much better because you actually get to understand what makes the dish special.“

“Second time at Pari Pari, and somehow it was even better than the first. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the level of service really makes the experience.

A special shoutout to Zander, who took incredible care of us. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, knew the menu inside and out, and gave us some excellent recommendations that made the meal even better. It’s always a great sign when you return to a restaurant and leave even more impressed than you were the first time.

Pari Pari has quickly become one of my Miami favorites. Already looking forward to visit number three!“

“I’m not one to leave a bunch of reviews. Double Knot was something the Ave desperately needed. The atmosphere and welcome are second to none. We sat at the bar and Nikki took the best care of us we have had in years. She was also running service bar for the whole restaurant. Absolutely crushed it! The manager Nicole was more than accommodating. She was attentive and I basically let her order my entire meal. There were no misses. From the tuna tartar to the wagyu bavette steak, everything came out quick and presented perfectly and delicious. Edamame dumplings were incredible. All the nigiri and small plates as well. Probably the most unlikely star of the show was their soft serve ice cream. Basically had everything on the menu and already planning my next visit. What an awesome experience. 10/10“

“Went with some friends for Miami Spice and had SUCH a great experience. Our server April was an absolute sweetheart; so goodhumored, funny and attentive. She brought such a positive energy every time she came to check on our table, and had great referrals for us between the drinks and menus too. We LOVED all the appetizers: the chicharrones are SO good/addictive but the egg custard/onion soup fusion was a delightful surprise favorite for all of us. Our steaks were cooked to absolute PERFECTION 👌🏾 and while I was a fan of the chocolate tart, that carrot cake was a fantastic creation to enjoy. 100/10 Loved it!“

Overall, I don’t think the experience was worth the price. They also seemed to push drinks quite heavily, which made it feel like they were trying to encourage guests to spend more.

I’m glad we tried it so we could form our own opinion, but unfortunately, based on our experience, it’s not a place we would recommend to our friends.“

“Ogawa is easily one of the best omakase experiences I’ve had in Miami.

I went with two of my best friends on a Wednesday night, and we somehow got lucky enough to be the only guests there. It basically turned into a private omakase experience, which made an already special meal even more memorable.

The chef was fantastic—interesting, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful about every dish. You could tell how much intention went into each course, and everything was beautifully executed. The sake selection was also incredible and complemented the meal perfectly. We even added a few extra pieces at the end because we weren’t quite ready for it to be over.

Obviously, Ogawa is not an inexpensive night out, but this is one of those meals where you walk away feeling like it was absolutely worth it. For a special occasion or if you simply love great sushi, I could not recommend Ogawa more. One of Miami’s very best.“

We loved crispy rice spicy tuna- very crispy, and rock shrimps were great which made us order rock shrimp roll( my favorite)! Drinks were a little strange- fortune teller was very specific, i was expecting more whisky flavor, but it tasted more sour. “I would not just recommend this place I would come out of my way again in a heartbeat. It is so relieving to actually find a place that has great service again. I feel after the pandemic, it's really changed the service force. It was such a fresh breath of air to have such an amazing time and service! I had a party of 11 of us for my birthday, and we were treated with smiles, and taken care of like kings. The food was phenomenal! Some of the most beautiful, fresh seafood I have ever had in my entire life. I've been traveling seven years full-time, and I will definitely be coming back just to eat here! The patio is absolutely gorgeous! It will soon be right on the ocean once they are finishing some construction! “I was a bit disappointed with my lunch at SuViche. The ceviche tasted quite bland and was missing the bright citrus flavor that really makes ceviche stand out. Had it been dressed with a bit more citrus I think I would have enjoyed it much more. I ordered the lunch special with sushi and ceviche but I found the sushi had a bit too much mayonnaise. The flan was also denser than I expected and wasn’t my favorite. At $27 including the automatic 18% gratuity I didn’t feel it was a good value especially since I’ve had much better lunches elsewhere for less. Overall I’d give it 4 stars because the location is convenient. Unfortunately the food didn’t quite meet my expectations especially for the price.“

The setting was intimate and yet the vibes were energetic and the atmosphere really pleasant.
