My burrito was fat, the steak was A1, never had egg in a burrito but it's standard issue here and it's delicious. I can throw down on a lot of food and that burrito with the hot sauce filled me up to the point where I couldn't eat the other stuff I got with it! 5/5, 10/10,“

He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.“

“I being the small-town sort hadn’t heard of the Lazy Dog restaurants, but a wedding brought us 300 miles north, so we decided to try the Lazy Dog in Naperville. What a pleasant experience we had. My party of 3, including our foodie daughter, were seated promptly and cordially. Our server, Allie(sp? Sorry about that, couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The interior of the restaurant is well-appointed and interesting. There were several TV’s going in the bar area, although we sat in the family dining area. Allie asked if this was our first time at Lazy Dog, and we said yes. A few minutes later, the manager showed up with a small comped hors d’ouvres, a nice chip dish we we enjoyed and appreciated. I ordered the southern fried chicken salad, with honey mustard dressing. I enjoyed it tremendously. There wasn’t so much there to be overwhelming, but when I finished I was well satisfied. Our foodie daughter ordered something else that came with chicken, but she asked to substitute with tofu. Why, I have no idea, but I know both she and my wife were complimentary of their choices. When we arrived at Lazy Dog it looked like the parking lot was pretty full, but don’t be put off by that appearance. The restaurant can hold a lot of guests, and, as I said, we were seated promptly. Kudos to Allie and the good folks at Lazy Dog for a pleasant evening dinner!“

The food...LOVED IT!! Delicious! I recommend the sweet and smoky chicken. The bread was fresh and soft. Ample chicken in the sandwich.

While I'd like to complement them on menu expansion and "franchise expansion" they are trying to rush a simple formula tried and true. It seems now more than ever, that they are more concerned with trinket expansion than food improvement. Service is still slow, which I could accept, if the food was still on point. Crisp fries are now soggy, orders are repeadly not right, and overall experience is missing the mark. I have hope, and still recommend Portillos to OUT visitors. That said, they can do better.“

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future. The old lady here is rude. I made an order for a curbside pick up. The instructions say that once you’re in front of the restaurant, call them and they will bring out your order so I did just that. I called and said I am outside for a curbside pick up. The lady goes “curbside pickup?” as if those were foreign words. Then she tells me she doesn’t see anything for a curbside pick up. I told her I could give her my name which I did. Then she mumbled something and said she will have it right out.

When she came out and gave me my order, she goes, “just so you know we’re not doing curbside pick up anymore”. So why is that an option on the website? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like something this location could choose to opt out of if they so chose. So it seems to me that she just didn’t wanna do her job.

But again, the food is great which is why I give it four stars.“

“This was my first visit to Potbelly's a couple of days ago and I was not disappointed. I ordered a Smoked Ham with swiss on multi grain bread, 2 broccoli and cheese soups along with other items. I'm usually hesitant about processed meats but my sandwich was delicious. Going through the drive thru was painless as well. Order was correct. No issues.“
