“On a hot and busy Saturday afternoon we were welcomed by the friendliest and kindest young man behind the register. He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.“

“I like to eat healthy so I'm picky about where I pick up fast food. Currito is my favorite, especially the one in Naperville in the Showplace shopping center. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, my order is always right (whether I eat inside or go through the drive thru). I don't feel bad eating it or feeding it to my family. “I being the small-town sort hadn’t heard of the Lazy Dog restaurants, but a wedding brought us 300 miles north, so we decided to try the Lazy Dog in Naperville. What a pleasant experience we had. My party of 3, including our foodie daughter, were seated promptly and cordially. Our server, Allie(sp? Sorry about that, couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The interior of the restaurant is well-appointed and interesting. There were several TV’s going in the bar area, although we sat in the family dining area. Allie asked if this was our first time at Lazy Dog, and we said yes. A few minutes later, the manager showed up with a small comped hors d’ouvres, a nice chip dish we we enjoyed and appreciated. I ordered the southern fried chicken salad, with honey mustard dressing. I enjoyed it tremendously. There wasn’t so much there to be overwhelming, but when I finished I was well satisfied. Our foodie daughter ordered something else that came with chicken, but she asked to substitute with tofu. Why, I have no idea, but I know both she and my wife were complimentary of their choices. When we arrived at Lazy Dog it looked like the parking lot was pretty full, but don’t be put off by that appearance. The restaurant can hold a lot of guests, and, as I said, we were seated promptly. Kudos to Allie and the good folks at Lazy Dog for a pleasant evening dinner!“

While I'd like to complement them on menu expansion and "franchise expansion" they are trying to rush a simple formula tried and true. It seems now more than ever, that they are more concerned with trinket expansion than food improvement. Service is still slow, which I could accept, if the food was still on point. Crisp fries are now soggy, orders are repeadly not right, and overall experience is missing the mark. I have hope, and still recommend Portillos to OUT visitors. That said, they can do better.“

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. So patient and helpful. It was our first time here. It's probably family operated because everything had the same wonderful personality and smile.

The food...LOVED IT!! Delicious! I recommend the sweet and smoky chicken. The bread was fresh and soft. Ample chicken in the sandwich.

The dining area was modern and clean. The staff clears your table for you.

I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! “never tried noodles And co before I didn't know what kind of place it was inside I thought it was a Chinese noodle soup Company or something But I tried the pasta with grilled chicken roasted onions roasted garlic tomatoes I think it was called pasta Fresca and there's two sizes that you could order a small or a large like $7.50 or nine dollars Then I had it the other day because I was working in the same area It was very tasty both days I would give it an overall five star rating for the two days I was there My friend ordered steak egg noodles And my other friend ordered some pork with some spiral noodles and everybody ate everything nobody complained about anything I would definitely go back I also ordered it for someone else but try to piece of the chicken and they liked it and then the next day they ordered the same thing I did pasta Fresca and they liked everything and ate everything and three of us were new customers“

“This was my first visit to Potbelly's a couple of days ago and I was not disappointed. I ordered a Smoked Ham with swiss on multi grain bread, 2 broccoli and cheese soups along with other items. I'm usually hesitant about processed meats but my sandwich was delicious. Going through the drive thru was painless as well. Order was correct. No issues.“
