“I've been lucky enough to eat at many Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants over the last 10 years. Schwa is now my favorite of them all. If Michelin stars are awarded on food and food alone, this should be a 3 star. It's probably the most eclectic and unique menus I've seen. The music is loud and fun which is a welcome change from other fine dining spots. The only thing that feels luxury about Schwa is the food--that's a good thing in my opinion. Thanks to the staff for a fun and memorable anniversary dinner for me and my wife!“

“Have you ever gone into a restaurant with a group of people and just asked the server to take care of you? We did, and Noah did not disappoint! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the drinks were perfect, we definitely recommend the spicy marg or the PS I kinda like you. For food we can’t recommend the burger enough we also loved the duck fried rice and definitely get the tiger fries!! 10/10 we’ll be back!“

“Amazing service! Enjoyed a birthday dinner for my husband, and the meal was taking a little long to come out. We didn't even say anything since it was a Saturday, and understood things gets busy. Manager came over immediately and said dessert was on the house along with an additional taco (the culprit of the delayed meals)!“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

They were so nice, engaged with everyone, and my son loved the men working and he’s two so he loved doing fist bumps and they even cut his chicken tenders up for me so they would cool faster. “We reserved a table for two for an early Christmas Eve dinner, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the evening feel extra special. We were quickly greeted by our server, Ashley, who was super attentive. She put in our drink order right away and brought out their complimentary soda bread, which was a great touch. We ordered the Shepherd’s pie and a wedge salad with chicken, everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were quite large. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy their patio.“

Each time, I was greeted with a smile, respected, served delicious food and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed my experience - even enough to sit and dine in (that doesn’t happen often).

I have not had one thing on this menu I didn’t like - both drinks and food. But I came back for the wontons a few times ;)
