He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.“

“I being the small-town sort hadn’t heard of the Lazy Dog restaurants, but a wedding brought us 300 miles north, so we decided to try the Lazy Dog in Naperville. What a pleasant experience we had. My party of 3, including our foodie daughter, were seated promptly and cordially. Our server, Allie(sp? Sorry about that, couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The interior of the restaurant is well-appointed and interesting. There were several TV’s going in the bar area, although we sat in the family dining area. Allie asked if this was our first time at Lazy Dog, and we said yes. A few minutes later, the manager showed up with a small comped hors d’ouvres, a nice chip dish we we enjoyed and appreciated. I ordered the southern fried chicken salad, with honey mustard dressing. I enjoyed it tremendously. There wasn’t so much there to be overwhelming, but when I finished I was well satisfied. Our foodie daughter ordered something else that came with chicken, but she asked to substitute with tofu. Why, I have no idea, but I know both she and my wife were complimentary of their choices. When we arrived at Lazy Dog it looked like the parking lot was pretty full, but don’t be put off by that appearance. The restaurant can hold a lot of guests, and, as I said, we were seated promptly. Kudos to Allie and the good folks at Lazy Dog for a pleasant evening dinner!“

The food...LOVED IT!! Delicious! I recommend the sweet and smoky chicken. The bread was fresh and soft. Ample chicken in the sandwich.

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! “They always have good food. I usually order carryout but decided to go inside today with my sister. I usually order lunch specials to carry out and was glad to see that they have a smaller portion. Meal now available anytime and not just limited to lunch. I can't eat very much so that was just perfect! Our server Nicholas was also exceptional. We had a very good meal and enjoyable time. Today. For a family of four, you're looking at the same pricing as a full-service restaurant. Our trips to Noodles have become less frequent due to this. This location has been lax on its bathroom cleaning lately. Walking into the bathroom and it smells like urine, does not make me feel great about spending $60+ for our visit.“

1) The food here is awesome. Seriously can’t go wrong.

2) I’ve gone here for lunch the last 3 days and all 3 days David greeted us with the same kindness and attentive service as he had the first time. Seriously awesome employee, someone give this man a raise.

“I came in last week 10/4/25 at 1:48pm with my girlfriend and Desi & Kimberly helped me and their customer service was amazing! Desi made my sandwich soooooo good and she had a bubbly personality great for food service! Kimberly helped me at the register and she explained the rewards program to me which was helpful! I tried to tell the Hispanic woman manager on shift about my wonderful experience but she seemed to ignore me as if she didn’t want to hear about her wonderful staff and had a stale demeanor but I ensured she received the great compliment because without employees there is no successful company. Desi and Kimberly made my experience wonderful! Management should be a little more friendly.“
