“First time ordering take out from here. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, beef lo mein, beef and broccoli and crab rangoons. Everything was delicious! We also got mango and watermelon smoothies. So good! We will definitely be ordering from here again.“

“The owner, I believe his name is Michael, is young but VERY sharp and most importantly, he is respectful and kind. This is important in any service industry and many people much older than Michael lack being respectful and could learn a thing or two from this young man. The food is excellent. Egg Rolls were very fresh and tasty. Crab Rangoon were also fresh and very good as well. I ordered Mongolian Beef, and it was plentiful and tender. The white rice was not clumpy, well cooked, and delicious. My wife ordered shrimp fried rice and it was also delicious. Again, everything was excellent. The place is very unassuming, somewhat small, but the service was impeccable and so was the food. I hope and pray that the owner never loses his charm. Today's young generation in this country are frankly not respectful and many lack intelligence. The owner of Overseas Chinese Restaurant is way beyond his years, and he makes the restaurant worth visiting on top of having very good food.

“The fried rice is good. However they stopped using bean sprouts a year ago. Fried rice isn’t official without it. Most pics online have it. Service was OK. Took 10 minutes which is fine for fresh food. Fried rice was excellent, beef and broccoli very good and Orange chicken was nothing to brag about.

Anyway, we had a great meal there, the service was a bit of a hoot. Our meals were delivered at least 10 minutes apart, but the waitstaff was so sweet and so friendly you just couldn’t be upset over it. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. “This place has great food and is a great value. A few years ago, it was about the same value as all the other Chinese restaurants. Then, those other restaurants chose to jack their prices up 50%. However, Northern Taste did not fall into that greedy trap. As a result, it now not only has really tasty food, but it is also a great deal. In addition, when things aren't right, they are very apologetic and do what they can to make things right. I definitely recommend you try this place, especially the lunch specials!“

“I came here to get a solo dinner during some rainy weather on a very empty stomach. I shouldve had a little something before i came because i was getting a bit hangry (not their fault of course) but they made sure to seat me ASAP. Service was phenomenal and their options for the prices are very reasonable. They have a self serve buffet style for your hotpot such as veggies, eggs, fish etc. and even some warm options like fried rice and lo mein that i was so happy to munch on until my soup got very hot and got to cooking.
They also have a small bar with dessert options like their coconut or mocha cake, fruits and ice cream.

Id definitely bring more people next time but i was craving hot pot and didnt want to be bothered with feeling like i needed to talk/entertain friends as i enjoy my own company most often times.

“This place was perfect for celebrating a birthday. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not busy until it got later into the afternoon. We choose their spicy broth and tomatoes one. There was an unlimited choice of meats to choose from and a station for making your own sauce. You could also get up and get some vegetables and noodles as well. They also had some appetizer and rice as well.

Not many places offer No Shell S&P Shrimp, love that they have the option with or without... No food coma zombies after, full but didn't feel gross... Delivery was on point... She said 45 minutes... In fact it was 45 minutes, including the 3 minutes it took me to give my order... A sweet older man delivered my order... The taste of the food reminded us of a China Buffet off Pulaski and Wellington.. Family owned, it was our wkly spot for over 20yrs... They watched me age into adulthood and watched my oldest 3 grow..
