“I loved my recent trip to Maui, but I’m honestly going to miss going to AA roots and superstars the most out of anything 😂. Feeding my Husband while on vacation is honestly one of our biggest struggles, which made finding these places sanity saving. My Vegan and non-Vegan Family members all loved this place. Everything was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Biggest highlight were the soba bowl and Cesar Salad which were standard on the menu and when we went they had a falafel special and pumpkin taco specials, all delicious.

Also if you like, Matcha definitely give their vanilla Matcha, and all desserts, my favorite was the refrigerated raspberry chocolate cake. I wish I had more photos of the food we ate but we were so excited to eat we would devour it before remembering 😅.“

“We love going to Leilani’s on the Beach. The service is top-notch, and the setting cannot be beat (although admittedly, many Maui b chaise restaurants match it… West Maui is amazing!). Every meal we’ve tried has been delicious. When we first visited in 2008, it inspired us to name our daughter-to-come Leilani. She is now 17 and we are on our way back soon for her grad trip. Can’t wait to see you in April!“

Cash only place. Was in between two items and they recommended the chicken katsu. It came with rice and Mac. It was really good and the portion was generous. Their Mac is on the simpler side a little more bland but one can appreciate that. Especially eating something fried and flavorful.“

“Seriously the best place on ALL levels. Get there when they open at 11:00 as it gets very busy. There was a line out the door when we were there. Reasonably priced and great to take out for a day at the beach. We had an assortment of food items as we went a few times on our stay in Kahana. Lobster Bisque - Made fresh and it is the best I have ever had Poke - Fresh and delicious. By far the best I have ever had Shrimp Cocktail - You cant go wrong with a classic favorite Fish & Chips - nicely fried - not greasy and large portion Grilled/Fried Fish Tacos - They were both equally delicious and large portions Oyster Shooter - I could have had a dozen Seaweed Salad - Fresh and great flavor Crab Cakes - OMG The piece de resistance though was was the fresh Mahi Mahi that we barbequed. We used the 10 minute soy ginger marinade and it was better than outstanding. All of the workers are so nice and helpful. They work hard and take care of you from start to finish. “Chicken katsu curry and garlic chicken plates were delicious. Ask for katsu sauce on side to dip in. We got the mini plates which were enough food for the average adult at $15 - fair price for Maui. Got take out and brought back to the resort to eat poolside, this is a solid local spot not a tourist spot“

“This place is very a very unique and interesting place!! We had breakfast and we’re served by a new server from Cali “ Mati” like us!! And she was not only a sweetheart but fast and one of the only servers doing circles in the whole restaurant and still making sure we we’re doing okay the whole time. The food was great. “Nice small coffee shop near our hotel. The cafe is small with no seats. They grind their coffee on the spot so the aroma is unbelievably good. As soon as you step through the door, the coffee smell is so awesome. I thought the smell would go away after you get used to it. However, because they grind new coffee for every order, you continue to smell fresh coffee. Quite an experience just being there.

I ordered a 16 oz ice latte and it came out to be about $6+ with tips. Which is not bad. The taste is nice and refreshing.

“Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi exceeded every expectation we had and became one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken.

One of the highlights was exploring the incredible gardens at both the Beach Resort and Sensei Lānaʻi. They are absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained, making it feel like you’re walking through a botanical paradise everywhere you go.

Our first interaction with the Four Seasons team was at the horse ranch at the Sensei property, where we met Grace. She immediately made us feel genuinely welcome with her warmth, knowledge, and kindness. It was obvious how much she cared about the horses, and we were so impressed by how well loved and exceptionally cared for all of the animals are. That first experience set the tone for the rest of our stay.

When we arrived at the Beach Resort, every single employee we encountered treated us like a longtime friend rather than just another guest. The level of hospitality is unlike anything we’ve experienced. The staff somehow anticipates your needs before you even realize you have them, making every moment feel effortless and relaxing.

The resort itself is breathtaking—modern and luxurious while still embracing the authentic beauty and spirit of the islands. Every detail feels intentional without losing the charm of Hawaiʻi.

As kamaʻāina, we took advantage of the local rate, and after everything was said and done, we honestly feel like we saved money compared to planning a similar trip on our own. Four Seasons handled so many of the logistics that the experience was completely stress-free.

Having the rental Jeep ready for us made exploring the island and visiting secluded beaches worry-free and incredibly convenient. They also arranged our private chartered Cessna flight to and from Lānaʻi, and that experience alone was unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was seamless and far beyond anything we imagined.

Dinner at Nobu was another highlight. The food was remarkable, and the waitstaff made the evening feel truly special. We’re not even foodies, yet it became one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had.

We left Lānaʻi already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to everyone at Four Seasons for your genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and for creating such a unique and unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return.“

“I rarely ever leave reviews, but this experience was seriously amazing. Our server was genuinely one of a kind, I’m pretty sure he is name is Sonny. He is incredibly welcoming, charismatic, and has genuinely incredible vibes all around. He gave us great recommendations for food, which were all amazing dishes. He is also very funny, if I could give this spot 100 stars for service I would do it. Although on the pricy side, it is definitely worth dining here 1000%.“
